This is our 6th weekend in Rapid since February, but the 1st weekend everything wasn't buried in snow. Liking the warmer weather and the proximity of the cache to where we are staying. Nice hide. TFTC.
On a road trip with my daughter celebrating the end of her junior year at the University of Arizona. We're making a loop from Denver thru Cheyenne thru Rapid City thru Scottsbluff then back thru Colorado Springs. Took a little time to enjoy a few caches along the way, in addition to the beautiful scenery and historic places. Thanks Gavmartsd for adding a smiley

to my day with your cache.US14 ET Highway Trip with Sol de Lune and Mtrax. Day 22. Time to cross a few more US states of the list for Caching, starting in Casper, Wyoming. Today we set off from Rapid City to go North to get to North Dakota. A travel day, but a high priority on caching. We saw quite a few small towns along the way and got to explore a lot of out of the way spots. First for the day, just over the road from or motel, we could not leave without getting it. Thanks.

first cache of the day heading out of town a quick park and grab..
Heading north from Rapid City via Sturgis and Spearfish heading to North Dakota ending up in a small town call Belfield
Our main aim was to visit and geocache in a few more US States.

Logged as "SAM" which is a team of three Sol De Lune, Albida33 and Mtrax. Visiting the US as a team for the 2nd time, our mission to complete the ET series but before and after do some more exploring and geocaching along the way. Our tour starts around Barstow and a few days in Las Vegas before caching over to 29 Palms before hitting the ET Highway straying at Rachel and Tonapah.
Our second stage of our trip saw us doing a loop around Wyoming, Nebraska, South & Nth Dakota and Montana before finishing back in Los Angles, our finds for the trip totalled well over 4,000 geocaches.

Knew it wouldn't bite, but still hesitated to just reach in the dark and grab it lol! TFTC
TFTC Sure made the wife jump but no it didnt bite.Came up to Rapid City for the Sport Show - very busy city! Doing come caching near our motel - this cache made our day! Very clever - we've never seen anything like this before. Thanks for the fun! Gets a favorite mark from us.
