End of life. Thank you to all who spent time finding this cache. I hope you found it worthwhile.
Another visit today, this time with the kids. Miss 6 tried to climb but we came out empty handed.
After setting up at the showgrounds with our geovan, we discovered that our friends the FelixIIs were camped near by. Mr F wanted to do the Montrose list trail, and succumbed Mr D to join him. Puzzles sorted, Mrs F dropped them up the hill a bit, then returned to find Mrs D so they could cache down by the river. We set off with a list "this" long. Did not find them all, bit disappointed but had fun on a hot day after all. Another one eluded us, think the hint may have been pruned.
Hot in the face, back and legs aching, all good, did not find this one, despite looking with four eyes. Thanks zombiecats for the hide.

Searched the area, but sadly a DNF for us here today. [8)] Hopefully we were just cache blind again.
This cache has been found regularly up till May then no logs till last month and that was a DNF. Seems suss to me pretty sure it may be missing.
Thanks anyway ZombieCats

Nice spot. Had a good look but couldn't find it. May have fallen victim to winds (some parts of the things near gz sawn up on ground) or perhaps I am blind. Will come back with kids later as they are better at spotting this kind of cache.
After finding the nearby Duck For Sure cache we drove, rather than walk, the short distance to this cache as we had sore legs and feet after spending they day at the magnificent Mona Gallery up the road.
Not very windy today so we had a very pleasant stroll to GZ in the last of the afternoon sunshine. [^] There was a guy on a ride-on mower about 50 metres away but he was too busy concentrating on what he was doing to worry about us. Having just found our first "For Sure" cache we knew the type of hide we were looking for so after a brief search we found the cache and signed the log at 5:45 pm. TNLN.
Thanks ZombieCats for another well-hidden cache and for bringing us to such a lovely reserve and beach.

Today we found some caches that have been published while we have been away.
A nice stroll around the area. TFTC

I got this one and then just had to make my way back to the car...a few kms away. Nice little hide. Thanks ZombieCats.
Straight to it. Cache and log in good condition.
Found at 16:03.
Find 8 for the day.

No windy today - enjoyed walk along to GZ and signed the log. Thanks ZombieCats.
Not much wind at all today but wow what a beautiful spot with a great view.
Gotcha!! Spent a good 10 minutes at gz today watching a pair of rosellas having a great time bathing in a muddy puddle just 3 or 4 metres from where I stood.
This was quite a quick find by Sue. TFTC ZombieCats
Getting out to Claremont for some geocaching had been delayed a couple of times as we had planned to walk around them with some friends from the area and circumstances or the weather kept delaying things.

Have been keeping this series for a 'rainy day'. Today was almost that so we made a start. A few spots of rain and lots of wind.
An interesting location, this cache was quickly found. Thanks ZombieCats.

I didn't have this one on my list when I first walked past so had to go back and get it.

Another cache found whilst on a walk with my mother and dog. I love this area even if my gps did not.
The last time I had been to Windermere Beach was back in the mid 80s in my final years at school. I had a friend who lived nearby. After finding GZ I searched for my pen. Damn! I lost it. OK back to the car for another, only to find the pen on the ground right by the car. A quick jog back to GZ and all sorted and signed. TFTC
We found a pocket knife on the ground right at GZ. If anyone wants to claim it, let us know
Part of a caching run around cadbury's with my Geo Son's
Geo Kid O, couldnt remember every coming out here before. I had many a time, going to Claremont High school and playing cricket at the cadbury ground on many occansions.
Also had the odd game of golf around here
Lucky the wind was not blowing today!

Easy find with EzziBell in a park I haven't been to before, with plenty of bird life around. TFTC.
Went for a ride while the transport vehicle driver went shopping. Didn't know how/where to get off the bike track so found this one first. Thanks
A nice day for a walk finding the new caches in the area. Not too windy today. All was quiet in the nearby park today. TFTC
We enjoyed wandering around the shoreline at Cadbury's Point and nearby. We haven't been in the area for years. So many homes were familiar but the residential care facilities for older people were an addition since we were last in the area. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. Thankfully the cache was at head height for Mrs y'stassie (and she is quite short) making retrieval quite easy. The cache and its contents were in good condition. TFTC Zombiecats.
Hi ZombieCats

No wind today - not a breath in fact, which made for a very muggy stroll.
I detoured via the beach to avoid a woman who seemed to think I was following her, then quickly found the cache after falling for a decoy.
Thanks.

This foreshore track has been one of my favourite running tracks for many years, that's for sure! I jogged back and past this to the point and then back to GZ. With two similar looking locations I found this on the second try. TFTC.
Ok so not the first but the larst this morning for me. So having no GPS slows one up a bit but with a print out and good map anything is possible. With only a few options it was not long before I had it, the only cache where there was muggle walking his dog, but was well in front and passed were I needed to be.
