Between parkrun and a nearby scheduled Event, we parked at the nearby entrance, and targeted the two *Hunting Dragons* geocaches. This cache wasn't too far from the main track, and I managed to spot the well-sized container upon approach. The cache container and logbook were in good shape, and it was interesting to see that a recent muggle had stumbled across this one (and added their mark to the logbook). Thanks forbiddenground for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/[jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) stamp.----------This morning, the rabbit family clan headed south for a couple of Events in Heathfield and Mansfield.Pallala parkrun was the first of the morning's plans, and then [@jesswrigley](https://coord.info/PRNW59T), baby Cottontail, baby Mopsy and I headed nearby to [For the Tardy Mouse! #053](https://coord.info/GCAZYY8) Event. We then headed north-east via a playground play to [Coffee Aminya Caches Helluva Event 2](https://coord.info/GCB02XA).
Ive driven past these two caches many times but never took the opportunity to stop. Today I easily pulled over just after the gate as the road wasnt busy. I was surprised how nice this bushland area was and so enjoyed my walk here. I spotted something from the track which turned out to be the cache, even though the coordinates were a bit out. Logbook signed and replaced as found. All good here considering it hasnt been found in a while. Tftc
A thanks for the cash but there's going to be a tro control burn around here soon so I might suggest disabling it or just waiting for the burn to finish or something anyway thanks for the cash and off to the next one!
I have often thought about stopping for these two in the area but have either been on the wrong side of the road or in a hurry. I was able to park near the gate and a short walk in to the bush, I had this one in hand. Interesting plaque.
Quick find. I think that’s the biggest cache I’ve seen so far! It was a bit difficult to extract and then once I had it out it was also hard to get it back. I’m not sure exactly how it was intended to be but it’s still quite cool. TFTC!
It was an early start to the day with a quick and enjoyable event in the city. From there I started a couple of local caches but then I decided to head back to grab a few caches that I went to once before and had no luck with, there was a couple that were nearby also.
After my success at a previous find, I decided to head up and grab these two caches. A nice walk in here and with no one around, it was very pleasant, even in the heat. This was the first stop and I spied something that just did not look right for this area. It soon turned out to be the cache and the title made sense. I am guessing this is not how it is supposed to be, this does need some attention, I tried to repair as best as I could but it does need some work.
The contents were all dry, I signed the log and replaced all as best as I could. Thanks for the fun hide.

Had a nice stroll to this one today. Easy enough to spot the hide, but strangely, the logbook was empty. It appears all the previous pages with logs on them have been removed. TN/LN
I needed a cache for the day. What a great one to get. Nice and simple and worthy of one of my fav points

I used to work at the Oxley end of Blunder Road and had these caches on the radar for potential 'on the way home' caches. That was back in 2014 and it has taken me til now to finally get my butt into the location and track them down.
A short walk to this one and while the coords were a little out, there is no mistaking where the cache is and a good sized container it is too. [^] I found it interesting that with all the protection, the log seemed a little damp, but still perfectly fine for scribbling on.
Everything back in place and appropriate camo added, I headed off for the other one.
Cheers forbiddenground.

This one to start off my memory lane adventure. I was standing on the sword in the stone rock and couldn't quite figure it out. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw where I needed to be.
Greeted with a great big scary spider and a snail was lovely. My partner screamed at the spider. No matter how many times I ask him to lift something he always forgets there will be something waiting to jump at him. It's hilarious. TNLN. TFTC. X.

Spotted the covering from the track.
Walked in and heaved off all the covers. Nothing living in the tomb at the moment. Signed the log and recovered. Cool cache.

Tftc, a short trip from the road but we saw some great things!
Bright red mushrooms, a heap of butterflies and a blue damselfly.
We have recently had a toy tidy up so we put quite a few treasures in here as there was plenty of room.
Swap fair and swap up so all the mini cachers get some treasure!

This was our first find of the day about the only one that the inspector actually found. There is heaps of space in this cache for trackables so who knows we may be back out this way to drop a trackable here. TFTC from the inspectorrexteam..
We are back in Brisbane for a family birthday celebration tonight so we drove up early to allow for a cache or two and this is one we chose. Lots of new plantings close by but the cache site is fine.
Nice big cache. All okay here.
Thanks heaps forbiddenground.

