Day plan: drag brain out west for his 3rd cito so I can get my 20th and finally tick off a certain countdown cache challenge on my side of the bay. What are the bonus's collecting some D5's and other odds and ends we get throughout the day, who could really complain.

I reckon this one deserves a walk as well thank you very much for bringing us here as I am from shepparton
On the way home from Ballarat, last minute decision to find a geocache! Passing at the right time. Nice easy one to get back into it.
We loved this one! Gave us a laugh! TFTC

An evening caching session after work today brought me out this way.
I did have a little chuckle when I opened this cache.
I have contemplated doing one on this theme.

I knew exactly what I was in for by the name of the cache!! It made me laugh so thanks for that! There is currently a sign up saying reserved close for rabbit baiting but I didn't notice that until I left the area.
Thrilled to have this Na’wal cache as my long awaited 2000th find!...I had a grin when I found this...I have just released a very similar hide this week myself. Great minds must think alike ...
Tftc Na’wal...and my 2000th!️️️️

Tftc. This one had me searching a while as my GPS was all over the place today. Great concept. I nearly left my car keys in the fluffy grass, that would have been a big mistake. Cache is in good condition.
First cache finds for two and a half months! (Although we have spent the last week doing maintenance)
Traveled with BettyBoo3747 to the Brisbane Ranges to do the Clued series.
Busier than I have ever seen around that area.
We had the dogs with us, so walking a bit further was on the cards (rather than jumping the fence)
We did enjoy the container(s). I didn't think about what the name meant until BB started.
Thanks, Robmc.

#17288. Out caching with Robmc for the first time in 10 and a half weeks. We decided to drive to Steiglitz and do the Clued Series. We were both shocked by the number of cars parked as we entered the tiny hamlet. Must have been over 50. Their drivers and passengers were wandering over every dirt track and road in the area. Talk about muggle central. I thought we were going to have such a quiet person-free day.
This was our first cache of the day. We stopped here by chance to let the dogs out for a walk and looked at the GPS and what do you know, there was a cache not far away so we went into the park and toddled off to GZ. Oh and oh and oh and eventually we got to the log book. Added our names and made out way back to the car and onwards.
Thanks Na'wal

Found 19:33 7/3/20 with the geo cousins, nephews and nieces. This container was well thought out. Thank you Na'wal for the cache and bringing me to this location.
Cute cache! Giving it a fav for the concept. Found with JelenaGreenleaf. Tftc!
Found with georocks101. This is a very cute and fun cache and it was nice that it was a bit further away from the road. Thanks Na'wal
Found this geocache with my family while in Geelong for the event day.
A nice hide here too.
Thanks for hiding it for us to find.

Poor Sean.75 ended up with goopy red stuff on his clothes and hands as we made our way to the log book. These folks are so cool. I have the sets of Doctor Who nesting dolls. A fp from me. Tftc
After dinner there was still time to get some more caches on the way home. This was an interesting cache, upon opening the 3rd container I got some red liquid on my fingers and jeans. I was hoping that it wasn't blood, because it wasn't mine! Anyway, the logbook was signed and put back in place. Tftc
We think the geodoll is dying, or perhaps just bleeding. There is quite a few drops of thick red liquid on/in the doll. Not quite sure what it is, but it’s wet!! Anyhoo, we were down this way for dinner. We grabbed a few caches before and then figured as it’s still daylight we could grab some more on our way home. Tftc

A quick stop to pick up a cache on the way home from Serendip Sanctuary.
I quite like caches with this theme. The best I have done is Akhsoyrtam (GC1TWAW). Plenty of swag at the end!
Cheers Na'wal, thanks for the fun.

This was the first Traditional Cache I found today, after a DNF earlier. Not only did it restore my faith in my own finding abilities. It was interesting walking through the park to the cache noticing that the tree guards put around the seedlings when they were planted desperately need removing now. That’s a job often forgotten a few years later after the initial planting. Perhaps an idea for a CITO in the future?
What a fun Cache this was! I love Matroushka dolls and this was such a different idea for a cache. A favourite point has been added . On to the next cache!

Out with thomo31, on an evening drive with geo daughter, pulled over and she loved this cache. TFTC
Found with teamashy. On previous trips in hot weather we have avoided this as the grass was too long. Today it was raining, but we took geoniece for a walk and found it. She loved the cache and wanted to go and find another. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC
Just one “quick” one mum said...
haha she got suckered in 3 later.. 1 find.. thank you!!

