All this week...
(Go west) Life is peaceful there.
(Go west) Lots of open air.
(Go west) To find caches new.
(Go west) This is what we'll do.
(Go west) Sun in winter time.
(Go west) We will do just fine.

Country, Coffee, Cats, Champagne, Chocolate, and Caching...
Careful caching as always with Jack helping, wherever we go.
It's a dangerous world filled with rusty old mint tins and objects falling from trees
...... but a cache a day still keeps the boredom away
--------
Most of our caches are logged using the resources of gsak, garmin, and androids, occasionally AI too! (And a little rubber stamp )
----------
Make sure that Travel Bugs are the Only bugs you share and pass on (Covid cancels caching!)
Keep a safe distance - clean and cache the countryside
It's awesome of all those placing quality caches out and about around our country areas,
in sensible safe places and containers especially! - it keeps our game fun, and interesting
Of course we do appreciate if you actually did read all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, or so we've been told! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Maybe if I worked out where it is I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and perhaps we can put an end to these long logs !!!

The end. For now...

What an amazing nature reserve to stroll throughout aye. My dog tucka and myself loved this one
We were on the road again with ilook4geo and heading west, doing a bit of caching along the way, of course. It was a calm day to start, but ended up with the usual blustery conditions.
This was an easy cache to find and both names were soon added to the log to mark our travel route. Thanks go to warrachie for placing this cache.

Happily travelling along with goingplaces2 and enjoying the countryside as we go. On the lookout for some caches along the way and this was one we found. No problem in finding it. Log was signed, all was replaced. Job done! TFTC.

We went for a walk after dinner and luckily there were a few caches to attract us in certain directions. A quick find in the woods. Just watch those big spiders!!

During our new years break, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I headed to the Eyre Peninsula to travel around the various coastal towns. We started the trip with Jeep trouble, but then continued in our alternative vehicle without 4WD to stick to the main tourist roads where possible. We travelled south-west to Tumby Bay and Port Lincoln via Whyalla, Cowell, Cleve, Arno Bay; west across to Coffin Bay; and then north-west to Streaky Bay and Ceduna via Elliston, and Venus Bay. We then headed back east staying in Kimba via Poochera, Wudinna, Lock, and Darke Peak.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I headed from Streaky Bay to Kimba, primarily driving along the Eyre Highway. Our first stop was a few of the geology stops around Wudinnna, including a hike at Mount Wudinna which was great. After calling through Kyancutta, we decided to take the round about way to Kimba via Lock, Rudall and Darke Peak. A few nice stops, and the Hellbent Hotel at Darke Peak was a highlight. We then spent the late afternoon to evening seeing Kimba's famous sights, and included a few very creative and well constructed geocaches.
We parked outside of this reserve, and made the walk/jog to GZ, following what seemed like one of the main vehicle tracks, and then jogging along the miscellaneous minor tracks towards the desired location. Once at GZ, it was quick to find the replacement container. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. It wasn't the most interesting or enjoyable of flora parks - it seems like just some more scrubland? Thanks warrachie for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

day 7
leaving Elliston and heading to Whyalla for the night. Slowly heading in the direction of home. Stopping on route to grab some caches if they are bigger than a micro in size. quick find.
My GPS says you could drive to this one, there is a track right to it. There seems in reality to have a fence in the way. walked to this one. good to stretch the legs.

After an awesome night camping in the Bascombe Well CP with Delta Ducks, we decided to clean up all the caches in Lock find all but 2. We drove around the block just to see if there was a track in, but we couldn't see one. So we parked on one side and jumped the fence, just the other side of the fence we saw an arrow made of rocks and thought we were on a winner. A short stroll later had us at GZ and a quick find was had. TFTC.
Our second DAY IN Pt Lincoln and it was time to focus on caching in Lincoln itself and potential surrounds. It was a cold and grey day interspersed with rain, which was a bit of a downer when compared to the sunshine of the last few days. Despite this we were able to still able to make a good day of it, finding over 50 caches, though it was also a day of quality as well with some higher terrain caches as well. It was an enjoyable day as we were able to tick off some earmarked caches before we finally finished up at around seven.

