Found while out exploring . We think that a group of cachers should be called a crackle. This term is used for cockatoos. They hey are highly social, communicate with loud calls and displays. Can often be seen playing together Thanks for the fun Tftc
Travelling with richlink as part of our Annual Caravan Geocaching Trip.We are staying in Murray Bridge for a few days and doing a bit of sightseeing around the area using geocaching as our guide. TFTC Dr Owl.
Travelling with iluvtrekking from our home state WA. Spending a few days in Murray Bridge to cache the surrounds. Loving the scenery that we pass as we move through the caches - this is our preferred caching - not suburbs. Bit chilly but not raining. Thanks for the hide
Found with shonkylogic while out and about geocaching for the day.TFTCCheers and Happy HuntingSouthern Cross Caching
Out for a wander with SXC finding a few caches here and there. North American cattle hanging around here
Little bit of a search but found the cache. Log - plenty of room for more cachers to sign. I wonder if we could say we are a CONGLOMERATE of cachers. TFTC DoctorOwl and Aussie M&M.
In all our travels we would not have even thought to travel to this location.
(HaHa). In your dreams, these cachers do.
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

Both cammos were still there but no cache in either. Ostrich isn't well enough to make a third so one has been repurposed.
Don't know if I found a hinge and another screw holding a piece of plastic counts as a find. These items attached to an old decayed branch. Some silastic also found at rear of hinge. I ferreted around but couldn't find a log.
The replacement is not as impressive as the original (which can be found nearby for comparison), but Ostrich is getting older and we work with what we can get!
One of quite a few found while taking a wander in CPwanderland before and after Cps weather challenged Two Cents Worth event.
Found the remnants of the original here, it must have been quite impressive when fresh. Have reason to believe that it has now been replaced by something not quite as impressive.
Thanks to Doctor Owl for putting out this cache for all to find.
*This log composed and published using GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife).*

Cache and log book just lying on the ground. Would have like to see the n its original condition. Not much left now. Tftc. Tried to put back in some sort of fashion.
Another day of beautiful sunny weather, bush walking and great caching. This is my favourite way to cache - park the car and go off on foot. I had the trails to myself today no other people spotted except a few parked cars in the car park.
Quick find here.
Thanks for the cache Doctor Owl and Mrs Aussie M&M.

Lid missing on this one
I parked at the southern point and made my way around collecting the few caches in the southern park of this area. All of the caches were easily found and are all in good order
Today after attending my early birds event in north Adelaide I Alex see to head east towards Monarto to complete some of the walking trails before heading to strath and back home via the back roads collecting caches. All up 72 finds for the day

I thnk this one needs fixing up. Saw it as I was walking up to it. It was open and the container hanging out. Unfortunately the rain had made the logbook unusable. I took a photo as evidence instead. It was a nice walk in though. TNLN. Cheers.
Six years and counting; this cache has done well! Log still dry enough despite recent rain. Log is a bit haphazard now, so I looked for OZGrumpy and signed under him.

Thanks guys for this cache. The lid has long departed and I signed the big sheet. Rolled up with care and put back carefully. Hide item has seen better days but is keeping log dry somehow. Love your work
Found after a short search. the lid has broken of and vanished whit the log sheet now exposed apart from the camo cover. The log was however pretty dry. TFTC.
Barely an hour before attending CPWanderer's nearby event, i quickly ducked up the road to this one given it's star rating and faves
Spot on coords led me to make a reasonably quick find in the 2nd place i inspected. The cache construction is awesome but is looking a bit worse for wear [:o] I can just imagine how deceptive this would have been when it was in good nic.

