Hi
This cache appears to have some problems. It is the cache owner's responsibility to read the logs and check the cache to sort out any problems with it and give an indication of when it may be up and running again for people to find.
**The cache is being Disabled to give the Cache Owner an opportunity to investigate and fix the apparent issues.**
Once the cache is operational again, the CO should write an *Owner Maintenance* log advising that the promlems have been fixed, and to remove the *Needs maintenance* attribute (red cross) if that is showing on the cache page. The CO can then write an Enable log to return the cache to play.
If the cache cannot be fixed it should be archived.
**If there is no response to this log after 30 days the cache will be Archived.**
The [Geocache Maintenance guideline](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance) explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.

Sincere apologies for the lateness in logging.
On a trip to Tassie from the mainland with Shelley0, we managed to grab a few caches while visiting this beautiful state.
This was a little too tough for us today.
Thanks anyway tx4000

Travelling around Australia and spending a few months in Tasmania.
Staying a few days near New Norfolk we hit the trails today. Some great historical spots that have been shown to us through Geocaching, which is why we sooo love this game.

We're half way through our six month stay (til the end of March '16) from the Kurrajong area, (Blue Mountains) NW of Sydney, to tour in the caravan and also visit our kids and grandkids in the Huon Valley On four previous visits before this visit, we were muggles, so we have a whole island of caching fun ahead of us!

Ahhhhh that's where it is keep a close eye out. Very easy to miss as mr TSJL would tell you another find from mrs TSJL
Came up with another DNF for this one. My GZ was pretty firmly in one spot and looked a perfect place for a cache but couldn't locate it, and would be impossible to see if it had been knocked onto the ground as the grass was crazy lush and long!
Will keep an eye on the logs and see if anyone else manages to log a found.
Cheers

On a holidays for a week in New Norfolk. The weather hasn't been very caching friendly but we found a few around town. Caching with geo-sister and niece (TeamBiffo). With good weather predicted today we decided to do the DV Trail. TFTC.
We have returned from Canada to discover a few more Australian caches! What a great way to explore the Land Down Under" ...

Dad and I are in Hobart for a few days over Christmas and today we thought we'd go exploring. What better way than to pick up caches along a route!
Quickly found again!

I pulled over as the tractors were working in the orchards. I can't wait for those cherries to be ready. I made a quick find - I'm not sure but I think that's 6 or 7 of yours in 2 days, tx4000. Thanks.
A new fence has been constructed an wherever I looked I couldn't find the cache, please check on the location
This one had me looking for a moment since I could see so many good spots to hide a cache and whilst moving something I spotted a few skinks but I left them along and soon found the cache.
Thanks for the cache.

Out and about with whitewebbs finding caches that have been published since our last visit to the area.
Thanks to all cache owners for placing and maintaining these caches for our enjoyment.

Out and about with Tassie Trekkers on a glorious day for caching. Enjoyed the tour of the valley. TFTC
Enjoyed drive the car around the river - with interesting about history - enjoyed read the description.. .Signed the log with All7. Thanks tx4000 for organising the series and final.
Lovely weather, fantastic loop around as enjoyed drive with everlasting, good spot GZ, sign log.. Thanks
Unfortunately we couldn't find it either. Was hoping for number 13 to be my 700th find later today so we'll see if we can "wing" it!
After a fruitless search and a phone a friend to see if we were on the right path I'm pretty convinced this one is not here any more. Will be keeping an eye on this to see if anyone else finds it.
Parked on the right side of the road - which turned out to be the wrong side of the road. But we'd much rather read about yummy cherries than, well you know what. Almost thought "cripes, why aren't we featuring on candid camera" as we did our furtive stuff.
Took a while to find this one as we didn't really want to put our hands near lots of prickles. Knight #4 eventually found the cache, without getting prickled. TFTC.
Cache zombified. A day off work so a trip around the valley was in order. Guessed that the hint meant 'a' when it meant 'b'. Should stop presuming what I am going to find before I get there... Found eventually. Tftc.
And on to the next one, a quick find by mr sharnie's tribe with the aid of the hint. TFTC
A nice day off and a drive into the country around New Norfolk was in order, found 33 caches and had a great day off
Thank you for the cute little cache, and the interesting information. Definitely the tail end of the blackberries, but still managed to find a couple.
We resisted the urge to try poppies (not that we could see any - just the signs).
Found at the second place I looked.
Thanks.

Another very quick drive by. As a kid i was driven past here each weekend to visit the grand parents.

An enjoyable day caching with WKC and the Gosseandegg family. This was the nineth cache on a day where we managed to completed a 6 pack, a bakers dozen and a few others.
Some of the group were busy searching for the cache whilst others were distracted by some delicious blackberries. The Egg proved that you could do both as she located this tricky little hide.
This was our 700th find. TFTC.

It was a team effort with Smiley_Bear and WKC to do the Derwent Valley Trail series. WKC rushed out of the car to find this one but it was a trickly one. We all missed it but I wonder if the blackberries help more interest. With a couple of juicy berries on board I caught a glimpse of it and guided the egg to grab it. snealy hide. TFTC
Ouch a prickle or two but a yummy blackberry to make it all better.

Retrieval was relatively painless. Unfortunately the blackberries are past their best and wasn't able to get a feed of them today. TFTC
Since this series was published we have been looking for an opportunity to return to the Derwent Valley upstream from New Norfolk. It is a lovely area especially at the onset of autumn. The leaves on the deciduous trees were just starting to change - it should be really spectacular in a couple of weeks time. Today we managed to finish our business in Hobart early and had about three hours to attempt the "Cook's Tour" of New Norfolk and the upper Derwent Valley.
Our GPS was pointing to a particular locations. We looked very carefully in the immediate vicinity but when we didn't locate the cache, we widened our search. After a few minutes we located the very well hidden cache on the opposite side - the cache blended exceptionally well into the surroundings. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for the cache tx4000.
PS: Although we didn't visit Reid Fruit's orchards, we did take the opportunity of sampling some of the blackberries growing along the fence line. They were just starting to ripen and those that were ready for eating were delicious. thanks fro the added bonus tx4000.

Took Sue a few moments to find. TFTC tx4000
From the top of the head it sounded plausible; go on a bushwalk to Mount Styx and because it is not a long walk collect some geocaches on the way, plus stop for a coffee at Mount Field. On the return stop for coffee and get some caches by taking the alternative road back to New Norfolk.
But I had forgotten how much longer it takes to get from Mount Field through to the Styx Valley and didn’t factor in the stopping times for each cache. The result was the completion of in first half of the plan only at 5:00 PM and obviously the second half was completely out of the question. That will have to wait until another day.

Why is it that every time I stop for a cache there is always someone watching?

*FTF* 8.51am.
Saw this trail of caches come out over the last couple of nights and kept our eyes on them. Very surprised that none had been found this morning (no chances like this in our Queensland home area).
Set off early to try to complete the trail. A good spot to enjoy the local fruits in full season, but avoid them as the cache was extracted.
