I cannot see any information that suggests to me that steps have been taken to resolve the issue/s associated with this placement - one or more of the following applies:

- Cache Owner unable to maintain cache
- No response from the cache owner.
- No cache to find or log to sign.
- It has been more than 28 days since the last owner note.
- Cache has been abandoned by cache owner/cache in disrepair

As a result I am archiving this cache to keep from continually showing up in search lists and to also prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the next 28 days, just contact a reviewer (by email and include GC number in cache name) and, assuming it still meets the current guidelines, the reviewer will be happy to unarchive it.

If there are components or remnants of the cache and you haven't already done so, please return to the GZ and collect the cache (or remnants). We don't want to litter our environment with Geotrash.

Should you wish to replace the cache after 28 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

Found @ 1:21am, find # 3684.

While out on the hunt for caches with biggles1024, this one was found.
This one wasn't far off our intended route so we headed over.
We were at the indicated GZ but that was in the garden so we had a look at the hint, this then took us about 13 metres away to where the cache was found.

Thanks to noctis77 for placing this cache.

Find #1568

I headed out with Stemicmitsar for our regular Friday night hunt.
Where came to this area to check out a WhereIGo and whilst here decided to grab this cache. The posted co-ords took us to a garden bed but that seemed an unlikely location and so we looked around for a more likely location and Steve quickly had the cache in hand around 12m from the posted GZ.

As noted by previous finders parks staff make this one tricky. I had to loiter suspiciously before making a dash for it, managed to locate the cache, then retreated to a safe spot to complete the log. Reverse surreptitious behaviour for the return leg and escaped unnoticed. I think the staff might be in on it and are laughing at us from behind a tree somewhere. Smile

Found it!!! My first cache! Grounds people nearby gardening made it tricky to get to.

Suscoe's 27th find of 28 for today as we worked our way around some of the bayside suburbs.
Today was a delightful day with a gentle breeze and filtered Spring time sun.
We visited here this morning but the local worker was enjoying smoko at GZ and so after it was apparent that this break had just started we headed south east.
So now it was about 7 hours later and heading home we stopped by and all was quiet at GZ.
A quick find, sign and replace.
Thanks to noctis77 for showing us this place.

25-Sep-14
Visited this park and approaches GZ. Quickly found the cache and took it to a nearby seat to sign. Upon my return to replace, the muggle caretakers were in residence. Turns out the storage room for all the pruning equipment is stored in this building right next to GZ. So I had to loiter until the GZ was clear. Ended up doing laps of the nearby lawn bowls field.

The cache was alittle exposed so attempted to put some cammo on it.

Find # 150!!!

And the first cache I've ever found where a muggle has actually muggled me!

The grounds keeper arrived just as I picked it up.

"Is that yours mate?"

I explained what I was doing and what it was... He knew it was there. He actually thought it may have belonged to a homeless person, so he has never removed it.

Didn't have a pen so couldn't sign Sad

I headed up to the big smoke with one of my boys for some shopping, fun, caching and exploring. Although quite cool, the weather was great and the city was bustling with people everywhere. We had a great afternoon with us exploring quite a number of alley's in the CBD (we found Peppa Pig), we checked out the big wheel and had a late lunch at the Queen Vic Markets before heading back into town to watch some buskers rap and breakdance for a crowd of onlookers. On our way home we were lucky enough to spot some fireworks happening and made a short detour to park and watch the great display before heading for home.
Nice gardens and there weren't too many muggles about today so after a short search we had the cache and the logbook signed.
Thanks for the hide.

Had popped into this part of town to meet someone for lunch, so after a couple of pork sliders it was time to pop by here for a quick cache...

I knew about this park (although had never visited it) from one of my old planning lecturers who often used it as an example of excellent urban planning and architecture of the surrounding buildings. Of course, he was probably a bit biased given he lived on these streets!! Still - a lovely spot to be for the fortunate ones.

At GZ it was a fairly straightforward find, thankfully, as hanging around these sorts of spots while searching for caches always makes me nervous in case people get the wrong idea about my intentions.... Yikes. I think the guy who wandered past just after I'd put the cache back may have thought similarly.... Oh well - time to slink back to the office Smile

Arrived here in the early morning after an airport run. The fog was long gone but the frost was only just defrosting over the greens.
Finding the park deserted with muggle barriers all around, I quickly zeroed in on the hide.
Thanks for the cache here, I driven past here countless times but never turned in the side street to notice the scale of the reserve. Cheers.

A slight detour on the way through had me at this nice park. A muggle emerged from the building as I approached but luckily there was nobody else on sight. The GPS took me to the wrong tree but no hides there so I quickly looked elsewhere. Found, signed and replaced in a matter of minutes and I was on my way.
Thanks noctis77 for the cache and for bringing me to this nice park.

With the Easter/Anzac break it was a quiet time to find this cache - or so I thought. I found and retrieved the rather visible cache easily enough and moved away to log. As well I did as two workers came by and opened up that door! I hung around for a while but replacement was impossible, so I went off for a short while, happy in the knowledge that access would have been impossible in the unlikely event of another cacher coming along.

On my return after about 20 minutes the worker vehicle was gone, but my happiness was short-lived as one worker was still in situ. I wandered around until I saw an opportunity and duly replaced the cache.

An interesting spot thanks noctis77.

Find # 2744
10:57 am Wed 9 Apr 2014
On this wet Wednesday I decided to visit my traditional barber in Albert Park to get a haircut.
After that I checked my GPS and discovered this one only a couple of hundred metres away.
I parked as close to it as I could and headed for GZ only to find the cache location quite close to a doorway, which was open with a couple hi viz jacketed gardeners sheltering inside from the light drizzle.
By sidling around the edge of the building, I was able to locate and extract the cache from just outside the doorway with the gardeners about 3m away but without a direct view of me or GZ.
I retreated around the building to the shelter of another tree, signed the difficult to extract and slightly damp log, and then edged back to replace it only to find that the gardeners had moved outside the doorway and that my task was now impossible.
I wandered back to the car, cache in hand, and sat waiting for about ten minutes.
I returned and came around behind the one remaining gardener who spotted me just as I was returning the cache.
I pretended to be sheltering from the drizzle and she happened to be on the phone and just nodded to me as I ducked away to the shelter of the bowling club and returned to my car.
I didn't have time to cover the cache with camo but I think it will be okay there.
I'll drop by next time I'm passing to cover it up a bit better if it doesn't get visited in the meantime.
These gardens are wonderful and it was a shame that it was raining and I didn't have more time to look around.
Thanks for placing this cache noctis77

Sorry about the late log but missed this one somehow.

Had the day with the geokids and was out checking out the block set close by.

A quick detour here and we made our way to GZ.

The youngest made the quick find.

We signed and moved on.