Clever hide. Collective noun for cachers ... how about galaxy of geocachers or a cache of cachers? Tftc.
Now this is a clever cache! GPS is spot on. Going to give out my first favourite point to this! Absolutely fantastic!!
This was the last cache of the afternoon spent in Monarto forest. After 10 finds this unfortunately was a DNF. Going by the number of favourite points, it will be worthwhile returning some day to have another go.
Found this one nice and dry this time but without a lid. May do with a little maintenance coming into winter. TFTC.
Walking with the geo-pup, coords were good! Lid of the container is missing, so it may suffer when (if?!) the rains come.TFTC
Mr Tardis was on a caching expedition through parts of Monatro Forest today while heading towards CPwanderer's event. A beautiful spring day to be out and about finding caches.
Mr Tardis had his mojo today and found the cache in the first place he looked. A lovely hide, but it needs some TLC.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache Doctor Owl

Was struggling for a while to log this one but all we had to do was stick through it and mums ya uncle! Awesome cache! Tftc!!
With James0711 by my side we set off to find this cache. We noticed how popular it’s been and how many people have favourited it. We spent a very long time looking for this one, and we had to read through the comments to get some sort of an understanding of what we were looking for.
After going stir crazy doing circles, finally James just bent over and found it with no hesitation, like he saw it from a different angle, very clever cache! We now see why it’s a favourite by many! Thank you Doctor Owl! Very clever indeed! Back to the car to LOG it on our phone!

out with getnict caching some of the walking trails and others. This had me walking in circles twice before finding it. At first i over looked it. Nice work on the cache but the container needs replacing, its broken at the top.
What do you do when the weather report forecasts strong winds, 10 degrees and up to 25mm of rain... you go geocaching! We were keen to finish the Monarto Forest series, so we rugged up with full waterproofs and headed out to do the northern section of the forest (southern section completed in June), along with the geodog. A lovely area to walk, with a good variety in terrain, along with lots of roos. A very clever camo - nice work! Worthy of another fav point

Found on a day out around the area with Snap Happy.
It was a lovely day of cool weather. And an easy drive through the bush to park at GZ.
After a short search discounting the actual container, I decided to check it just in case - and there it was.
Thanks for the cache Doctor Owl. Found on 21 Mar 2017 at 2:10 pm. Find #4216.

Went to the Zoo to see the rellies with Purrfect Di, geokid Alex, and Sebastbat,
found a few caches nearby after for fun.
an "event" of cachers ?
Nice to find anyway, some of the camo may need attention, but it did the trick well.

Perhaps a collective of cachers, sounds kinds catchy.
Now onto this devious hide, sometimes you can get lucky and other times maybe not so. As I stood at GZ and we survey what was to be seen we looked in a couple of places and then, foolishly, looked further afield.
The one thing we will tell future finders is trust your GPS, if you are using a phone put it down and let it settle as the co-ords are spot on, or so we think.
Once you cannot find a cache container the obvious is to backtrack and look at everything, some cache hiders can be very clever and this is one of those types of hide.

Our prime focus for today was caches in the "Walkies" and "Butchwalking" series. Along the way, we came across some other caches and this was one of them.
When we got to GZ we looked in obvious places but without success, Then we started to search more carefully and soon found an excellent hide. The care and attention given to this hide were outstanding. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Doctor Owl for a great cache - it certainly earns a favourite from us.

Out and about in this neck of the woods with Utechick81 and Geo-dog Murray. Enjoyed the hunt for this one as many other logs before have said - we were looking right near it and didn't even see it! Utechick81 saved the day and found the prize. SL. TFTC Dr O.
After the Cannon caches is this my last for today. A really nice idea but i found the cache next to it. I put it back

While Mrs C was out shopping with her mum, Mr C decided to go out and grab some caches. I did approximately 10kms of walking during the morning . A good lot of caches found, with no slithery ones about although I encountered 3 sleepy lizards and plenty of kangaroos.

A nice little walk and a quick find. A group of caches is called a powertrail so perhaps it is "A powertrail of cachers"?

