QLD Mega trip 2015 with Sol de Lune. On this almost 400km road trip we drove from Canberra to Stanthorpe caching in all the towns along the way with mostly great success. Around the Mega there were heaps of caches to be done including a few power trails. Despite the weather we got all of the planned caches done.
Day three was spent caching around Tamworth and then watching the cricket world cup at the amazing camp ground kitchen. Thanks.

A Baker’s Dozen – the name of a cache we own and also the number of caches we found after setting up camp in Tamworth. We were impressed by the number of parks and playgrounds around the city and of course the sneaky little caches they offered.
Our thanks to Whitey Wiskas for bringing us here.

Lots of builders around working on the new houses. Found cache after a bit of genuflection. TFTC!
Found at 9:03 AM GAFF1. A nice new estate with lovely houses. Those cherry blossom trees are making the whole area very sophisticated indeed.
The cache container was a bit difficult to get out - the previous cacher replaced it a bit too far in [B)]
Thanks Whitey Wiskas.

Have returned to complete our logging duties. Apologies for not sending a message - life often gets in the way of fun. Also thanks for your patience.
Hi there Whitey Wiskas. We found your cache "Lampada Park" at 11:14:00 AM today.
This was our 1st cache find in a caching run of 5 Finds & 0 DNFs today. (So this now makes our find count 9074.)
[Blue]
Today was our first day 'caching in Tamworth, & it seems like we have discovered a group of 'caches that have been placed in or near kids playgrounds.
Please Note: Geocachers sneaking around kids playgrounds are often confused with someone that may have evil intent - and parents or neighbours often complain and call the police.
However, as the coast was clear we attempted it anyway . . . . .
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: Excellent. (We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.)
Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing..
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Today we did a tour around Tamworth, we visited many parks, lookouts & the wonderful tributes to Country Music of which this town is so famous.
The caches we found were interesting & varied. The cachers of Tamworth should all be proud of their well maintained caches.
Thanks for placing this cache Whitey Wiskas

Shame to see so much rubbish in a children's playground, particularly in a new estate. interesting whole wide. Please change the location of the coordinates as it is still 21 meters off. Thanks for the cache!
Reperio at 1000.
Traveled up from Newcastle yesterday to spend a couple of days in Tamworth visiting friends...and today I had some time to find a few caches. This was the second find of the day, and after wandering around GZ for far too long, I eventually decided that the cache had to be somewhere else...exactly 20m somewhere else. Fortunately I spotted it from afar while I was checking out one of the more obvious structures nearby.
Gratias Whitey Wiskas.

Initially I thought that this one could be hard to find, being so small. But I captured it within two minutes at exactly 1800 HRS EDLT on the 27th Dec. Now with no log to verify that I was actually there at the time given I decided to take a photo of the "Stud and the nearby Train" of which I am happy to provide.
In the past I have located several Nano magnetics, but this is the smallest for me with 121 Caches so far. TFTC.
