No response from the cache owner.

Had a good look around. I was really interested in the rock formations here. However after a long search DNF.

Back again I'm still out for a Saturday spin on the geocycle and Deception Bay was my target http://connect.garmin.com/course/5825065

I'm still a bit crabby that your cache was taken away. I'll be happy if it is back the next time I ride past.

I was a bit crabby that someone had stolen your cache. I did like looking around this spot.

21-Feb-14
Should have read the Los. Signs of activity in the area but no log. Maybe owner should temporarily disable until cache is back in place.

11-Feb-14
The cache has been muggled, I found it without a lid and the logbook ripped up nearby. I have whats left of the container and logbook in my car if you want it back.

Out and about with Whint today Big Grin It took some planning last night to find an area that had sufficient caches we both hadn't found. I enjoyed the walk around to this one, but we thought we might have to get our feet wet Twisted I don't really like searching through grass trees, as they can be a bit spiky Sad but Whint made a quick find here. Happily the cache is in a good spot above the water. We didn't see any crabs, but there was a white poodle who was very friendly. TFTC, The Sumner Family.

Another find with IolantheK today whilst hanging out for the afternoon. Parking near GZ we walked past a muggle and his pooch and kept on going. Wasn't long before the cache was in hand, thankfully an easy find as I really don't like lomandra's :/

It was easy to found the closest parking spot and a short stroll later I was at the search area. On the way I read the story of the carve rocks but didn't see any of them on the way.

I would like to say that I found the cache straight away but I had to get down and dirty and I think I searched all the likely spots twice before I located the cache.

I grabbed the TB which had been placed in there earlier in the day.

A great view from the nearby path which deserves a favourite point from me.

After having a couple of DNF's, this is the first cache I found today. Scooted down to the area, and started to hunt and soon the container came to light.

*FTF* at 7:48pm with membsec

Out with the lovely Lady membsec on a crazy FTF Frenzy mission. This was our fourth cache for the evening and we were certain that by now there would be other cachers out and about to beat us to the FTFs. Lady M parked her vehicle, shook off her fancy shoes and off we went, her barefoot. She has been hanging around me for way to long now I think, going without shoes is one of my preferred ways of caching Surprised

We came upon GZ and started searching, we did find a whole array of less than lovely items. None of them being the cache. We were coming up empty handed so we had a sneaky peek at the hint. Ah ha, yep, that's where we had been looking. We kept on searching until finally I noticed something, I swept aside some mulch and there was the cache Smile And YAY! Another FTF!!! Insert happy cacher dance.

Thanks for the cache The Sumner Family Big Grin

*FTF* at 7:48pm with Nyssaflutterby.

Omg, what a crazy night!!! Lady membsec was socialising at the Kallangur Tavern with some old work mates when the phone kept buzzing. Oh no, some FTFs not too far away but I'm by myself. I text Nyssaflutterby asking if she was going and if she was I would meet her there. No came the reply, home alone with the munchkins!! Oh well, I'm not going by myself, so in the car I get to go home. Receive some further texts and then a phone call, 'pick me up!' Wave to me Nyssa as I fly by her place and I then do a u-turn at the nearest exit!!!

I drive very carefully to her house, and have enough time to say hi to the munchkins and Dave and then off we go. At this stage the phone is going crazy and there are more caches in another area!!! Oh no, what do we do? We get to an area where we have to make a decision, ok, we are off to Deception Bay!! A slow car and trailer pulls out in front of me and Nyssa says pass it, I do as I'm told!! Then we get another slow car, well it wasn't really slow but it felt like it, so I get into the left lane to pass it, no choice here, oh no that lane ends, never mind, heavier foot on the accelerator and we get in front.

After getting 3 ftfs so far we weren't too sure if our luck was going to last for this one, but I just kept following Nyssa's direction and we seem to get to each cache fairly quickly. This one saw me park a small distance away from GZ. We parked in a safe place and took off down the path, this time I just had to remove the high heels and go bare footed! Oh I'm so brave. We arrive around GZ, oh, this could take some time. Ok, it's not the poo bags or the empty bottles and it is under one of these, oh but a nice size container. Thinking about the size we finally found the cache. Once again we held our breath and yes another ftf for the night. We do a ftf dance but not for very long as we still have more caches to find. A ran back to the car and reverse back and off we head to the next cache.

TFTC yet again The Sumner Family.