I wanted to take the direct route to GZ but Mr Beetle wouldn't let me anywhere near wire after yesterday's 'accident' so he parked at the corner and I took the diagonal route to GZ.
Didn't find anything resembling the clue but did find the cache quickly at GZ. Mmmmand m. That container made me feel a craving for a certain type of chocolate!!!!
Cache in great condition but does need a new outer zip lock bag. The one it's in is getting a bit sad. Thanks.

Day 4 of BarnZy and Cravo’s trip from Perth to Adelaide.
Today we travelled from Elliston on the Eyre Peninsula to Whyalla.
We kicked off relatively early, just before sun up and in some intense fog before starting our journey to Whyalla.
We travelled along the Birdseye Highway for the most part of the day, which was a fitting name as we needed an eagle eye to find some of the caches today.
Caching along the highway was good with a great variety of cache containers found, before heading into Lock, which was a very quaint small town, albeit we had little success finding the caches in town.
We moved along the he Cleve Cleaver series which was a great bunch of relatively quick finds, taking just under 2 minutes per cache as we started to get the rhythm of the caches along these parts. Great small power trail which kept us interested with some nice hiding spots.
Continuing along the highway we caches through Cleve, grabbing a few of the nifty letterbox hybrid hides which were most fun, were trying to collect more letterboxes which makes these caches really valuable.
After leaving Cleve we continued along the highway to Cowell, where we enjoyed a nice hot beef roll from the bakery for lunch before continuing up the Lincoln Highway towards Whyalla.
We arrived in Whyalla a little earlier than planned which was good as we had planned to complete the August series trail by torchlight. Before we completed the August series we eyed off a D5 cache Honeymoon Hilton which was an absolutely brilliant cache at a well staged ground zero and a brilliant hide, thankfully we didn’t have to resort to phoning the CO.
We then turned our attention to the August series and loved the quick finds of well setup containers. I thoroughly enjoyed the series.
We then cached around town and managed to pickup the 5/5 Schoolies Challenge, which we had managed to qualify quite some time ago.
We finished up with a great dinner at the camp kitchen at the caravan park we’re staying at.
Great day out and can’t wait to tackle the other Whyalla power trail tomorow.

Day 4 of the Perth to Adelaide trip where we started in Elliston and ended in Whyalla.
Today was about finding as many caches as possible and starting / warming up to the larger power trails that bought is over here.
We completed the cleve clever series with a find every 2 minutes, and the August series with around 2 finds a minute.
The day started with a slight sleep in as the travell today was considerably less all up after the 4th day 2900km travelled.
During the morning we would of done most of it through thick fog yet again for the rest half hour despite a later start to
Anyway we made more tracks to Cleve, Cowell and many more in between.
The day also included B12 getting his 11000th cache on cache “August 11” and a total find tally of 112 caches.
warrachie I found your cache Flora Park thanks for placing this hide for myself and others to find.
Dunsborough is where it’s all at this year check it out at GC7GXQA October 13th + 14th. Hope to see you all there at WA Goes Big 2018.

Work bought us to Elliston and Lock this day and after we finished at Elliston we arrive here and with the session under way i discover there is a cache within a very short distance to me, a quick find was made and later met with the CO and had a good chat with him and other cachers from around this area : ) TFTC
We are now into Day 11 of our Oz Mega 2014 Event trip. We have been clocking up lots of kilometres and lots of caches (not able to log them until I get home, and can see it is going to be a mammoth job when I do get around to it - oh well, the price of having so much fun now!!)
We cached all day yesterday and into the night. Now here we are in Lock, and we have both hit a brick wall. We grabbed a few zzzz's here in the wee small hours before hitting the road again, still in the dark though. Will definitely return another time though to see what the place looks like in daylight.
Managed to find this cache without too much trouble. Thanks warrachie
