Christopher's friends have sailed away to happier climes. He wishes them all the best and his mission here is now done.
Approached this one carefully from inside the cafe while my baristas were watching. Ferreted in the hedge for a time and came out a little damp but with shiny bullet in hand.
Have been waiting for quite some time to log this one but decided to wait until my journey and adventures continue just like Christopher's. Goodbye Columbus TFTC.

We approached this cache as suggested from the West and arrived without any issues. The passing showers were keeping the muggles inside so we could have an uninterrupted look for the cache. The larger harlequin coloured container made it easier to find. We did stop for a drink and something to eat for morning tea. Thanks FMZ for this sneaky hide.
Easy find once you get there but GPS took us on a bit of a walk on a rainy day, definitely do on the weekend
Found it!! We hunted for a wee while trying to find this one. Beautiful day for it and no muggles in sight. Nifty lil hide for those with bad sight lol. I don't know how many times I would have looked straight at it!!

11.55am. Cafe closed which was probably helpful. Honours to Mrs JF . Found with Oscatello & The Pud after a tour around the houses. TFTC.

11.55am. Lucky this place was closed as I suspect it would be rather difficult when open.

Took a bit of tiki-touring to get to the location, but a quick find once there. Tftc
The GPS was jumping terrible, so it took us quite long time to localize the cache.
In the area this afternoon so thought it was high time we found this one. I've been meaning to pop in during business hours but i really haven't had the chance. One day im sure we'll get around to grabbing a coffee, TFTC!
Well I had a work function tonight and some time to kill before getting the bus, what else would I do but kill some time by grabbing a cache? I knew this one was near and I had not had a chance to grab it so off I went...arrived at GZ and realised I did not have a torch on me, but I do have the cats lazer pointer on me (don't ask, the joys of pets) and I was pretty sure that also had a small torch on it, yay yes it does. So after some rummaging, cat toy in hand, I had the cache. TFTC #259

Nice quick grab after the event in the park after a big point in the right direction. TFTC!
Up from Nelson for a meeting later in the day so took the opportunity to take an early morning stroll from my hotel and find this cache. Lovely cafe lady gave me a nudge in the right direction. Thank you!!!
Found while visiting friends who live about 400m away. Quick chat to Mrs RosMar as my hot chocolate was made, then she pointed me in the direction of cache. Nice in the sun, but chilly in the shade!
Another fine day equals more caches to be found. I stopped off at the nearby cafe for lunch and for signing off the log and a nice chat with the owner.
Cheers for the cache.

Found while out caching with Darby&Joan. Glad it was a Sunday, with no one about. TFTC'sC
Came to town a little early today for an event and give us a chance to do a few city caches. Had Helefant along with us as well. Nice and quiet around here today, thank goodness. Quick find. Was impressed with the size of this cache in its location, great stuff. SL. TFTC.
Took us a little while but were happy when we found it. Nice geocache. Cool case
Another dot day today, after work before the rain really started decided that this was the best option to target. The hardest part of this cache was finding a parking spot! TFTC
We had come into town to pick up a puzzle find, but a possibly homeless muggle appeared to be settling in for the long haul at that GZ.
Checked the GPS for other nearby caches and decided to visit this one. A short time later we had Christopher's Cache in hand. Thanks.

Headed over here for lunch on Saturday, but it wasn't open - good for a muggle-free find, but left us still hungering.
Brilliant bonus to this cache is a great healthy brownie, really nice, and excellent cuppa.
Need more cafe caches.

This was an easy cache with the added bonus of meeting a lovely fellow geocacher on the spot! TFTC
Cool container and since I don't like coffee I wasn't disappointed that it was closed, just made the cache easier... Thanks!
The hardest bit was finding the cafe, I have only been when closed and signs taken in, I also have timed it with lots of people around. Clever hide.
Very overlooked but I think I managed it without anyone noticing (including those in the cafe in the know). TFTC
We had to run an errand over to the city and this one was very close to the delivery point. Quite deserted this time of the afternoon, so I took my time and found it fairly quickly.
It was time for a coffee break - a coffee shop and a cache, how cool is that. Ordered my coffee, had a chat with ...mar and she got the cache while I enjoyed my flat white. Thanks guys

Today was my second day in New Zealand, and I decided to explore the area Southwest of Downtown. I had a nice walk to Western Springs before heading back to the city centre. There I found a bunch of caches along the waterfront before returning to my hotel on Eden Crescent.
This cache was found at 14:12.
Thanks for the hide and greetings from Denmark!

