Rutherglen Mega and South Australia Trip Day 18. Today we headed out early to get two of the On This Day series (November and March) plus the usual cherry-picking around Mannum and Palmer, before finishing up some Trads around Loxton that we have driven past far too many times ! We got to do the ferry ride at Swan Reach twice again which we always enjoy This was the next find of the day, and it was a quick find once at GZ. Signed, replaced, and then we headed off to the next one on the list.
Thanks SnappyTomCats !!

Cool spot - funny you started at Barossa as this building looks like the early German structures found there too!
Spending the day touring and geocaching around the Mannum area. After a lunch break at the Mannum Bakery, I was off to find a could more geocaches.
The goal for the day is to fill a few missing cells in my 360 from home grid. I’m working on my 5th way around.
Thanks for the cache SnappyTomCats.

Nearly at my destination for the long weekend, but always time to find a cache
Love the old house near GZ. I’m sure the walls were originally made of mud and straw.

Found with Cybergran this afternoon.
After crawling onto the north side the cache appeared on the south side. Limbo dance for nothing!
Thanks SnappyTomCats.

After completing the OTD March series we came to this one. Should have read the last logs before the hint. But it was fun watching feathertop’s acrobatic manoeuvres.

Quick find today with gripping and geobaby. Waiting to get pooch in for a groom, had a spare 15 minutes, so looked and found a cache. TFTC
We looked for this cache back in 2015 but without success. We later learnt that the cache was missing. It wasn't until today that we managed to get back to the area. This time, accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks SnappyTomCats for the cache. We can finally tick this cache off our "to do" list.

I really felt like walking along the top of the pipeline, but there's probably a law against it (and I'm in my 60s!) TFTC
Definately smaller than described, too small for swaps & bring your own pen.
When you think you've looked "far" enough, try just one more. Great spot!

Full time nomads since 2014. Still tootling around the country trying to avoid Covid hotspots.
Back in SA for harvest work. Spending a few days in Mannum. With the extreme weather forecast we had not planned any caching today but once we arrived and the sun was out we headed off to grab some smilies before the storm sent us runniing home.

Headed over to Mannum today with the main aim being the AdLab there. Managed to find eight physical caches as well and this was one of them. Was just climbing back under to the car when I noticed another car had parked behind me, another cacher who I'd never met, that seeing where I was, knew I must have been a cacher and stopped for a chat.
Thanks to SnappyTomCats for putting this cache out here for me to find.

A truck driver has to have a 15 minute break in the first 5.5 hours, a second break before 8 hours and either two 15 minutes breaks before 11 hours or one 30 minute break. This cache was found in the second break. Sent down to the Murray bridge batch plant for the day. Then sent to mannum to the new housing slab out here. Had to park the truck about 50 meters away and walk back. quick find.
Mr Tardis had been out motorbike riding around the area today, and stopped here to find this one. After a short walk around I found the cache after a short search.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache SnappyTomCats.
