Joining the growing number of DNFs here. I looked pretty thoroughly but could not find a cache. Perhaps the CO can confirm that it is still in place?
Out for a night hunt with Crinklypear5 and Mr Brightside. Between the three of us and 20 minutes of thorough searching none of us could turn up the cache. Hope we just were having a bad night.
With the geo mobile parked in sydney markets, thought I'd take this on.. this place is DARK of a night! Clues made for a quick find. Thanks for a log suitable for the semi trailer driving streamers!
We have set up camp at the Lane Cove Caravan Park, while our daughter is in hospital for a couple of weeks.
After visiting the Flemington Markets we then continued to find caches in the Bushes & Fields Series. We then picked up others close by. It felt like we got a tiki tour of the area.
Thanks for placing this cache gullightly

Companions: None
Muggles: None
Weather: Sunny winter morning
Cache condition: Good
I participated in the local ParkRun in Bicentennial Park, and on the way home decided to find some local caches. I entered the park to find it empty, so headed straight to the logical feature, and through a systematic search soon had CIH; TNLNSL, TFTC
I was interested in the WestConnex air quality measurement facility, which will presumably provide a baseline for the tunnels. It is always a balance between the new infrastructure (although new roads create _more_ traffic in the long run) and how it will impact the local community.

Great little area will have to come back one day with a packed lunch found the cache in the usual spot was a good hide took me a couple mins thanks for the cache
Ahh the gentle hum of the cars and breeze in the trees. A lovely little park that perhaps one day I will also ride to. Great hide.
Anzac Day afternoon entertainment while Geoson number three was at a birthday party nearby. Also managed to be given some rosemary by a fellow gardener on our way back to the car. Bonus!

Found by Mary & David, at 0905. Our first for the day. Unbelievable weather, and our plan to find dozens of caches today as we head west to Richmond will not eventuate. This is a pretty little park. A quick find. Our thanks to gullightly.
Exactly where I thought it would be but it took some close inspection to spot. Nice. SL. TFTC.
Found at 12:22pm.
Today I was on a mission for work to handle some matters at Sydney Olympic Park. I couldn't help but stop on my way back for a couple of sneaky finds
I noticed that this one was fairly accessible and saw that I wouldn't need to do any bush bashing. I made my way to GZ once I located the park and began my search. It was a quiet day, the rain had come down very heavily in recent hours so the grass was damp and everyone was indoors. Of course this meant an easy search for me.
I explored all cavities where the hint suggested the cache was but after 10 minutes I still had nothing to show for my efforts. Before I gave up I sat down and took a breather to regather my thoughts.
I'm sure it was just a matter of rechecking those spots that I already had as there were very limited hiding spots. I did exactly that once I pulled out the torch and soon had CIH with no creepy crawlies to contend with.
Signed log, thanks for the cache gullightly

#145 tried to think where it could be hidden, had a few ideas and finally found it in the last place I looked. Thanks for the cache signed log
When I first came into the park there was a man sitting at GZ. I had to go for a walk while I waited for him to leave. He left his empty bottle on the table, so I cached In Trashed Out.
Quick dash out at night to clean up the local area.
Found within minutes under the cover of darkness with plenty of bugs and spiders for company!

Found! Was drenched from the sudden rain, thankful for the lightning to show me the park at 1am.. Great hide TFTC
A belated log (sorry) as this was found while waiting for the step-father-in-law to undergo a procedure at Concord hospital in late November just a few days after the mother-in-law had a stroke; it was a busy time and this was a nice distraction. Found with my brother-in-law.TFTC Budgy (JenneG)
We visited Olympic park today and also found this cache.

Interesting little hidden park, and there is an air quality station off to the side of the park (sorry forgot to take a photo), and a bridge that crosses the M4.

[Warning spoiler, but once you have found this cache a funny story]
After a few minutes searching around the site we sat down for a rest, which of course was the easiest way to find the cache.
One of our crew (who shall remain nameless - because I'm typing the story) managed to fat finger the cache further in to it's hide and it took another 10 minutes of coaxing to get it back out!
The only consolation was that I did wonder how many other people had done exactly the same thing...

Found by our relative newbie. Hope you've brought some sushi for your picnic cos you might need those chopsticks. TFTC
Some welcome greenery and picnic facilities for the locals. Nicely positioned cache. TFTC.
On the way to an event at Sydney Olympic Park so stopped by for this one.
I actually met Bill Boyce back in the 70's when I was a resident of the Strathfield area. Didn't realise they named a park after him - albeit it so close to a noisey freeway.
So thanks for bringing me to this location, gullightly.

