#79 In Orange for the Aust. National Field Days and decided to check out this area I hadn't been to before. Interestingly these trees are no longer allowed at home in Sydney. Thanks for bringing me here Squick

Great spot from a distance by Billy, geodog preoccupied. Cache in good order. TFTC
In Orange overnight for work and decided to introduce some young cousins who live locally to the world of caching. A great morning with not a single DNF. Thanks to all the cache owners in town.

Bathurst to Orange
We have set up camp at the showground overnight. We completed the lake walk in the morning then onto the Gnoo Blast in the afternoon, finishing with a tiki tour of the country side before heading home.
A great series around the lake , a peaceful place for the locals to enjoy. Favourite point for the series.

11235. Headed up to the Orange region with AngelG27, Sol de Lune and specimenX ("FASS") for a fun-filled weekend of caching. Lots of caches found, a few not found, and a lot of laughs had as we toured around over 2 full days as far north as Wellington which resulted in 124 finds for me.
After finishing the GB Loop we headed over to do the Lake Walk/Ride Loop. After dropping off the car we walked the rest of the series. Quick find at GZ for the last of the series after again dodging the family of muggles. Log signed, cache returned, and we were off to the next lot of caches on the list.
Thanks again Squick !! Another enjoyable series !

Found as part of an Orange and surrounds geomission with fitzy_1965, AngelG27 & Sol de Lune (signed as FASS to save time & space) Top weather, great company and lots of laughs meant for an epic weekend of caching all round!
Off we wander a bit more to nab the final one in the series for us and fitzy made quick work of this one [^]
Thanks for the series and hide and for an enjoyable wander around this lovely little lake, Squick

Fitzy_1965, SpecimenX, Sol de Lune and I (logged as "FASS") headed from Canberra to Orange and surrounds for a caching blitz over the 30-31 July weekend. We logged around 1000kms in the Geo-Jeep, selecting those caches that Fitzy had not previously found. I scored around 130 caches for the trip. The visit was characterised by blue skies, very green paddocks, lots of water off and on the road, a fair amount of mud, and good company! Still plenty of caches to collect and scenic spots to explore on a return trip. Thanks to my fellow travellers for a fun weekend, and the COs for all their efforts in putting out and maintaining the caches.
41st for the day at 1100 (46th for the trip). Time to embark on another series by Squick - a lovely day for a walk and enjoy the lake. Last of the series for us, and another quick find by Fitzy. We ended up in sync with another group of walkers that made the finding a bit more awkward! Thanks Squick for the series - fav point added to #16.

12:17:00 PM. Came out here for a rest break and to stretch our legs. Boy the wind was cold so didn't do the full circuit. Found after a bit of a scratch around. Log signed but is full and wet. The log is falling apart. Thanks Squick for placing this cache.
My third day off an Easter camp caching holiday at Carcoar dam. Today I had gone towards Orange for a couple of power trails and the various caches along the way.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
I parked outside as I was too early for the gates to be open. Beautiful trees, thanks.

After a walk in Mount Canobolas Reserve we stopped at Lake Canobolas and collected as many caches we could find whilst doing the circuit walk.

To bring up the #1800 milestone, we celebrated with a chilly ride round the lake. It was great to be able to get out on the bikes in between the snow and the sleet. Thanks for setting this great series up!
Our last find of the series as we didn't realise there was a 16 at the time. Thanks again for this great series! We had a great time.

Me stroll started cold, but with the blazing sunshine and a brisk pace, I had warmed up a bit
Number 15 quickly presented itself

Brought my bike up from Canberra for a couple of days in Orange with my wife, and after riding the loop around the old race track, I headed over to give this one a go. A few drive bys to start with, but once at number 5, I hit this trail. Completed it in a little over an hour and all though I DNF'd number 9....all was good.
Enjoyed this ride a little more than the the race track, but only because of the views over the water and wildlife/bird life spotted while out there. A pleasant way to spend a bit of time......
Thanks Squick...another good fun series that I hope is around for a while. Fav point added for these ones as well.
