Time for Megatron to retire!

Thankyou to JESTER420nz for alerting us to the change in GZ! We can't stop progress! We will replace the cache as soon as possible near the original location.

NZJ. Cache has definately been muggled. Im guessing that the GZ didnt look like this last time.

A quick find. A piece of rubbish caught my attention and as I went over to it I saw the actual cache. A find in between meetings... I don't have to many NOR caches yet so any chance to get one is great. Thanks for the cache!

Acachea and I DNF'd here a few months ago so we started today's outing with Megatron after the recent finds. A fairly quick find by acachea, not sure why we didn't see it last time! Thank you for the cache robroy_co.

thanks for the cache robroy co. Quick easy find today. The log was damp and probably needs putting in a zip lock bag. But all good all the same.

After a couple of recent DNF's Geo H and Geo R got on their deadly treadles and headed to Ground Zero.
Expecting the worst on arrival we were pleasantly surprised that Megatron was still in place and where we had left him.

Had a look around with acachea but we could not spot the cache. Too many bees in the bushes at this time of day, and then I ran out of time and had to head back home. Will come back for another look as the playground looks fun. Thank you for taking us there robroy_co.

Looked under rocks and in the bee infested banksias but couldn't find anywhere. Long time since its been found, perhaps it's no longer there.

Found but has been subjected to Muggles luckily sales office was closed. As I was able to have uninterrupted look eventually found under a bush about 1 meter from GZ
Upside down very wet and little bugs had made a home. Cleaned and replaced where I thought was right

I felt so exposed here, right next to a sales office with big glass windows. But I decided just to ignore the onlookers and search for the cache as stealthily as I could anyway. Finally found what I was looking for, sat down, signed the log and continued on my way. tftc.

Had to pick up some stuff from just south of here so after collecting it I went caching around the area to pick up some of the ones I hadn't done.

Had to wait for some muggles looking at the signs near GZ so had pleanty of time to scan GZ and spied the cache just after they departed.

Woohoo!! 3 from 3 previous DNFs ticked off today. I have come to look for this one previously but couldn't find it due to muggle activity both inside and outside the office. I had a fair idea of what I was looking for, but a chat with my brother Team_CART confirmed it, so I came back today to see if I could spot it stealthily.

After looking on the wrong side of the path for a while I redirected my search to the other side, and while pretending to take photos I spotted the cache. It was nice to sit down to write the log. Thanks for the hide robroy_co!

Had a previous DNF / Did not search on this one because I came during business hours and didn't want to attract attention from the staff inside the building. Came back tonight expecting to have a real search on my hands but had the cache in hand within 30 seconds. Guess I got lucky, or just started searching in the right spot. I also had a good hunch as to what the container would be.

Cache Condition: Excellent. Log and cache are dry and secure. Good camo from muggles, but easy to spot for a trained cacher.

Had a quick look around the area but was unable to search properly due to the staff in the office nearby. I suspect I know where it is, but will have to return after hours.

really did not want this one to defeat us, but three of us looking for over 20mins and sales staff in the nearby office meant we had to give up!

Thought I'd do a scan for any close caches could believe my luck to find one locate 50m from where I was sitting. We searched for a while but couldn't manage to find it before the sun went down will have to try again when we have more time

Out today on my day off picking up a few caches in the area, it is a beautiful day with some cloud cover but no rain..clever little hide here as it had me looking in the wrong spot to start with...TFTC

Woohoo *FTF* @ 6:50pm!

Had just got home when these were all released, so got changed and piled the geokiddies into the car and set off the 4km or so from home. Arrived just on dusk, kids headed for the playground and I went for the GZ. Took a couple of minutes but soon had a familiar container in hand. TFTC.
