On an afternoon of 4x4 access only caching, cheers Team_NALAS for the trip. hollowfrog & I had no reception so we relied on the geo-senses & lucky for us it was in the obvious hidey hole & it's not often we find such sweet success TFTC

Today Taurus Six and I were humming and aaghing as to what the geocaching plan should be for the day. We finally decided to pack up a picnic and do a bush circuit collecting straggler geocaches along the way. The ones that we just have not gotten around to getting until now. The circuit involved heading out to Collie , through to Harris Dam , along the bush tracks then joining the Harvey Quindanning Road into Harvey then across through Uduc and onto the Forrest Highway back to Bunbury. The day started quite chilly but it was beautiful and sunny so by mid morning it was a perfect sunny day. Actually probably too perfect for this time of year !! Thoroughly enjoyed getting out to the bush areas which we mainly had to ourselves, along with lots of tuneful birds.

This was our fifth cache find of the day and we are so glad we decided to come out this way. The mining infrastructure is fascinating , you would never know it was here. The cache was a nice quick find, log and replace in this beautiful bush setting. Thanks for the cache Moneybox and for giving us an excuse to come to this interesting area .

Headed out for a days caching towards the Collie area with a couple of 2001 listed 4x4 caches high on the agenda. C10 and I set off from Cockburn and made our way down South Western Highway towards Pinjarra where we metup with RebelJamie (who won’t log these finds) to grab a bunch of caches for the day.

On the way out of Colllie we made the decision to stop here. Glad to pickup 626 days of unloved here. Quick find.

Went for a drive through the back blocks of nowhere to pick up a few lonely caches. Having just washed the geotruck... did nearly 150kms in the gravel and dust. *Sigh*

This was a nice easy find. Thanks for the location guys.

We signed the log, had a cheeky taste of the honey (delicious btw), and left a little torch in the box in case someone is afraid of the dark.

Thanks Moneybox for another cache!

Camping at Lake Brockman for the weekend and scooped up this cache whilst going for a drive through this lovely bushland. Thanks Moneybox for the cache as there aren't many off the beaten track out here.

Well you found this spot while quite by accident and believe me we made it here quite by accident Surprised

The roads/tracks didn't appear to have the same name as what is on google Earth so I nearly had us in the dam so we took the electricty tower track and came out less than one km from where we had to be and from there it was a quick arrival at gz Smile

*FTF* at 1.15pm Smile

This one got published the day after I attended the Captain Fawcett 4x4 Event which wasn't too far away when you don't mind gravel roads in the 4WD
I'm amazed Surprised it was still unfound six days later.

As I needed five finds to reach 1300 I put seven on my list for today and because the 4WD needs a clean this week I thought we may as well go offroad to find the caches before it gets washed Big Grin

A bit noisy at gz from the conveyor belt which really ruins the peace and quiet of the bush Sad

TFTC Moneybox. Took the path tag. I like your new one

I think you need to email me the fine print on the path tag. A wee bit hard to read I'm afraid.

Oops I forgot to give you a favourite point for FTF and also for placing a cache out the middle of nowhere Big Grin