Out for an afternoon's caching with the Double Helix Clan, we started here on our way to tackle the "Butchwalking" series. Having done this cache already, Benjamin and James-Noah were just bursting to show us the cache. To their credit they managed to restrain themselves just long enough for the pirates to notice the slightly out-of-place item. A very nice container and a fav point from us. TFTC Doctor Owl and Mrs Aussie M&M!
Decided to go out in this freezing weather to try and walk to warm up! So why not do some caching while we were at it! Found this one lying on the ground in the open near where it was ment to be. Signed the log and put it back in its correct hidey hole! Thankyou for bringing us here and thankyou for the cache.
Could a group of cachers that have had an unsuccessful day be called a DNF of Cachers?
We nearly gave up on this one, but once Mrs J found it, I realised I'd been searching right next to it a few minutes before. Nice hide.
Thanks Doctor Owl and Mrs Aussie M&M.

Walked in circles and scratched our heads (this really irritated Lucy the deaf/senile/old/wet/wonder dog, who prefers walking with a purpose, ie in one direction). Then we actually checked and realised we were looking for a smaller, clever hide and went aha! Spotted something not quite right on our first round and bingo. Nicely done indeed.
We saw a huge roo hop away from this spot. Awesome. Loved the cache, great idea. SL TNLN. Outdoors with the_xtrailers & geodogs.

Out for the day with DoubleHelixClan and messy61. We juggled vehicles and worked out the best plan of attack, including a lunch break about half way through. The weather was perfect really, not too warm and not too cool and we all enjoyed the outing. Thank you for a great collection of caches. Cache #2016.
Spent the day out with Crane2, DoubleHelixClan and new members Stunkypanda2006 and Gnomeo2007. This was the first find of the day as we tackled the Butchwalking series. A very clever hide and earned a favourite from me. TFTC

A group assault as we finished the Butchwalking to a cannon series and dashed to this one in a light shower.
We weren't sure what we were looking for, a tap of the foot revealed the concealed item.
As cachers come in many packages and cover many areas, today being woodland,
this question many still need further analysis.
Thanks for the clever cache Dr Owl & M&M.

With decent weather being forecast a plan was hatched to do some walking caches today in company with Sylken. Mrs Felix was the designated driver (drop n go) and book reader for the walkers. Although she did manage to walk 1 series today.
Fabulous weather and company, caches in good order and with good co-ords made for a really enjoyable day. (except for the enormous mosquitoes that seemed to follow us everywhere [xx(] )
We saw plenty of goannas, lots of birdlife out and about, some butterflies, kangaroos, and even an orchid on the side of the track.

Geohubby and I have just arrived in Murray Bridge to spend a few weeks tackling the many caches in the area. We were originally booked for the Mega event at Easter but family illness meant we had to cancel at the last minute. We are now able to try to add some more smileys to our tally. We have spent some very enjoyable times with FelixII since they arrived in SA after meeting them at a big event they organised in Busselton WA in 2013.
We were lucky enough to catch up with them again before they move further south, eventually heading for Victoria. Today we tackled a few caches that have been published since they were in Murray Bridge last.
We tallied 45 finds and no DNF's. All caches had excellent co-ords and were in good condition. I apologise for the generic log....I suspect with so many caches to be found around here that there will be many more such logs but we really appreciate all the work, time and effort that has been put into each and every cache by the CO's.
Glorious weather, fantastic company and a tidy sum of smileys made for a very enjoyable day.
We have just spent six weeks caching in the Grampians in Victoria and managed to use up all our stocks of favourite points there. We now have a short list of caches awaiting a favourite point....this cache will be added to the list....and will receive a favourite point as soon as it is earnt.
Many thanks for a great hide Doctor Owl[^][^][^]

Spotted a likely spot from about 5 metres away. Checked it out. No nothing there. Checked a few other spots but I kept coming back to the first place I looked. Decided to put my geo eyes in this time and looked again. Bingo. If I'd looked properly the first time I could have saved myself a few minutes. . Great camo and worth a fav point. TFTC Doctor Owl

We looked for this tricky cache for around 10 minutes and then thought where would Doctor Owl of put it and in a matter of seconds we found it!
Definitely worthy of a favourite Doctor Owl! This little blighter had us stumped for a little while, at the end of along day caching and all a little weary. Take a seat and look around – now would the owl place a nano? Hey presto!
Beautiful day for a walk in the park [^]
Started at one end of the butchwalking series, then continued on to this one.
