Went up here, counted the number of steps 3 times, got 2 different results. One number gave obviously incorrect coordinates, so went rooting about the other one. Didn't find the cache but did find a 100 year old whisky bottle! Sadly empty, but a nice prize all the same.

We took a break for tea and had a debate about what constitutes a step. We went back and counted the steps another three times, again coming up with two numbers, but one was new. We put this new number in and got another reasonable set of coordinates. This time we found the cache pretty quickly despite the terrain being hostile at this time of year.

My first multi! My big son Conbo and I drove to the cache, done the counting and the maths, entered the co-ordinates and found the cache pretty much straight away! loved it! TFTC! Smile

In the area we decided to spend some time on the East Belfast caches - more of a dander than expected as we captured the cache - who has a pen? All in the car - WR did the gentleman bit and went back. TFTC

A few things to do in the area so we decided to pick up some East Belfast caches while here - the multi was the easy part! Arrived at GZ and got the cache - not a pen between us - nothing else for it but to hoof back to the car!!! At least Tara enjoyed herself with PB until I got back. TFTC