Great cache idea. Very simple but effective. TFTC if l had any favourites left over l’d definitely leave one here. Came through the front entrance but noticed the fences are down around gz regardless.
Great little find on the way home from the you yangs! The kids loved the creativity.
Just waiting for my Muggle Fisher Hubbys Flight to come in from Sydney but it was delayed so perfect opportunity to find some Caches. Nice easy find took longer to get to the log book than actually find the cache TFTC
This log is to tidy up a mess I made with GSAK . I forgot to apply the template so my finds were published with a nonsensical log.
Rather than try and edit all the logs I post this not with what the log should have been.
My apologies for the confusion caused.
A few days away with Freddo, e.gregory1 and The White Dog Gang.
Fun was had by all. Not too many dnfs
Most logs signed as FETT.
Thanks for all the caches.

Cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked.
Found on a short, post-Christmas sojourn to Victoria with Freddo, Team Waldron and thewhitedoggang that involved plenty of driving, cycling, walking and even some boating and wading.
The weather was on our side (albeit a little warm at times), which made for some great caching. There were plenty of varied finds, with some excellent and often tricky hides and and just a few DNFs. We signed most logbooks ‘F.E.T.T.’
Thanks Na'wal for the cache.

A small group of us decided to do some caching following the event nearby in Lara. Know about Russian dolls but was surprised in ho w you did it. Took about 5 mins to find - don't know why - just approaching it from a different angle. A FP for your cache Na'wal.
First cache I have found in a couple of months. Nice hide and cool cache. Thank you
After finding our way in, we were able to make a quick find. Then we understood the cache name. Great idea. When we finally got to the logbook, it was in good condition. Thanks Na'wal for the cache.
On my way home after staying at Geelong for 2 nights, doing night caches, kayak caches and few others caches. It was a time for me to end my great adventure weekend. Stopped here for a simple cache. Took me a while to find this one, what a fun cache. TFTC.
I popped into Lara to post some parcels and decided to grab this cache on the way home. Clever idea! Thanks
Found at 1:14 PM GAFF1.
For a simple 1.5/1.5 it took a while to locate as it looked like the area had been disturbed and no regular sized container could be found. Then approaching it from another angle, I managed to spot the cache in the very first spot that I looked in [B)]
The expected "surprise" was a nice touch.
Thanks Na'wal.

Swung past this one after a quick FTF mission down the road. Kids enjoyed this one, the oldest identified it back to the dolls well as she loves them. TFTC Na'wal
After spending the arvo out completing a nearby puzzle series we picked up a few extras in the area. Wondered how many there would be....but soon had log in hand. Left a few Christmas cracker jokes
Continuing my wander around Lara and this one caught my eye. Interesting name...lots of fav points...a a great cache hider! I trekked over and did a bit of a hit and missing finding the right spot for GZ. As soon as I had it I got what I had to do and really enjoyed it...so simple but so effective! A great idea for a cache and well executed! Fav point from me and thanks for such a great cache idea!
Our adventure started out with a bit of trouble, finding multiple things that weren't the cache. A used and dried out paint bucket, a drain with what used to be a beehive, a lion, a witch and a wardrobe and other miscellaneous items. The closest we got was probably a sort of Russian patterned umbrella. We thought 'hey, the cache could be under that!' Nope. Eventually we uncovered the cache. Well camouflaged outer exterior that blended in quite well. But surely not worth 45 fave points? We opened the cache to find another container. Makes sense, many caches have a camo container and then another inside it for waterproofing, but unboxing that we discovered the true 45 fave point winning secret. Finally we signed the log and put the creation back together. So bump that 45 up to 46, because this cache is quite the imaginative idea!

Travelled down from Raglan to Geelong, accompanied by Wozzle68 and Misschief18, for a massive day of caching and events.
This was found on our way to the Dinner event in Lara.
A fun idea and very colourful. TFTC Na'wal.

Found with Chooknchunk and mischief18 after attending the nearby Christmas event. Haha love it a quick find by Jo while Glen and I walked in circles oh by the way the log is wet!! . JK
Found it! Super cute! Awesome find - just watch out for bull ants, I got bitten several times
While passing thru the area, we thought that we would stop and collect this one.
Long grass, with plenty of burrs and seeds, meant lots of work on the shoes afterwards.
Certainly an interesting cache that makes perfect sense wuth the title.
Thanks for the cache Na'wal

Great hiding, took us a while but found it! Bee activity was high despite the windy conditions
I recall that when this cache was first published more than 3 years ago I was on my way to GZ when another cache got published while I was enroute. "Ooh, look, another shiny new cache... maybe I can do that one first."
Not that I was easily distracted or anything, but today I remembered that this cache remained unfound as I had not completed that trip on the 2 Feb 2014. This afternoon I decided to continue where I had left off that day.
"Babooshka, Babooshka, Babooshka-ya-ya!
Babooshka, Babooshka, Babooshka-ya-ya!"
Thanks, Kate Bush!
So I headed to this little bush and while I didn't find Kate there, I did find a Matryoshka Geodoll. I think I figured by the third one that the theme on this one may be geocaching related .
And now I've still got Kate on my back.
"Babooshka, Babooshka, Babooshka-ya-ya!

