Nice spot cache wasn't at gz but we found it in the end and replaced it. Cache needs maintenance
Found it right where it was hiding. Walked along the beach, everybody was out enjoying the fully sun shine day, New Years Eve. What a wonderful day, hot, with high humidity, yet no seemed to notice it.
Except me!
Two days from now I'll almost be back home in the depths of cold...Canada.
Loved it here, but not this heat, and humidity.
Thanks for this cache jadhoo

Been coming to Burrum Heads for many years with austrees. Visiting some geofriends here this time. So decided to show them what geocaching was about. A simple one to start with.
Have been coming to Burrum Heads since 1982. It is part of my soul. Lovely sunny day although very windy. TFTC
#661 @ 6:52 am ~ Found as part of Suzy's week long caching car-cation up the coast to Rockhampton. Quick grab this morning. TFTC jadhoo
1.50pm - Had to grab this one while fisherman wasn't looking. No log sheet in container so left new sheet. SLTFTC
A visit for fish and chips and to inspect Burrum Heads netted this one with lozza. All good.

Decided today was the day to clean up some green boxes at Burrum Heads.
Searched for about 20 minutes to no avail, could see where someone had been searching around all the trees, I think this one is MIA, worth the CO having a look.

Found at 15.40hrs. Saw the container straight away and not many muggles around today so it was a quick grab. The wind was up a bit and a bit chilly.

Had to use some stealth and patience when finding this cache due to muggle activity nearby! Enjoyed having our lunch in the area and were sorry that the tide was out as feel sure it would be so much better when the tide was in.

Yes, local knowledge is certainly most helpful. And some light too if you're looking around at sunset! Nice spot. TFTC

Parked just up from the boat ramp and walked back. Very quick find Signed log YOF as this is what I use on this type and size of log as youngoldfella takes up too much space. Had to wait about ten minutes to replace it as there were some muggles very close by. Had a very good chat with these locals and when they were going the other way replaced where found. TFTC
First find of the day for my Burrum Heads mission with geodad, mugglemum and geopup. Geodad retrieved, I replaced. TFTC jadhoo
1328hrs. After setting up camp on the riverbank it was time for a walk. The better half saw the cache but I had to retrieve it. Sat and looked at the river for a bit before walking the other way on a great path. Love this area. TFTCSL
Quick find after grabbing an icecream in burrum heads. Pulled up very close to cache, I jumped out and found the cache. A little tricky for the vertically challenged but a lovely spot to view the beach.
Lol deary me that was a bit of fun! Hehe tftc!! Helps to be tall or have a kid to sit on your shoulders hahah
Quick find by the geoson again although needed the extra reach from me to pluck this one.
It was very windy here today. We sat and watched some local fisherman pull in a turtle. Had to be sneaky, but they were all more concerned about their catch than what we were doing. Thanks jadhoo
Nice quick hide had a muggle close bye had to be sneaky within a blink of a eye it
Was in my hand to clever for the muggle

Lots of holiday muggles here today but we used stealth and got the cache without being noticed and replaced without being noticed.
Quite a few muggles around, took cache back to geo4wd to sign, was able to replace without anyone noticingTFTC Jadhoo
Found very quickly in the company of geomum. It's amazing what you get away with if you work in a team. TFTC
Quick and easy find. A couple of muggles were fishing a bit further along, but I was able to grab the cache without them knowing. TFTC
