I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, tx4000, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.

###Cache Maintenance Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, to address the issue described in the logs.
The cache owner, %CO%, needs to :
* Return the cache to good health by fixing the problem, re-enabling the cache, and posting an Owner Maintenance log if a Needs Maintenance attribute needs to be cleared. Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to explain the situation and request more time. Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use when you actually repair the cache. Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by %CO%.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to be sure that the maintenance has been done, or that further information has been provided. If there has been no action to repair the cache or explain the situation, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache. *Caches archived because of lack of maintenance will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Thank you

Although the cache continues to be found, there's a number of logs that indicate issues of container damage and a wet log. It is definitely in need of maintenance by the CO. Unfortunately, the CO has not completed the maintenance required. As such, it's time to bring this cache to the attention of a Reviewer to determine its future.
Usually, if a CO doesn't check on their cache within a month of me logging a NM on a cache that needs it, I usually place a Needs Archiving log. I'll give this a few more weeks before I do that. Hopefully, the CO will respond.
The lid of the cache is damaged and the log is exposed. A new cache container and log is required here.
TFTC. Took photo of log as slightly water damaged to sign. Container also broken.
Well i have been meaning to grab this before but never did, so i was out here for the market and also grab a few others, as for the cache it was a quick find.
I am back to weekly caching now and apart from long walks almost back to normal, one thing that hasn't changed it my late logs, sorry about that.
Thanks for the cache.

Beautiful foggy winters morning in the value of love. This was a neat little hard ones my GPS told me I was near there was really only one or two logical spots. Thanks for getting me out exploring this lovely town. TFTC. Log is a bit damp but still

this was mine and my friends first cache and it was super fun this is really cool
After finding the cache in the nearby cemetery we went on to find this one. I had what I thought was a good idea of where it was. I found ground zero and thought hmmm that doesn't look quite right. I look a little lower and there was the cache. The logbook was nice and dry. Thanks for maintaining this cache
This was an interesting experience!!! There was a van with 2 muggles parked right next to GZ making searching impossible. While we sat and waited for them to leave we watched the cars coming from behind us [we were outside the police station]. Of at least 20 cars that came around that corner from behind us and turned up towards town not one turned legally, with all crossing the solid white line. Think the local police could get their daily quotas by just sitting outside their own police station!!!
Anyway back to the cache, after wasting too much time waiting I got out and phoned my imaginary friend whilst checking out the situation. Then the van finally left but another vehicle pulled up in its place and out hopped what I suspect was the church minister. He stopped and asked me if I was okay and if I needed any help!!! I must have been looking a bit desperate. Told him I was just waiting for a phone call and he wandered off inside.
Finally, we could deal with this cache, the only unfound one we had in town.
The church had a notice up saying that there would be no services due to the current situation but that people were free to enter for personal time.
Thanks, nice to have a town full of smiley faces.

Thanks for the cache. We were in NN today for the market, and KingSmev and I ducked off for a short excursion to find two nearby caches. This was the first one, and after a bit of a look, I suggested where it might be, and KingSmev spotted and retrieved it.

Nice creative little hide to find in the dark after doing the Tassie Zodiac Trail.
Done this Cache on a weekend away to Hobart all by myself so was able to find 44 caches including some lengthy multi caches. Also got to see my favourite comedian, some family and friends and a spot of shopping. Just what this girl needed!

Followed the fishing line to this little cache near the heart of the bustling country town of New Norfolk. Lovely little Anglican church with lovely polished pews and beautiful stained glass windows. TFTC tx4000
An opportunity presented to add to the list of finds in an area we have been to occasionally was not to be missed. It was good to be able to enjoy the stained glass windows before locating the cache with the excellent accurate co-ords.
We had to abandon our first search due to muggles in the area so went away to find another cache instead. When the same muggles turned up at the second site we knew it was safe to return. Came back and cache quickly in hand, not the hide we were expecting! TFTC.
Day 11 of my trip from Adelaide and after a pleasant night under the stars at Bronte Lagoon, I headed back up to the lakes to visit some old haunts and grab a few caches. Then it was down to Hobart via Bothwell and New Norfolk. And I was blessed with some great weather!
Not quite what I was expecting but a quick find nonetheless.
Thanks tx4000 for the cache.

Last night in town so I paused by the church after dinner for a quick and easy find to mark my stay in New Norfolk with a smiley on the geo-map. Thanks for a quick and easy find tx4000 - the log book is a bit squished and worse for wear... Could do with a fresh replacement, but I had nothing on me, sorry.
A wonderful way to spend the week in Tasmania with friends. Gorgeous spot. Thoroughly enjoyed the find. TFTF.
From Sydney on a cycling trip around Tassie with the ER group. Overnight here in NN. Nice walk after dinner. no pen. Tftc
On a quick holiday to Tassie. This is the first holiday with my Muggle Fisher Husband without kids. Day 1 at the Salamanca Market Day 2 Tahune Air walk and Mt Wellington Day 3 drive to Strahan Day 4 Gordon River Cruise Day 5 drive to Launceston Day 6 explore Launceston then Fly home To Geelong. My Muggle Fisher Hubby promised I could find a few Caches along the way. But it wasn't allowed to take over the whole day as it was his holiday too. TFTC
Housesitting in Molesworth so came to this town to fill up with petrol and buy supplies. Good to find a cache close by as well. Found quickly. Log was not easy to write on as it is damp.
A quick find while looking for breakfast in town.
The logsheet is very wet and needs drying out.