Thanks for the fun cache, Na'wal.
The cache is in good condition, and the logbook is not damp .

Last one for the day before heading home
Was in the area finishing off a mystery series
Parked the GeoLux and went for a stroll in a nice park
Got to GZ and the area was swarming with bees
Took a bit to find this one as I tried to keep away from the bees
Came across the cache and this cache just kept on giving
Oh those eyes just kept staring at me all of the time
Thanks Na'wal TFTC

We came to Geelong to do the AB4C series, finding half on the Sunday arvo. After checking out of the CP on Monday we found a few close by before continuing on the AB4C series. After finishing that series we spent the afternoon in Torquay/Jan Juc and then headed back to Geelong and then home finding a last few caches on the way home. This was next on our list just around the corner from Ka-plunk. haha, another cute one! Most of the "decorations" on each box have worn off but we could see the intent

Out on a caching trip With Zedaycee and Angelique Anja. Had to do one more on the way home. This one was quick and easy thanks for that ( getting tired ) its been a long day
Cute cache. Love the eyes! We had a little trouble accessing the GZ (Zedaycee never looks at the waypoints...) But we soon had it in hand!

Caching today in the area. A nice easy drive-by with a little leg stretching and knee bending. This cache is a cache that just keeps on giving. No issues with damp here. Well done **Na'wal**, TFTC

I have THE most exquisite set of hand crafted nesting dolls from Poland, so this was a pretty cool homage to that concept. Thanks for the creative hide Na'wal. TFTC
Searched for and found this well constructed cache while doing the puzzle series near by. Nice onetftc.
Out caching for the day with n0w0rries +Wife and their geomutts Eve and Max, I found myself squeezing through a fence and then fishing out the cache from the base of a bush but the work wasn't quite done yet. One container, after another, after another, after another etc. until finally, the log!
Cute concept. Cheers, Na'wal.

Found with leafotwind and +wife during our mini-marathon day today.
Working our way down from the You Yangs, via the TR! ? series and a few trads and your Letterbox Hybrid, we found ourselves intrigued as to why this hide was so popular.
Oh well, the best way to find out the answer to this question is to go and have a look for ourselves.
Ah HA! There it is, almost, there, not quite, yep, not yet, this time, nope, win!

Apologies for generic log. Now 8 months behind on logging and really need to catch up. Fantastic time caching in Melbourne again. Many thanks for the effort.

Found on Day 3 of Surf Coast Event four day adventure.
Today we made our way to Anglesea for the Mega Event, including the official opening, and of course those elusive lab caches, before heading back to Geelong to the tackle the Its Puzzle Time series, and a pleasant drive through the You Yangs. And to make it a long and productive day, some night caching along Portarlington Road to finish things off!
Thanks Na'wal for putting out the cache and the hunt!

The day of the Surf Coast Mega had finally arrived. We (Gunnie69, The Green Geckos, Ghost Gums and myself) had teamed up for an assault on some carefully chosen puzzles caches (read that as the ones we were actually able to solve), earth caches, challenges, letterboxes and a smattering of other caches thrown into the mix to make it more interesting. Quality, not quantity was our mantra on this quest. But it still hurt to have to leave so many left unfound...
Having started today a little later than we had intended, we were trying to make up for lost time this morning and still make it to the mega in a timely manner. But somehow we kept getting sidetracked by unusual DT combos and such, but we still got there for the formalities, just. And as is usually the case when attending big events interstate, I was torn between wanting to mingle and socialise longer at the main event, or get back out there and do some more caching. The lure of the smileys won out and all too soon, we were back on the road again, tracking down all the lab caches that were on offer.
This wasn't one of the puzzles that was on our hit list, instead being a traditonal with a whole swag of favourite points, so of course we had to come and investigate what all the hoohaa was about, and glad we did too Na'wal - it is a beauty. Hopefully I will return to this area sometime in the future when I have more time to explore and enjoy everything it has to offer more then...

The container was located pretty quickly when Ghostgums, The Green Geckos, Mistraluna and I arrived at GZ. Getting to the log however, was more time consuming than we expected... Not that we were perturbed...
After securing the book we swiftly added a sticker and worked on reversing our work... [^]
A bit of fun and a favourite point to add to the collection.
Cheers Na'Wal.

Caching around Lara today to get My multi souvenir and to clean up some others around the area. This is a great idea for a cache. The kids had a laugh opening the containers. I wonder how many you could go if you made a bigger one???. A fav point from me.
