This road is becoming increasingly dangerous, particularly the gravel portion. For the safety of everyone, including the locals I am closing down all of these caches in this series that are on this road. We also have a hoon issue in the area at the moment which is adding to the issue of safety. Thank you to everyone who has visited these caches.
We are on a roll. .
Nicely hidden. Soon spotted. Replaced the torn zip-lock bag.

Aha, had a good idea of where to look for this one. Found with taurus1955 and BentleyTB. TFTC
The name says it all but it is still a little hard to see and reach for the vertically challenged cachers like us. After some stretching misschief18 and I had the cache in hand and were able to sign the log

Despite having what seems like the flu, we were out and about with trek4ward and C Yeo Later to claim the last few souvenirs, for August, as you do when you are a keen geocacher. I mainly stayed in the car, signed log books (with my own pencil) and observed all the fun. TFTC
I liked this hide. While parked at previous cache GZ, was passed slowly by a ute. Found ute again watching us from a driveway this time. I smiled and waved, and that was enough to scare him off. Didn't see him again.

Hi there Speedmistress. We found your cache "Out on a Limb" at 11:08:00 AM today.
This was our 6th cache find in a caching run of 24 Finds & 0 DNFs today. (So this now makes our find count 9491.)
[Blue]
Today's cache run was to add to our current streak of "Most Consecutive Days" cached. With this cache the total now stands at 225 Days.
Today was a trip down memory lane for Ian, he spent quite some time in (and around) Cabarlah before he left the Army. Please excuse our boilerplate logs. It's not really a good excuse, but it is often really difficult to craft individual logs when we attempt so many similar caches in a day.
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: Poor. (We found the cache around 20m N from where the GPS said we should be looking.)
Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

After giving the GPS a beating at the last cache, it finally started behaving and we were able to use it properly to find this cache. Still have no idea what's it's problem was as it was fine for the rest of the day! Grabbed the cache, signed the log and in all our frustrations with the GPS realised that we had forgotten to look for clues [:(!]
oh no!! so back to the beginning we go and check for clues
Thanks for the cache today Speedmistress!

Today we did a full day of caching in Toowoomba region. From the town region & out to Cooby Dam.
All the caches we found were in good condition & some wonderfull & scenic locations.
Our silly GPS said we were 18 m from the cache when we found it.
Thanks for placing this cache Speedmistress

On our way up to Toowoomba to do Animal Alphabet Challenge when OrionJ mentioned that he wanted to grab a few letterbox hybrids. Not a problem for us even though we did both between Brisbane and the range. To our surprise OrionJ mentioned this new one just North of Toowoomba that we hadn't seen and a small power trail that went with it. Seemed perfect for today's adventures.
---
Fourth cache in the series. This one had our heads scratching a little as the GPSr wanted us over the fence line. OrionJ joined in the search and soon enough had it in hand. You might want to check the co-ordinates on this one. TFTC and series Speedmistress

I really do like to find a good Letterbox Cache and I had seen this one a little while ago and really did like the idea of making the find next time I visited Toowoomba.
So today I was heading to Toowoomba with The Hunting Rabbit and had mentioned wanting to get the couple of Mailboxes. So this little trail gained a position on our list for the day.
---
Fourth stop and this one took a few minutes longer. As we pulled up the possible spot looked jumped out at us, but the GPSr wanted us some 20m into the neighbour property. We knew that couldn't be right so I hopped out to help THR, soon enough the cache was found and business was done, before moving on.

Having a great time doing this little series. cache found safe and dry. Thanks Speedmistress.
We were originally worried about reaching this one but it turned out to be perfectly reachable. We were greeted by the barking of the neighbouring dog here so tried to be as quick as we could. Cache was found safe and dry. TFTC, Speedmistress.
Out and about today to find quite a few caches today.
This little series by Speedmistress was on my hitlist. Well there is a letterbox at the end.
A quick start to this little series. Now onto the next one.
This one had me doing laps of the tree until I spotted it.
Thanks for the cache.

Then treated to afternoon tea with the CO.
A great afternoon.
Many thanks

Out with mistborn - who is new to the geocaching thing. His first time finding a cache hidden this way. Lovely spot. TFTC!
M Founnd this one after A was looking puzzled! Thanks for the cache, Andrew and Maryan
Out on a Limb, more like out in the rain today. With it being show day holiday we thought that it was about time that we picked up this Cache and added another smile to our map. Unlike our previous visit the coast was clear, due to all the rain, dodging the water the was all over the place we made the dash from the car to make a relatively quick find, sign and return.
Thanks Speedmistress
Thanks Speedmistress
We didn't even get the chance to get out of the car for this Cache. The piece of machinery that is in the paddock is for sale. Today seemed to be the day that all those that are interested in it were out to have a look. There were people there on our trip out and then again when we drove back.
Guess we'll have to come back another day.

Stretchhhhhh went kestal. I stood back and giggled, until she told me to put it back! Tftc
Not sure why the shortest of the two was required to get the 4th from 12 but i did....the taller one returned it. We found it after a bit of a search the GPS was not quiet right for me today
Continuing my drive along this road and came to #4 in the series. No one about and as I approached a certain point I pondered where it could be and I was virtually looking right at it. Quick find. My plan for this series went out the window a couple of days ago so I am just taking one cache at a time at the moment. TFTC Speedmistress.
We were staying in Crows Nest for the weekend for a family birthday and after grabbing a cache the night before decided a 5.30am start to grab some caches along a newly released trail was in order while every one else slept in. GPS was pointing into the neighboring paddock but with the aid of the cache name I soon hade the hide located. Tftc
Moving on down the road, GPS had me looking at an old piece of machinery but I followed my geosense and soon had the cache in hand.
Scared a skippy near the fence but as I talked to her she stopped and just watched me.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Speedmistress All good with this cache

My GPS tried to send me 15m over the fence, but this time I ignored it, used my caching senses and gathered in the elusive hider.
