Unfortunately, I cannot see any information that indicates that steps have been taken to resolve the issue/s associated with this placement. Therefore as advised previously, the cache is being de-listed (Archived) to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.
The [**Geocache Maintenance guideline**](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance) explains what needs to happen with a Disable cache.
Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center article [**here**](http://support.groundspeak.com//index.php?pg=kb.page&id=70).
If you wish to contact me please send an email via my profile - [**Bunjil**,](https://coord.info/PR9GZ0K) and quote the cache name and GC number.

###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
I've noticed this cache is carrying a maintenance log which really does need to be addressed by the cache owner.
The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Oh dear..this needs moving. I hadn’t read previous logs before making the very long hike. Only to find it’s behind construction walls. Needs moving
No luck today. Gates are closed and I'm tempted to log a needs maintenance. It appears that the hide is behind the construction fence and the building is no where near finished.
Another day maybe.
I live in the east and work in the west and today I grabbed a few caches on the way home by somehow heading further west, not very efficient but enjoyable none the less
**Thanks for placing this cache cubsgrasshopper**

Blocked off inside construction site, the owner should probable move it somewhere outside of the site
There is some construction going on so if the gates are closed you won't be able to reach it! A good hiding place
Great hide complete with background music of frogs quietly doing what they do. T4TC
Came back again the second time and glad to be able to cross this off our list. Swapped with some items. SL. TFTC!
Think this one might need some dealing up. Maybe a box/ jar inside the cache? No real water protection!
Reading other people's posts I get the feeling their should be a container within but there isn't at this point. May need a bit of love.
Tftc. Nice quick find on my bike today. Nice winters day. Log book is a little wet. Didn't have a spare.
Out with the Venturers at the site of our new hall and found this cache.
Nice to see more scout caches.

Made a small detour to grab this on my way home from work and fill in another day on my cache calendar. TNLN. TFTC
We found this on our way home from lunch. There's a jar of liquid but no actual container for cache though. Perhaps it's supposed to be like this? Anyhoo, we have signed the log. Tftc
Found on a day trip with kenare and kenbryl. Contents in cache a bit grubby and a jar of some kind of liquid. Tftc
ENABLING CACHE - it would seem a good Samaritan has attended to the issue and this cache lives again.
**A reminder to the CO** - your prompt attention to any log that indicates things could be amiss will be welcomed by all seekers, and your assistance in this aspect of geocaching will be greatly appreciated.

Today I went out and cleaned out all the caches I haven't done around the Melton area. This was the first cache for the day, even though it was disabled I went to check it out. The cache was there in good condition and log book was there too. A great little design. TFTC
### **MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?** ###
I notice from one or more recent log entries that **this cache appears to be in need of owner intervention.** Therefore, I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Prompt attention by cache owners to any log that indicates anything could be amiss is greatly appreciated by all seekers. The guideline advises; ***"if you can't check/fix it straight away then Disable it till you can."*** see here: [Owner is responsible for visits to the physical location,](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance ) and here's how; [Temporarily Disable and Enable,](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235) also check out this Blog: [Helpful Tips To Keep In Mind As A Geocache Owner.](http://www.geocaching.com/blog/2015/03/you-hid-your-first-geocache-now-what/)
Please respond to this situation by **3rd September** to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

Found by Mary & David at 1227. Another day, another cache. Parked nearby and spotted something immediately. Walked over to investigate, and there was the cache. The log book is drying out, and is now quite useable. Our thanks to cubsgrasshopper.
Found after work late at night. Being a Grey Wolf then, I hope you're a PL and a Blue Cord by now, so enjoy your Scouting. (from a retired Scout Leader). Thanks for the hide, however I did have to contend with a muggle on the other side of the road flying a drone. I don't know if he was filming, so I only touched the cache while he was flying away from me, to minimise the chance.
Cheers. Container lip broken, moisture/water can get in. TFTC. Good placement of hide.
Need a quick find near he area we where staying we headed over after dark and soon spotted the likely camo. A couple of turns and the log book was soon spotted. We completed the signing duties and re hid TFTC.
Found it! Our very first cache! Thank you! It was tricky and we had returned to the car in defeat, before one last look! Thanks for starting off our journey!
An interesting, no longer legal cache. Just look for a cache site that might not be approved today. It's in good shape. TN. LN. SL. Thanks for the cache cubsgrasshopper.

The first cache of the day and one that Lady caughtatwork along with me today very much enjoyed. Can't say too much more otherwise it would be a giveaway but I do like a container that has had some effort and construction put into it. Mych appreciated.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for this cache here today, its style is very much what we like to find.

A quick find after playing tennis and beating a sore loser! Nothing more satisfying than geocaching after a win! TFTC
Great cache. Congratulations on your Grey Wolf Award. From one scout to another. I'd love to hear about how you used geocaching for it as I'm a Cub Scout Leader from SA.

As we arrived at GZ we would not have been surprised to find Baloo here, given the name of the local sporting team! H-P was an Akela for many years and soon spotted the cleverly disguised and well constructed cache. We hope you are enjoying being a Scout.
[u]FEEDBACK TO CO[/u]: Log is damp and could do with some extra protection - plastic bag perhaps?
Our thanks to cubsgrasshopper for bringing us to this location.

Well done Brendan; TFTC. A nicely constructed hide means the contents are safe and secure. TNLNSL
A quick and easy drive by while I was on the other side of town. Thanks for bringing me here and thanks for the cache.
nifty hiding spot ~ took a flower shaper eraser & left a pre-loved cricket ball found nearby ~ TFTC
Did not take us long to find this well thought out and implemented cache. Had to be careful of the occasional muggle going by in the car. Cache in good order and plenty of goodies for Geokids to enjoy. Enjoyed your cache notes too.
TFTC cubgrasshopper and hope you are enjoying the cubs as our son did many years ago!!

Did not find. Found a white plastic container that was broken and empty. Suspect they may have been it.
While in the area over we decided to pick up a few caches, this one was a nice brave cache making for a enjoyable find. Dropped off TB. Thanks for the cache.
This is a ripper hide. Pity its not Australia Day in support of your cub/scouting theme. Fav for the story and the first hide. Took dice left domino. Cache find#902. TFTC cubgrasshopper.
