From the navigation it looked like it should have been under the table but searching thoroughly could not find under the table or under the seats.
Day three of the Townsville Mega adventure with Sol de lune and after spending the night in Surat, set out to collect the local caches. While we hunted for this one, a local cacher appeared and helped with the search, having found it a few months ago. Nice to meet you dingo78shell80 Sadly, even with the assistance of a previous finder, we couldn't find the cache here today
Checked under the items around GZ, however we couldn't spot this one. Another cacher who had found this one happened to wandered by and showed us where the cache was meant to be, but alas it could still not be found.
Thanks anyway...

On a drive from Roma to St George and back today with the youngest stortigirl. Lots of great views, history and caches enjoyed by both of us along the way. Thanks to all the CO's for placing and maintaining these caches for us to enjoy!
We are on our way back home, but doing detours for areas where we hadn't been at all or long ago.
Surat is such a place, and we found out: a wonderful little town.

A nice shady park this morning with no one around. Mrs SKI looked very studious there signing the log on her own!
Today’s trip saw us travel from Roma to St George as we work our way to Cunnamulla from where we will launch our journey back to Victoria. We picked up a range of caches designed to. Real up the journey and had a mini tour of Surat. A short day travelling and some good sightseeing and caching.
Thank you to the local COs for developing and maintaining the caches to enhance our travels.

Nice little caching weekend Beaudesert to Nindigully on Friday night, exploring Thallon & St George on the Saturday, then Nindigully back to Beaudesert vis Surat, Meandarra & Dalby. Had a blast, found all but one cache, and cleaned up the map a lot. 14 down, out of 26, All caches were either stamped or signed with either RC13 or Rogersclan13 depending on space.
Second last one for the town and we'll be back on the road. Nice quick and easy find. Luckily the geo kiddies weren't with us this weekend, with this little playground it certainly wouldn't have been a quick stop
Thanks for the cache **jpgordo**

Quick find on a day trip to Surat from Roma. Stopped here for a pie and sauce before looking for and finding the cache

We're staying in Surat tonight so I took the opportunity to have a geo-tour of town after we'd set up at the caravan park. Thanks for a quick find here jpgordo.
Fast find by GLISS! On our way out of town. Kids everywhere on a last day of school scav hunt! Such a cool idea, they look like they are having fun!
Starting to head north to Dayboro for the first Mega in Aus for over a year. Not sure if we will make it all the way as covid has started to rear it’s ugly head again. Chasing windmills, AL’s, counties and Jasmers as we meander around the recent flood waters. Here we thought 2021 would be a bit more chilled than last year! Sigh. Thanks for putting out the cache and keeping all the fun alive.

Today was a meander to Surat for caching and sightseeing. There is a giant aquarium in a Council building and lots of other interesting things to see Mopped up the caches as best I could Reckon the road between Roma and Surat wouldn’t need much encouragement to flood Forgot to bring my wallet and nice lady happily let me count out silver to buy hot coffee ️ and cheesecake. Must be feeling rusty Enjoyed my outing Hope the bottle trees in the front paddock grow as well as those around this region.
A Council worker was in the sandpit blowing sand around. Spotted me and wandered back to his truck. Made it easy to retrieve the cache. But really, who uses a blower thingy in a sandpit?

Another lovely Surat spot
A couple of muggles were nearby involved in the usage of the playground.
Not too worry though as GZ was located in a spot where I could poke around unobserved [^]
An easy find
No spider webs out here [^]

Returning to Brisbane after an epic adventure to QOGM and the Outback, I stopped by this cache. There was no one about today as it was waaay too hot, so I was able to search without being observed. The cache was soon located and the log signed. TFTC

Homeward bound from QOGM2019 and collecting caches along the way. Stopping for the caches makes the drive go along much quicker. Thanks to all the COs for placing these caches and making the trip much safer.
Travelling from Roma to Goondiwindi on the way back home after attending QOGM 2019 at Blackall. Looking for caches along the highways and in towns of Surat and St George. Thanks to all CO's for the placement of these caches - greatly appreciated. Signed the log and placed back where found. TFTC
Left Blackall after the QOGM event, heading south for St. Arnaud event next month. Day 41 of our trip. Caching along the way. A total of 11 caches for the day and 1437 for the trip. TFTC
Traveling back home to Adelaide after our winter in the sun, stopped here today for a quick find and sign.
Should have stopped here for lunch as it was hot and dusty on the other side of the river.

Cairns trip 2019. Day 3. I drove from Dirranbandi to north of Injune via Surat & Roma. A quiet day on the road, but plenty of caches along the way. Happily the park was clear so I could search in peace.
Thanks.

An easy find by The Marathon Man and pnutbeagle as we continue our holiday trip around Australia - Today we traveled from Roma, QLD to Lightning Ridge, NSW.
This was one of the 13 caches found today - most were easy but a couple were a challenge.
No log sheet in the cache - so we added one with our signatures

Found container (by accident) in the sand near the swing. Container intact, but no log inside. Repositioned to where I think it rightfully belongs, but will need maintenance.
A quick park find headed north for Christmas. Cache was quickly located and thankfully the muggles children were too absorbed on the swings to take notice of my antics. Tftc
We came across your cache, jpgordo, on a tripfrom Brisbane to Blackall for some QOGM 2019 preparation.

After attending the event in Barcaldine we are travelling this way to get home in a convoluted way. Out with Snakepiters and we found this cache. Nice one. Thankyou jpgordo for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area
Too early for lunch but that’s a lovely playground nearby. I love how this small area is very welcoming to tourists.
Thanks for bringing us here and sharing your locality via Geocaching.

Hi there jpgordo.
We are on our way to [QOGM](https://coord.info/GC7P875), the Queensland Outback Geocaching Muster, which is being held in Barcaldine. We cached towards Surat, and back towards Roma today.
Our find total today was 12 caches & we DNF'd 1. Thanks for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels as we continue our nomadic wanderings around Australia.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found this cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Passing through Surat so stopped to grab a few caches. Another quick find here in a pleasant little park TFTC jpgordo
found it TFTC. Well after only 13 mths geo caching we have reached our 300 mark thanks Surat
I managed to get Pa to walk into town with me to grab this cache by bribing him with coffee and cake from the local cafe after we finished finding caches. So no eating here, but we did enjoy a few peaceful moments watching the traffic go by. Thanks for placing this cache for us to find and after signing duties were completed I returned the cache to its hidey hole.
Our apologies for the delay in posting our log. Things have got a little out of hand recently & the backlog has become rather more of a "log jam".
Our thanks to jpgordo for placing this cache for us to find (or occasionally not) on 19/06/2018. Further details (for earthcaches & the like) will be supplied to the CO once the jam has cleared.