Found after work on my way to the bus stop. No one around but based on the logs it seems not to be too much of a problem even when people are around. Still took a couple of minutes to detect the cache, TFTC
Indeed a very easy cache, although the mail box irritated me a bit. Thank you.
No time for geocaching today and decided to find one easy one close by for my streak. Selected very well as the cafe was not open yet(?) and the cache was quickly found and signed. TFTC
Was a little trepidatious approaching this cache as it appeared to be in the middle of a building. Decided my best bet was to order a Mango Smoothie and get out of the heat to have a think about it. Whilst reading the logs I looked up and saw a familiar face - it was my lucky day she helped me with the cache and even provided a pen . Really enjoyed the chat and the Smoothie

Our second one of these containers today. Nice little hide found on a quiet Sunday. TFTC

With a day of many meetings planned, I thought I would leave for work early this morning and collect this cache and get some breakfast while I can. Nice quick find thanks to the hint, before catching up with the cafe owners and having a very nice breakfast. Cheers for the cache placement!
Found with berman002 and mugglebreath. Definitely go when the place is closed. Second find!
Just to re-iterate... the cafe knows all about this cache so no need to be concerned about being muggled by them. They'll point the cache out to you if you're struggling!
Awesome end to another hard day in the Big City. A cache handy to superb coffee....what more could a person ask for...Oh...and the Lemon Tart was exquisite, and Caching conversation enlightening...
a definate ' Must Visit' in the City...and a Fav to.
cheers V.

Definitely a muggle prone zone whichever way you come at it. Luckily the cache was quickly spotted. I retreated a short distance away to sign the log and then returned the cache to its hiding place. TFTC, Biggles.
14026... Seems Christopher's Patrons were busy out discovering SkindoLand[^], TFTC.
Found the cache late at night with sliechke. As we were returning to logbook a security guard approached us. We concluded that honesty was the best option. So we explained the whole idea to him. He seemed confused yet satisfied, and let us on our way. HAHA. TFTC.
A lovely evening so I decided to get a couple of new caches. A van containing 2 cleaning staff was just leaving gz when I arrived. Got here after hours so no-one in the office building but someone looking out from a nearby apartment. Well hidden - they did not see me! Quick find thanks to the clue.
Called in for a late coffee on the way back south (as one does) and had the fortune to collect treasure along the way.
May there be plenty more from whence that came

Came after biz hours and it was an easy find. Good to know this place exists. And great to see the xmas lights on Franklin Rd again!
Sitting at home feeling bored I thought I'd do a quick check for new caches in my area ... aaand weyhey! Even better there was no name by the FTF tag in the description and I got all excited ... Surely not, I couldn't be the first, could I? Could I? Then I checked 'recent comments' and saw I was indeed out of luck, LOL! Never mind. This is indeed a very easy cache (I bet the cafe owners love that it brings them new customers!), but one post a bit further down says very clearly exactly where it is. Kind of takes the fun out of the find so DON'T SCROLL DOWN if you want to find it for yourself. TFTC
Dropped in for a looksee at lunchtime. Lots of muggles about. Tried to be surreptitious from behind the hedge, but clearly the **other** adjacent business doesn't know about the cache. After explaining geocaching to them, I decided that there were too many muggles about, and to go for a cache that is a little less obvious. Will have to return after hours for this one.

Visited this late on a Sunday afternoon so no problems with muggles - but no coffee either. TFTC
All this talk about handy coffee lounge ..... All closed today !
Easy find thanks ..... near to work too !

Sprung again ! Grabbed the cache walked off to sign then heard excuse me are you looking for Christopher? I was kindly offered a free coffee but i was already 15 minutes late for work after grabbing some earlier caches so had to decline unfortunately.
Just happened to be very nearby having breakfast when the establishment owner greeted me with
"Christopher's hidden in the hedge!"
Now, not knowing there was a cache published yesterday, and knowing that we had a mutual friend in the cache owner, I jumped to the conclusion that the cache owner was outside trying to conceal himself in the designer shrubbery. Heck must be a solid hedge.
Wandered outside with a smirk thinking Chris must be in some trouble with his adopted Mega-mum to be calling him by his extended name. CHRISTOPHER! However I couldn't spot any funked-up munky cowering behind the greenery in fear of an ear-bashing, but I'm sure the only scorn around here was the freshly baked cheese ones.
As I tucked into rather a delicious breakfast, the establishment owner asked if I had found Christopher yet and pointed out that he was a cache rather than a cache owner and was lurking rather close to where I was sitting
cache signed and on my way to enjoy the rest of the day. Recommended!

Joint FTF with rosmar and kiwibug!
As it was pretty much near lunchtime I figured I'd pop out of the office to find this and grab a bite to eat.
I think I'm becoming blind to these type of caches - it was pretty much in my face and I couldn't see it but rosmar put me straight!
Had a chat and grabbed a bite to takeaway at the extremely conveniently cafe nearby before heading off ;D
Thanks!

Second to find on this one! We guess it's the best we could do!
Normally I'm off on thursday morning but today I had to take the shift of a coworker who was missing. I received the notification when I was working.
Once I finished my shift I rushed with Chili to the cache location.
At GZ, the hint was very helpful. We started searching when a lady opened the curtain and smiled at us! We saw in the description that people in the area were aware of the cache so we kept searching and found it quickly!
We left the FTF prize (or STF?) inside as we didn't have time to enjoy it
Thanks for the cache!
Greetings from France.