Fingers luckily long! Up for a conference at home bush today. Couldn't sleep so 4am cache run seemed like a good idea to avoid the muggles. Nice find. Thanks very much.
Parked near GZ and walked over. Checked some spots and after about 5 min, the rain came down. Lucky I had cover. Did a search all around and just couldn't find this thing. Sat and read some logs and then retraced my steps. Ahhh, sometimes you need to dig a little deeper It was tough to extract, so I found a makeshift tool, and managed to get the cache. SL and replaced hopefully a little easy for the next cacher. Nice little park and TFTC.
I love this Geocache!
Quickly found, however hard to remove from the hiding spot.
Thanks!

TFTC,
on a cycle ride with muggle friends who enjoy finding the odd cache. They needed the clue for this one.
Visited a group of trackables.

Found pretty quickly once we got there and had a bit of a wrestle to try and grab it first. She may not have been tall enough to grab it without my help though. TFTC!

Out with Skyebomonkeytown for a short afternoon run of a few caches. SBMT had already found this cache so stood back while I went in search. I found the container in the second place I looked which really annoyed my companion as she took a lot longer to find this hide, missing out on a solo FTF into the bargain. A neat little park here. Thanks for the cache gullightly.

Yesterday we were finding Gullightly's caches near Matraville and today we're finding them miles away in another suburb. The little park was deserted on this holiday Monday enabling us to have a quick find in a logical hiding spot. Thanks Gullightly for the clever placement of a "real" mini-container.
Looks like there was a big party in the reserve last night - empty bottles of various alcoholic substances; empty coke bottles; and many empty cigarette packets!! Perhaps we need a CITO event here!
GPS took me to nearby trees, then I read the hint which helped to no end!
Fun find.

Very nice hide. Wish we had brought a trash bag. Another drunken party has taken place. TFTC
I took note of a previous log (eventually) of the need for a torch on this one, and went back to the car to grab the same. Then it was a much easier find. Well hidden indeed.
I did a cito on the way out as some yobbos had had a drunken party at the table recently. Thanks for the hide.

Yebo, like a previous cachet my iPhone danced wild around and I spent at least 20min searching around
I sat down and looked around, nothing
And looked again - well I am going to see my optometrist very soon - there it was, probably a question of angle to look

Note to self: Do not trust the twelve year old to check the spots properly. I found it easily enough.

Quick find, and I have a similar hide, but with a different essential addition to the container.
This one has fed my cache hiding plans.

#516 (3 of 4 today) (Streak day 94)
After two quick finds this one really stopped me in my tracks. iPhone was suggesting a few spots so I started the process of checking them. Little did I realise that it was in the first place I looked - should have brought a torch with me.
After about ten minutes, I was back where I started and made the find. Sigh!

Nice walk in this neighbourhood on Australia Day following a friend's citizenship ceremony in Strathfield Park. This is a really nice little park. Too bad about the motorway noise. Clever hide. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
Took a bit of scratching around but went back over the places I'd already checked and eventually grabbed it.
This was the third of four finds I made today wandering in the area while my car was being serviced up the line.
When I arrived at this pleasant little park I was relieved to find it deserted. It took a while to find the cache as it had either been moved by a muggle or put back in completely the wrong place. I returned it to a more likely spot in accordance with the hint.
Thanks once again gullightly.

Found on a bike ride to tempe with my Venturer unit. Met some workers who were having lunch at GZ, and after we explained what we were doing we made the find close by. TFTC
We confused a couple of builder muggles who were sitting having lunch.
Now we've got a couple of people who think they'd like to take up geocaching.
Thanks for the cache

As it happened, this turned out to be cache #600! In the twilight, the reserve was deserted, and after a short search, I found the nook where the cache was attached. SL&R.

At 6.55am on New Years Day I thought I'd have the park to myself.
Well I did to begin and luckily the cache was in the 1st place I felt but I couldn't get it out, so back to the car to get an extraction tool. As I was working on the little bugger, 3 20 something guys climbed over a nearby fence and began digging in the centre of the park. When they noticed me they called out something about the new year and that they were digging a hole to let off some unexploded fireworks. I finally extracted the cache, SL & returned the cache still hidden but hopefully easier for the next cacher.
All this time I kept my eye on the guys and noticed they were sort of watching me too. A such is life, we all get up to devious things!
Sadly I left my extraction tool behind so will have to make another one.
TFTC # 1 for 2014.

ALL7 and I decided to do some late afternoon and night time caching. Headed down the dreaded thin black line to Sydney planning to troll through Ryde, Concord, Five Dock to try our luck. Almost gave up on this one but perseverance paid off. Great cache. TFTC
