Sadly this geocache attracts attention from street kids that continually mess with it. Hope to relist this geocache nearby soon. This location worth the visit even if one cannot log a find. Cheers
Found with 97. Was no container so log is soaked.. thanks for bringing us here in a visit to see the snow.. tnln. Think i left my fuji digital camera near the duck sign
Found it! Needs maintenance. Was not in the right place and not in original container. Pot luck we got it
Sorry, didn't realize I had added a note instead of a requires. Please see my note. Thanks
Staying at Rawson caravan park. Thanks for bringing us to the lake. Would not have known it was here. Nice spot for an afternoon bike ride. Thanks for the cache.
The log is wet and mouldy. May need to be replaced soon. Sorry I did not have a bag or paper with me.
Again misplaced but easily found close by. Returned to original position for the next cacher.
Found when in the area with taurus1955 and BentleyTB. A lovely quiet spot today, and a quick find. TFTC
I stayed at the Rawson Caravan Park a few months ago but still didn't know that this lake existed so, thank you for bringing us here. We encountered a newly hatched duckling being cared for by both its parents - absolutely gorgeous. Out and about with misschief18 and Bentley TB

Thanks for the cache and the ducks. Couldn't get the log book out because the paper jammed it.
We found it, but only by chance. Had a good look around GZ and it was nowhere to be seen. There's not a lot that a magnetic key safe can be attached to so including the use of the clue we were pretty sure where it should have been. After giving up and resigning to logging a DNF, we went to walk the rest of the circuit and scarletlake14 decided to look around our friend Limnodynastes Tasmaniensis and lo and behold there was the cache, 65m from GZ. We put it back where we thought it should be. Thanks for the find, what a lovely lake.
Sorry to those who had to log a DNF. The cache had been "muggled" yet again. Thanks to a very observant fellow geocacher the 'lost' container was spotted some 65 meters from GZ. It has now been restored to its rightful hide. *Bit too much "muggle interference" up in these here woods.
We were staying in Rawson for a the long weekend and doing a spot of caching and 4wding while we were here. Today we were heading off into the forest to chase some unloved and do some 4wding in the process, and this one was first cab off the rank.
After parking the big flash Prado at a suitable spot, we took the short stroll into the park and wandered around the lake until we got to GZ, then after a very short search, the cache was found and we signed our lives away.
It is a very nice park with all the birds and duckys out today.
Thanks LemurMan1 for 1 of a few of yours we did today.

Stopped by the park & let the kids go looking for this one whilst I cooked some lunch up. They loved the location of it TFTC
TFTC, Found on the way back from a drive to Thomsons dam. The rain did not deter us from retrieving this one.
found it this time, there are actually 2 cache containers hidden now, one with log & the other
with geo-info paper. hopefully muggles don't get to these caches.
thanks for the replacement cache.... TFTH

Replaced container that somehow had disappeared. Possible muggle interference. Sorry to those who missed out on finding it. Hope you enjoyed the location, anyhow!
I have found this one before, I looked today and I cannot find it. Unfortunately it seems to be missing.
6 sets of eyes with no luck. This might have been removed by someone, please check it.
Geocache lid was not put on correctly and the log is wet. (I did not sign) tftc.
Nice find after a quick walk with the geodogs

My second drive through of Rawson had no idea of this beautiful spot this is why geocaching is great discovering places. TFTC
TFTC Paper was wet. Been to Rawson many times before but never to this beautiful lake. Nice place to live.
Loving our holiday at Rawson. Thanks for the find, beautiful lake setting. The log was wet though, it may need replacing.
TFTC. found it quite easily. Nice lake and good hiding spot. But paper was very wet. Forgot pen but luckily geocaching family came by at the same moment and lent us a pen. Thanks for that.
I never would have even known there was a lake here if if was not for you bringing me to this lovely spot. How lucky are the residents along its edges who get to see this picturesque spot every day. Thanks for bringing me here. TFTC
Enjoying the long weekend caching with gwd.aussie.
A hidden gem in Rawson.
Thanks LemurMan1 for the hide.

We're camping at Rawson is our little reborn caravan and sight seeing and caching in the area.
After grabbing some earlier in the day, we went for a look at the lake after dinner.
Wow what a lovely lake. The trees, reflections, lawns, flowers, water birds, everything looked fantastic.
The cache was found with the aid of the generous hint, all very nice.
Thanks for placing this cache LemurMan1

Found on our way back from overnight venturer skills hike. Nice easy find. TFTC.
That was easy.
I wish that some people wouldn't waste the space in the log by writing in large writing and drawing pictures!!!!

What a gorgeous little lakeside park!! Hard to believe this is hidden away in Rawson. Thanks for taking us there today for a quick little find.
A quick find at 12.55pm before all the little muggles came out to play.
Lovely spot. Stayed and had our lunch in the parking area.

SuperPop was in town and we decided to make the most of the good weather and go for a drive to Walhalla after enjoying a fantastic counter meal at the Erica pub we stopped here on the way back and went for a stroll around the lake, a good idea after the big meal we had. there were many birds but fortunately there was only a couple of muggles and once they had passed by SuperPop soon had the cache in hand.
Thanks LemurMan 1 for the cache.

An early morning caching run before some work meetings in the area and having got the other cache nearby this was in too good a spot to pass over. A pleasant stroll around the lake admiring the water birds and the cache was soon in hand. Thanks for this one and for your great caches in this area LemurMan1.

Went on a trip to the Erica pub (great food at reasonable price) for lunch then up to the Thompson Dam. On the way back we stopped at Rawson for some geocaching. Walked around the beautiful Lake and picked up this this cache. Easy find but great location. TFTC.
Went back today to sign the log after not having a pen the last time! Signed and done!!
Beautiful spot I've driven past many times but never stopped away. Very rushed visit as we were on our way home. Dropped pen at start of track and natives were getting restless on car so couldn't sign log, but will be back to sign very soon. TFTC

Please delete attached photo if you are spoiler sensitive. I am .K.B. and I live in Perth. When I visit my niece E (aged 6), nephew O, their mum K and dad R in Melbourne, I take the kids caching. They are currently holidaying in Rawson and I mentioned in a photo they posted on fb that I hope they'd found a cache. They have neither a GPSr not the app on their phone but by sending through the coordinate and my sister loading in into googlemaps, she was able to navigate to your cache on a rainy afternoon today. The kids were VERY excited to find a cache without my help and a photo of 8 year old O was duly taken to show his achievement. He thinks your "hint was perfect". Thanks for providing some holiday fun for my niece and nephew. EKOR say a big thanks too.
Great development and I would guess a good place to live. Cache found in good order without difficulty. TFTC
Found with ornursie79 after a weekend camping at Moondarra. A perfect day weatherwise and TFTC