Drove by between two work arrangements, though a short lunchtime walk would be good for my stress level.
A great day, enjoying the sun and the smell of mimosa in the air.
Quick found at GZ
Thank you for the experience

I have been working in this area a bit recently and these caches are always staring back at me from the map. I was sent on a run to collect materials, and made time to park at the start of the trail and dash to both gz's. I found this cache in it's hide quickly and added my name to he log Tftc!
Hubby took me to find this one. It was a good find. A bit cheeky hide. The listed coordinates were about 10m off.
Great cache! I don’t think I’ve seen one this big before!
Coordinates seemed a little off, these ones, as reported by a previous find worked better for me:
S 027° 37.180', E 152° 59.186'
Once at the above coords it was a very easy spot.

I am in the region today after going to a non-geocaching event last night and camping in the van.
So this morning I had time to find a few caches.
A quick find here before moving onto the next one.
Thanks for the cache.

Out caching in the area. Stopped to find this one. Nice sized cache! Took zebra TB to move along. SL then returned to its hide.

One object grabbed our attention but we were wrong. A FP for this one!! swapped one TB for another
It's souvenir day!! (Thanks Geocaching HQ)
Working at Durack today and wanted to check this one out last time I was out this way but it was bucketing down rain. Today - with the humidity - it just felt like it was raining.
Parked up and wondered down the track. Coordinates were slightly out but immediately spied two potential hiding spots. Of course I went to the wrong one first but upon checking the second spot, alas, here it was. This was an awesome set up and one that I hope stays for some time.
Cache is in a good condition, dropped a TB in and off I went. I'll be back another day to do the other two.
Thanks for bringing me here forbiddenground, this makes find #338.
P.S. Favourite point from me

Out for a day of caching with Mr and Mrs RoddyC. Our phoones had us searching some distance away. Eventually, we gave up and headed back to the track, almost tripping over the cache hide on our way back. YAY!!!! We have found it. We added our names to the log, returned everything to the way that we found it, then continued on our way. TFTC
We came upon your cache, forbiddenground, while geocaching with Selva Girls.
Read past logs so sort of knew what we were looking for but coords were out a bit on our devices. S 27° 37.180' E 152° 59.186' worked better for us.

I though this one was going to be very difficult but I was fooled. Quick and easy find, left my signature and then the hard part was replacing cache as I found it. Mission accomplished and on my way. TFTC
Easy find and so glad I had no issues with thongs on today. Tftc i liked this one.
Out for a fun day of caching with Raynersinoz and barbbowman. We were blessed with a nice sunny day for our adventures and we had a terrific time finding a variety of caches
We had no difficulty in locating the cache and with our names added to the log book, we continued on our way.
Thank you forbiddenground for creating the earth cache for everyone to enjoy

It's a Wednesday wander with bb and Mrs JAT this week and we have a beautiful, sunny day to go caching
I so loved this cache! Another that we just decided to look for at the last minute. Who would have thought this bit of bushland was in here. The GPS was all over the place, as there was quite a bit of cover, so I had to rely more on my geosenses - this search could take awhile then, LOL! After a bit of a hunt around, I noticed something that fitted in with the cache name, but wow, I didn't expect the container to be there. Very cool! I'm giving this one a fave point because it's something a bit unique. TFTC forbiddenground

We understood all the hints in the description but it still took us a bit of searching to find the lair and what was hidden within. What a lot of effort you have put into this cache forbiddenground. worthy of a FP.
Out for few hours with joojoo57 today.
We both needed to collect this little series and it became our last little jaunt for the day. It was a pleasant little walk to GZ, but we had some trouble getting the GPSrs to settle. I think we walked right past the right spot and searched all over the place for a couple of minutes before widening the search area. A read of the Description had me thinking slightly differently and I soon spied the covering. Nicely done, so have a favourite point. TFTC, forbiddenground.

Since I was in the area and had actually found some success at #1, I decided to take a little walk and see what I could found down here.
I spent a little to long walking round and round actually wondering if the cache might have got washed down. But on looking a little further afield I spotted something and sure enough the cache was still home, soon signed and all replaced.

Dragons! I reckon everyone loves dragons in some way, shape or form and how could you not.
Long before the kids came along my wife and I were huge movie buffs. About 10 years ago now we watched the movie Eragon. Yep you guessed it, it's about dragons and dragon riders. The movie was based on a novel that was the first of a trilogy but unfortunately the movie didn't do so well on opening weekend so they canned the other two. My wife and I thought it was alright and loved the name of the dragon, Saphira. So much so, that we kept it quiet for about 5 years before naming our daughter Sapphira.
So this morning as I wandered up the track I had plenty on my mind to think about, from Dungeons & Dragons to my daughter which is probably why I walked straight past the hide without even realising it. Once I waited for my phone to catch up I was soon onto it though. With the trusty broom stick I found earlier this morning, I peeked into the tomb to make sure no one was home before diving in. Clever hide FBG, thanx again.

