I found this cache with my Mum (sunnybunny64) earlier in the year but have only just got my own geocaching account. I’m hoping you won’t mind me back dating this find so that I can log all the ones I have actually found in my own account. Jordis – 7yrs
Great cache, daughter loved finding this one. She loved the hiding spot and colours
A car was parked a few hundred metres up the road and facing GZ. This made me a bit nervous but I was able to use my car as a shield and with the hint I was able to casually grab for the cache.

thanks to all the owners of the geocaches that we found today on our way from Tolaga Bay to Gisborne and Morere ... we enjoyed the wide variety of landscapes!
TFTC and greetings from Belgium.

A quick visit to Gizzie, and enjoyed discovering the various locations that a bit of geocaching took me to. Brilliant weather. Glad I wasn't visiting this one a few days ago.

We drove past this cache a few days ago, but decided not to look for it due to all the people and the nearby security.
Today there was nobody around and my wife found the cache before any of the rest of us had got out of the car. She then threw the cache onto the passenger seat releasing about 20 earwigs onto the seat. I managed to throw some of them out the door, but a few of them escaped into the seat. My wife wasn't too keen to hop back in the car.
A fun cache.
Thanks.

In Gisborne for a wedding and had a half day to explore - and find caches!
A quick drive by cache and one that was definitely needed to restore our egos (after a run of DNFs)!!!

Passing through on a bike ride around the East Cape; finding some geocaches along the way. TFTC.
Super fast park n grab. Miss R had cache in hand before the rest of us had exited the car.
Having a great time so far, this one was challenging as the girl's were playing football so we had to be very discreet. There were lots of people and cars parked really close by. We were very good, did not give the secret away. Thanks davesnz.
Lots of potential muggles watching their kiddiwinks playing soccer but fortunately not paying attention to a couple of grey haired geriatrics wandering around. Co-ords were excellent and Mr S soon had the cache in hand while Mrs S played soccer Nana. We have a 9 year old grandson in Auckland who is passionate about the game.
Thanks davesnz for a challenging cache. Challenging because of the many muggles right there, especially on a sunny saturday morning, and for another smilie in Gissy.

Felt rather than saw this one. Well camouflaged, nifty little cache. The entry above ours said to email the owner. Will do that as well. Glad we did this one when it wasn't R&V time Thanks for the cache.
Out and about early this morning to do a bit of caching. We are normally in Gisborne around New Year time when there are thousands of people in the area for the festivals but today I was the only one here.
Many thanks

A quick find on a quiet autumn afternoon - not a lot of campers at the moment and the soccer players off home. TFTC
Darn….. wrong Baywatch! Always a busy spot during the Rhythm and Vines festival, many thanks.
Found on our trip around the East Coast. Finding geocaches along the way was a bonus.TFTC
Caching on the second day of the year with friend.
Passed in front of it several times in the old year but with BW Camp on, it was a bit tricky to lift it.
TFTC, cheers

FTF with GizLem. Got there just before the thousands of BW campers arrive. Nice camo.
