Upon arrival we tried to take a seat but we could ever couldn't remove it we found the cache instead. Thanks
Very difficult for tall people. Just as well I'm of average height but spread out horizontally
Out with some caching buddies for the evening (Sherlock the Puppy and Socialbizguy), with the mission being to find all of the Beachlands caches.
Wandered down from above to collect this one. As we drew near, I realised I had been here before, and reckoned I knew where the cache would be. So Socialbizguy took a seat as suggested by the hint, and quickly had the cache in hand. We signed the log while admiring the view.... a gorgeous spot.

Nice walk after coming here for lunch. Must come back another day for the other caches!
Nice quick find. Luckily all the muggles nearby were too busy to watch what we were doing. TFTC
TFTC I was walking towards this cache and tellin the Story bout when I was 12 and swimming at this exact place
Out this way today with Alpenmich80 to grab a few caches and started with this one before heading over to Jurassic Park. Super quick find here and now off to get muddy. TFTC
Easy find, though the seat was occupied but a really nice Scottish lady, i managed to sweet talk her well enough to distract and find it
Another great find on a geocaching holiday in the area.
Thanks for setting up this cache.
Nice to get this one found quickly today.

Found whilst visiting family here in Auckland. It's a lovely walk along here and we sat and watched the sea for ages as the tide was right in. Nice easy find, Signed log TFTC
Muggle loading was too high last time we were here, returned on a overcast morning to have the place to ourselves and made a quick find
Our first cach just meters from home (exciting) on our way to find the next cach
Keylev had organised a group of us to meet in this area and find some caches before having takeaways and watching a movie in the park at Maraetai in the evening. After meeting at the regional parks carpark down the road we decided to drive in convoy around some of the beachlands caches.
Found a closer parking spot to access the cache from and quickly had the cache in hand. TFTC

Out with a group today ... makes it fun and interesting to cache with different people both adults and kids children.. TFTC
Caching today with a group collecting caches in Beachlands prior to the movie in the park at Maraetai. A nice quick find by the little people here. TFTC
Number 9 for the day, and it was starting to get late, and we also had plans for dinner and the movie in the park, but the weather was starting to cloud over a little.... positive thoughts... no rain for the movie.
We managed to park close to GZ (well as close as we could get) and made our way.
Cache was found quickly, logging sorted, and back on our way to the next cache.
TFTC.

TFTC we found this one today really quickly . . . . . nice little spot here - will have to come back here with the kids one day.
#1007 Our 102 this trip, and we also placed 5 caches in NZ this trip as a thank you to the NZ Cachers that made this trip so enjoyable.
We are over the ditch for 18 days, with the goal of achieving our 1000 milestone at East Cape, which gave us our Most Easterly Find as well, 4* east of our previous one.
Sorry about the delay in logging, no access to a computer, had to wait until we are home in Qld.
In Beachlands visiting Sweet's niece, a desire to find a cache and to place one.
An easy with the clue and good co-ords, worth a favourite point.
All with the cache.

Wasn't hard to find, took a seat for a few minutes to admire the view. Walked past 2 very expensive BMW's to get here, personalised plates on them, looks like the owner of personalised plates lives there. Flash house. I've always thought those plates are overpriced, now I see why.....
I don't know if I'm just not looking hard enough but I couldn't find it anywhere. How frustrating! :')

Found this one whilst exploring the beach, the rock pools just nearby are fun for the kids to check out when the tide is out! Forgot to bring a pen so couldn't sign the log sorry, but took a photo instead. (with the cache obscured so as to not give away what it looks like )
Early start this morning! Drove from west Auckland to do some fishing and had time to kill before my mate was ready! Quick find! A bit cold for a swim today! Log is very wet and needs replacing! Tftc
No need to contemplate, we found the cache after a brisk seawall walk then stayed on for dinner before heading home TFTC.
Beautiful spot even in winter! high tide was gorgeous Lived in Auckland 40+ years and never been to this spot. Clever hide TFTC
An awesome spot to sit and contemplate on a beautiful sunkist day, many thanks for showing us the lovely views from here.
Grab an ice cold beverage for this one so you can relax afterwards and enjoy the view
Very nice spot. Had to wait a while for a little old lady to move off the seat but got there in the end
Made harder as some kids had left there bikes leaning against the seat and were still in view. Spotted the cache from a distance then made a quick grab before retreating to sign the log. A little tree climbing to get to the path again gave me another excuse to pass the bikes.

What a lovely spot for a cache! The tide was full when we arrived and no one was around which made the finding very easy. Spent abit of time here after signing the log, just admiring the view before making our way back to the truck. TFTC!
Nice day for a drive out to beachlands to get my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted ...... So of course we were in need of a quick easy geo before we left..... Great spot for a bit of skinny dipping:) ..... TFTC
Originally logged and found whilst out with mum (keylev) but now have own account so logging all finds I was present at and helped with.
Thanks for the cache.

Spent many a long summer at this beach back in the day, so very nice to revisit for a surfeit of childhood memories. Nice quick find. TFTC.
And a lovely place to contemplate this was!! Nice stroll along the waterfront to a part of Auckland we had never been to before. Lovely playground for the kids too. Thanks.
Another nice spot...kids enjoyed checking out the rock pools as the tide was out....TFTC
My grandson and I were a little bemused by a couple of locals taking their canine for a walk. It was on a leash until they reached the start of the path down to the beach. Where they immediately unleashed the dog RIGHT BESIDE a sign which stated the opposite. Some people are ignorant!!
Had to wait till a muggle family left GZ before collecting the cache. Great spot to spent some time. TFTC
Out and about caching in the hot afternoon sun. I parked up on Cherries Road and quickly made my way to GZ. I remember finding a WackyB cache along here some years back. Cache was soon detected once I waited for a muggle to walk on past. The tide was well in sea spray covered GZ. The sea wall has been breached right next to GZ creating a rather ominous hole in the ground. Hopefully they get that fixed up pronto. Cheers for bringing me back here to enjoy the view!