I am ready to meet another dragon.
It is the Swedish shortsnout which is entombed here.
Sadly this dragon met its match in one of the Triwizard cup duals and came crashing down and is now entombed here.
I signed the memorial sheet in remembrance of this fine dragon.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks forbiddenground All good with this cache

I wandered in. What on earth is he talking about? I look further afield. LOL. This one is hilarious.
DO NOT ENTER-New signs have been placed at the gate of the paths to those caches (hunting dragons 1-2-3-4) saying the park is closed due to wild dogs and baiting is now been placed and claw traps too. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER the park for your own safety. As of 11/5/15 the 4 caches will be off line and temporarily unavailable. I have added photos to the gallery.
I came direct from #1, right through the scrub. Only found the track once I got to GZ.
GPS had me too far into the bush to start with but I eventually found it once I widened the search a bit.
Cache #50!! Thanks for a great one!

After leaving number one we headed down the path towards this one and with some luck we made a quick find here with mr toad watching over the cache. TFTC forbiddenground
GPS had me a bit off but soon spotted something worth investigating. All is safe and dry. TFTC
Out caching with Remsjw. We saw one thing but couldn't find a cache. Read a few logs which helped us see something shiny. Went over and found it. Loved the hide!
Looked around and spotted something that was a bit strange. There it was. Heavy lid on the sarcophagus though because mnance101 had trouble moving it. Determination paid off and the coffin opened to reveal the prize - the log.
Visiting with the boys from Mickjor. Making my way to GZ my eye was caught but something which I went over to have a closer look at and it took a few moments to realise that I had actually found the cache. Interesting hide. Tftc.
cache find # 1392. We had just located the Hunting Dragon #1, and headed off to locate this cache.
Wow, what a very clever and creative cache. Loved it. A favourite point from us. TFTC. left tb.

By the time we reached here the weather was starting to get hot and Mrs THR was getting tired. She stayed on the path whilst Dr THR went in for the kill. Dr THR walked to GZ but before he could start looking Mrs THR found it entombed about 10m from GZ. Nonetheless we made the find. TFTC Forbiddenground
TFTC found myself in need of a bit of 'hen time' whilst between chores and in the neighbourhood, so dragon time it is. I headed for the biggest option. That's not moving. A quick look over the logs, description and then saw something shiny a little way off. Like the others, I wished I had something to put in the big cache.
It was about time for me to clear this one in the series.
The GPS sent me into the bush too early and I wandered around for a while before I spotted the tomb.
A great size hide. Pity I hadn't brought my swaps bag with me.

I went for a walk up a track that was completely new to me. A strange combo here of bush and abandoned junk. There was no mistaking the tomb and by golly the stones were heavy for the first stop this afternoon. Some great swag inside and all in fine condition so TFTC!
Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
We finished work this afternoon, and decided we would grab a few caches, and this series came up on our radar. We pulled up on the main road, and made our way in along the main track. We approached this one first, and quickly spotted the likely spot With the cache in hand, we added our names to the logbook, and continued up the trail

I was wondering if this one will stick with the theme of the others in the series. A quick searched proved to be successful. Awesome hide. TFTC
Found and what a great hide that is Forbidden Ground (FG) Great effort. Had been waiting for this one. Funny thing is that my work called me as they thought my car had been stolen and dumped????? Left the Travel Compass, took the pack of Bourbon cards, of course!

Having found the other dragons, this one needed to be found too. Was expecting a similar type of hide but this one was named appropriately. It was found after a short walk along the trail. TFTC
finally turned up a few metres away from where the android thinks is gz today. An impressive effort for a cache. no swaps. George is second to find it today!
I've been waiting for this one to appear, having hunted down 1,3 &4. As luck would have it, it was published when I was unable to go hunting. That's geocaching for you. When I read the description, I immediately had an inkling as to what I would be looking for. When I was here last and met up with crew153, we saw some material that we remarked was a shame it had been left there and thought somehow could be put to good use. Pulled up at the usual parking spot behind another vehicle. Ah, might have company on this hunt. Got to GZ and no one around. Found a mighty tomb stone and thought if I have to move that I won't be catching any dragons today. Widened my search and spotted what I thought I would be looking for. So glad it's been put to good use. Deed done and all replaced as it should. Still no sign of anyone from the other car? Dragon's breakfast I guess. Thanks forbiddenground, a favourite from me.
