We were reading the description and talking about the best approach, GeowifeE hopped out on the passenger side. No sooner had we grasped our door handles to get out and search, she had the cache in her hands showing us. Great views, log is almost full.
Tassie Trip Day 70 - After a rather wet night and start to the day it was very conducive to a late onslaught to get a cache that was a little walk to collect. Collecting one on the way to do our shopping and then returning to camp for lunch and later 2 were collected that afternoon after the weather turned nice.
Well approached this on the way to Echo Sugarloaf a cache missed the day before as to the weather and distance from the parking location this was a road we did not cross but this time on a direct line to it this was a great place to park and grab a cache and a view was spectacular as the sun was our and the clouds let it through to show the bay in all its glory. This was such a great look I later returned with the senior members to show the view.
Thanks Plying Platypus for showing us this glorious place to stop and cache.

Dangerous road. Not suitable. Difficult to park a vehicle safely.
Beautiful scenery.
Beautiful scenery.
On getting close, coming from the Huon side, we could not see a spot to safely stop.
I drive past this all the time on my way to my kids school, and stopped many times to take pictures from this point, today I realised there is this cache! Thanks!
Found with Lekker_Ding while visiting Tasmania. Beautiful view. Thanks Flying Platypus
Fantastic views from here and we spent time admiring some of the appropriately designed local houses.

Dav81 and myself had just enjoyed the hike to South Cape Bay and now we were slowly making our way back to Hobart stopping for a random cache here and there. This one didn't take us long to find in an obvious location. We signed the log and then replaced the cache as we had found it.
Thanks for the cache and the view Flying Platypus

Found on 08.02.14. Found 08.02.14. Great day down the Channel. 1 of 7 finds. Had been on this road before but somehow missed the great view from here, so thanks for making us stop. TFTC
Dropped by and picked up the cache while out for a drive. We also found the previously hidden cache in this area. TFTC!
Found this one as Cygnet was absolutely chockers with people - must have been a festival or something.... Anyways, after fighting for a parking spot to get groceries, I decided that it was time to get out of town and find a different cache. This is it.
Took in the views (bit hazy today). Thanks for the cache.

As we approached this location, the stunning views reminded us that we had visited this area previously when we were looking for a since archived cache. A quick search and the cache was in hand. the cache and it's contents were in good condition. Thanks FlyingPlatypus for bringing us back to this great vantage point and for the cache.
Having found the previous cache here, I was happy to return and check out the view again (including being able to impress Mrs RC by showing her the island I kayaked across the Channel to for another cache!).
Once the GPSr stopped bouncing back and forth over a 40m range, I found the cache pretty quickly.
Thanks.

A sense of déjà vu as I recall finding a cache just meters away away from the GZ
What a top spot have stopped here many a time to show off the beautiful views thanks for putting a cache here
Hi Flying Platypus
Having just found "Silverwater Park" and that FTF having gone, I came in search of this cache expecting the same.
Located the cache at 1605hrs and it had a clean sheet - *FTF* to OldSaint.
While signing the log I remembered doing the same some time ago in the same GZ with a cache owned by March Brown.
Like then, the views just excite again this time.
TFTC and cheers
