Didn't find it, but only had a very quick look as I happened to be in the area.
Mostly dry at GZ so completed good search but no sign of cache.
Checked many possible hides and likely saw same piece of wood that WaywardWoman saw on 05.05.14.

I didn't find it. I had no gps or torch with me. I tried to find it late about 20:30-21:30
I used my phone light to try and find it but it was pretty dark.
I walked into a spider web on the way over and had to flick a spider off lol.
I walked around the baseball fields as I used to play here I was pleasantly surprised with the new bullpen addition .

Very clever. Log is quite moldy though. cache could do with a film container or something similar that is also light.
Found the cache after much searching and 2 golf balls as well so it was a good find. I would recommend a re-sealable bag for the log.
First ever find for our family activity! I got dirty for nothing because my husband was the first to find it! Fun fun!
Choose your addiction/obsession? Parked and walked over to GZ, where I had no idea of what others have performed to obtain the smiley. Walked and searched for about 5mins before I sat down to read past logs. Oh, that's where it'll be!
Performed duties from the deep end and what a great hide. Amazingly, there is a toy owl in the container. Was stuck in the same position that I found the hide, so tried my best to SL and returned without wetting log sheet too much. Was stung by a March fly while down there too. Thanks SE

Pretty sure I could see it but did not bring snorkelling gear, another time I think.
we're headed out to Kurrajong we thought of taking a slight detour and grab so caches along the way , this been one of them. Geo hubby went for the kill on this one. TFTC
I found the previous one in this park some considerable time ago, in fact I put it back together after a muggling. I visited this re-vamped one a few months ago but there was too much water about so I didn’t bother attempting it. Today, I was running early on my customary Friday errand to pick up YGAT so I decided to give it a go.
No one else was silly enough to be out in the 40° heat so I was untroubled by muggles, but I was surprised to see that there was still a fair amount of water at GZ. Fortunately, with my reach I was able to grab the cache without getting my feet wet or having to crawl under anything.
Makeshift but clever, thanks for the cache StreborEnahs.

Three ways to prove I actually signed this log: 1. My pulled neck muscle 2. Wet socks inside my sneakers 3. I am just the 13th to sign the log!
Myself and iker1995 came here just a couple of weeks ago to find this cache, but the recent heavy rains then stopped us from grabbing the cache.
Given the hot weather recently and being nearby, I drove over and decided to give this one another shot. As I guessed, the water had evaporated for the most part so I was able to get a good look, only suffering a wet hand to balance myself as I craned my neck around to get a good look.
After checking a few crevices I finally found something of interest, at first I thought it may be rubbish but then again, why would someone put rubbish THERE? Pulled it out and signed the log.
TFTC, and just as an aside, there definitely aren't 29 other signatures on the log...

A long hot walk across the deserted park from near the RSL. Only to find there was no way we were going in there. Could see what we wanted -we think - but too icky for us today. We'll have to wait for things to dry up a bit. Never mind, the stop gave us a chance to take off our hot walking shoes before the drive back to North Sydney. We'll be back. Cheers... Gaztek

Heading West for a birthday party, so a quick diversion to grab this one.
Not too many options at GZ so homed in on it quickly. Interesting installation, even though I have seen a similar placement before.
Log slightly damp, but completed signing duties without any problems.
And just after I finished a few muggles appeared. Nice of them to wait until I was finished.

No muggles when I started looking, but a guy walking his dog gave me a funny look as Iretreated from the cache. Dry as a bone today and ssurprisingly very clean. Thanks for a sneaky hide.
Found it in a much drier condition than in my past visits. Lucky since it would have been much colder in the wet!
A sneaky little hide, although further planning could make it more weatherproof.
Thanks for the cache.

Thought I had done this one when I lived around the corner.. Instant find as well.. Tftc
No thanks for this one. It was number 7 of the 8 me n diz decided to do. Wasn't going to give up after our streak. So 2am I found myself bare feet in ice cold water.
Im a trooper.
Im a trooper.
Tricky, esp at night, swim reckons a change of socks wouldnt go a miss for this summer suited cach.
GZ is currently covered in 2/3 inches of water. I took my boots off and walked into water but it was freezing and full of wrigleys.
I think I need to wait for the water to disappear or return with a boat!
Thanks any way

#2546- Third time lucky- this time the cache had been replaced and it was an easy find- exactly where I had looked on the last two occasions. Though no owner maintenance log had been recorded, the container and log only contained the previous two finders names. Glad to finally complete this one- at least it was dry today. Thanks
Dropped in early this morning on the way up to the event. Found in the second zone I checked. Liked the idea but seems like it's going to need replacement after each extreme event. Looks like I and the last finder found a renewed one. A more battle-hard version would make for an interesting project.
A fun find, TftC.

