We drove past hoping to find the place deserted and luckily it was. I had a good scrounge around but couldn't find the cache.
Might need a check.

With a drizzly morning I had a hunch GZ might be free of little muggles - and indeed it was - but no amount of rummaging and bark removing could locate a cache for me today.
Found a string tied to a branch at the location, which had been cut in half, we're thinking that was the cache
Had to wait for the kids party group to disperse before the cache could be attempted.

Found @ 12:31am, find # 3073.
Another Friday night to the early hours of the morning, outing with Biggles1024.
This was a good time to visit this cache as it is right in the middle of the playground, but at this time of day the place was empty. We head over to one piece of equipment and with a bit of a search around the cache was found.
Thanks to The Witty Troopers for placing this cache.

Find #1016
Out with Stemicmitsar for our usual Friday night/Saturday morning caching run. We targeted caches that had proven troublesome in the recent past either because we couldn't even start looking because of the presence of muggles or because we needed some special equipment.
The early hours of the morning are the only time of day two blokes can visit a playground unless they're taking kids there to play. We didn't have any kids handy so we visited shortly after midnight.
My GPSr led me straight to GZ and with a bit of looking and groping in the wood chips, soon found the cache. My GPSr was reading 0m with a 6m EPE when placed directly over the cache.
A very good first hide and I hope you place many more. Enjoy geocaching with your grand parents. A favourite point from me.

Having done a couple nearby we swung passed this one. Good to see so many people enjoying the park but no good for caching.
we will need to come back

I normally don't like this type of hide but today I was lucky - no children and a reasonable hide. Thanks for the cache The witty Troopers.
this was my first stop for the morning, it was still raining so I thought no one would be in the park,
it was packed with dads and little ones,
I returned later that morning, the sun was shining yet the park was quiet, YEH.
a quick grab,
thanks the witty troopers [:x]

Drove past this morning hoping for a quick find, but with the playground already muggle-prone at 8am I decided to maybe leave this one for a night time grab.
Congratulations Cameron on your first cache hope its the first of many . Great park came in the morning but with such a lovely day the park and cafe where full and no way I could look. Headed out on errands and came past this way with Baluke. No one here too close to pick up so snuck in a retrieved this one. TFTC
Found this one today. I looked in the right place but it didn't find it initially. I looked a bit harder and there it was. Signed log but didn't swap anything today.
Thanks for the cache The Witty Troopers.

After an extensive search we had to give up on this one, hoping it hasn't been muggled, but will try again next time we come out this way.
Couldn't find this one. We checked every where suggested by both the GPS and the hint, but couldn't turn up anything. After a while we gave up, as we were quite visible to people in the back of the local cafe.
We dropped MMelb off for a dvd night with friends and then headed off to find some more caches in our 10km zone. This was second on the list for tonight and we were very thankful that it was late enough that little kiddies would be in bed otherwise we wouldn't have got out of the car. We started searching around for about 5 mins but were having no luck so we ended up phoning quiet1_au for some help. Once he had told us the right area to be concentrating on GMelb soon had the cache in hand. Thanks J!!

Found 14:15, after a brief but hot search [xx(]

This was the first of 2 finds while passing this way on a fairly hot day, although not as hot as it's going to get in the next few days. I parked near the shops - unfortunately the cafe wasn't open today - and wandered over to GZ. Fortunately there were no muggle kids in the playground as it was probably too hot for them. The co-ords were pretty good so I soon found the cache in the second place I searched. I retrieved the container and signed the log at 2:15 pm. I took a cute kangaroo keyring and left a soccer ball keyring. I then rehid the cache where I found it.
Thanks The Witty Troopers for the cache. Not a bad first cache but I hope it doesn't get muggled like so many of these types of hides. Some camo and a magnet may help. Nevertheless it was a very cute little urban park and I definitely will come back and try out the cafe.

Err - found this the other day under its GCA guise...
...After a fairly sleepless first night in the new house I saw it was still unfound so dropped in early this morning without GPS hoping the clue would be enough. Thankfully for me it was and the place was deserted too so found it in the second place I looked. (Yes, it's a playground cache). Thanks for a good little first cache and I my first Geocaching.com FTF for the year too!