After spending far too many hours trying to work out how to solve a Killer Sudoku ( Cache-abet....U) but success this afternoon so headed off to find a few caches down this part of Sydney.
On arrival I could see why this cache is so called and then spotted the container, but not before checking lots of other locations first.
If it had been raining I would have been in lots of trouble and as it was I struggled to remove the container from the hidey hole.
With a little thought it could have been a great hide but it still will test out your skills.
Thanks StreborEnahs for placing this cache in an area that I have cached before.

Ok - this time it was dry. I came back fully thinking I knew where to look- still no joy! Crawled through each twice- there was a piece of wood I thought was the key, but it would not budge. Two pafs confirmed where I was looking- perhaps this needs a check- at least I won't be back until it has been checked or found. Thanks
My 5yo boy and I got down and dirty to try and find this cache. But no joy. Unless it was one of the squalid plastic water bottles filled with filthy water that I put in plastic bags and took to a rubbish bin. At least my boy left the area with some sense of accomplishment with cleaning up the area.
Came to look for this one. Horrable condition this area is, only thing we got was wet feet.
Will come back another time to retrieve.

Isn't always the way, 7.20am Friday morning, and two muggles are right at GZ with their unleashed dogs! One, a German Shepherd, takes a dislike to me being there and barks and growls at me...
Finally they leave and I can do a proper search, even so I need a paf to find it, OK! in there....Thanks SE.

Bikerbuddy & I went to Parramatta today, for a high tea at the new teahouse in Parramatta Park. After that, I needed a small walk to work of some of the millions of kilojoules consumed! So we turned off the M4 to search for this one.
Since we'd been to this park before, we knew to ignore the car GPS's suggested parking (side of the M4!), and found our way to the entrance. None of the Red Hot Chilli Pepper's songs that I knew seemed helpful, so I tried iTunes. First single on the list confirmed that the GPS was really pointing to the right spot & we quickly had the cache in hand.
Thanks

Not being a RHCP fan the clue was no help to me so I PAF to determine if I was going to need my knee pads or not. PAF helped me with GZ and I had CIH. SL #1252 on streak day #577 TFTC
I remember finding the original cache in this park, albeit a different hide, before this one became "vamped". Can't wait for the sequel. Maybe that one will have a zombie theme. Thanks
Found this with Hookie-1, she led the way, looking in the right are but needed someone with the caching skills to find, did my homework on the hint – as you don’t want to disappoint a young girl with a DNF. At the end of the day a nicely found kidies cache for now - TFTC / TFTH / SL
Found with uncle HansJJ – a top find – a big thanks, had a lot of fun in finding this cache - TFTC / TFTH / SL
Happy to see this one back out there to be found.
Decided to find a few caches and called Hoogies to join along!
TFTC - signed log - left something

Found with ppmr. Wasn't sure where this could be and being a finder of the previous cache for this didn't help. We wandered around for a bit but once we read the hint, is was easy to figure out where the cache will be. TFTC.
Nice Walk through the Fields on a cool overcast morning..
Easy find without the Help of the Red Hot Chilli Peppers..

Find Number 2219
The Booo's found this cache, Having DNFed this cache as a FTF and emailing the CO just to make sure I wasn't going blind was rewarded with an email saying the cache was muggled but has been replaced. With family in tow we made a quick easy find
Thanks StreborEnahs for placing this cache

Revisited - Revamped - Replaced.
Got a message from Co saying that the cache had been muggled & replaced late last night, which worked for me as I had to pass through the area again today.
Looked again in some of the places & this time after a short search, I was rewarded with an empty logsheet. Standing in the rain to sign the log a visit from the local lizard again to see what the fuss was about.
Thanks for replacing the cache so quickly & revamping this cache from the old one which was a short distance away.

My first chance in weeks to go caching and this is just down the road.
I fell down some stairs on Sunday and I think 2 terrain may be too much for my swollen ankle.

Arrived at GZ just after Fwoar (nice to meet you) had began to search, we searched all over double and triple checking all possible places, walked a short distance down water way and back, lifted grass and poked and prodded all the spots that a small container could reasonably be hidden, but to no avail. I searched on after Fwoar called it time and headed home. I tried speaking to the local blue tongues but they kept skittering into crevasse to narrow for my hands to fit.
Hopefully the storm water hasn't moved it and I'm just not searching properly.
Thanks for the hunt if not the find.

Thanks for the hunt if not the find.
Pipped Boos Dad at the post just as I scared a muggle walking his dog in the area. Nice to finally meet you in the flesh & together we got down to the hunt.
Looked here & there, under here, under there, pulled here & there, waved at the friendly lizards & got back to it. Rechecked here, rechecked there, even checked over there. Listened to some RHCP for some inspiration but couldn't find it in the end. Cried enough & went home leaving Boos Dad for the glory but it didn't seem that any victory would be had. We ran out of options & discussed where we would put it, but it wasn't there either.
Today the too hard basket is pretty full. Thanks for the hide & search.
