Well this little cache was so sneaky it had us searching for a while. Just about to give up when Albany said 'hang on what's this' And the cache was in our hands. TFTC
Great hiding placr. Missed it the first time but looked a little harder this time around. Great camouflage.
Mr TW and Mr KC were off for a day's walk while the ladies of the team headed out to the heads. Mr KC had already found this one but they stopped to make the find so we could claim this one. Onwards and upwards and onto the next from here. TFTC
Our crack team of searchers started on the wrong trees. It took mum to find it. Learnt persistence... TFTC.
Had a smashing hike up and around here.
Spent quite some time looking for this one but just couldn't find it..
I'll be back!

Had looked for this one previously with no luck, can see why it blends in really well. TFTC
Took a circuit or two around the GZ before I spotted this nicely hidden cache, certainly a good hide, TFTC
This cache wasn't needed for our souvenir hunt but we were going past so we grabbed it anyway. My friends dog came out with us this time and was enjoying the walk.
The tree had indeed been strangled. We hunted around both trees several times before finding the very cleverly camouflaged cache. Thanks for the cache

4.04pm After missing my weekend trip to Christchurch due to level 3 lockdown in Auckland. I hooked up with buddy to sort out the wonders of the world. After the Pukenui loop track we thought we would get the rest in the town. It was a long day but nice to accomplish all the souvenirs today. Tftc
Could have sworn we had the right place but couldn't find it. Then one of the kids noticed the camouflaged container out on the grass! Was a bit damp so we left it open to dry while we were looking for other caches. Rehidden on the way back.
Cache bien camouflée
Très beau parcours réalisé par le poseur
Un favori pour celle ci!

TFTC... Very nicely camo'ed! Took a little while to find but easy enough.
After gaining the boil up cache and more time to spare I thought I'd find a few more in the area
I must've been hungry as the cache mentioned above reminded me of brisket and watercress... and seeing this strangled tree reminded me of a pot roast

Spent a few minutes trying to convince ourselves that it was anywhere but where there was a big web over a small opening. Grabbed a stick to clear the cobbwebb and there it was. Nice hide and cool camo
Found with the help of 2 little bucks - Bucko and Reebuck - on a holiday walk. Tnlnsl. Tftc
#766 7:39 pm Heavy, heavy rain stopped me last time. This time the cache was quickly found so much so I'm disappointed I didn't give a better go last time. Good camo. TFT(fenced)C.
Found it - this one had us confused - there are a lot of trees growing through fencing - GPS finally took us there. A bit of fossicking round the totara and found. Nicely camouflaged again.
I wasn't going to let the rain keep me from caching today. The stroll to GZ was mostly dry but once I had gone passed the stream and the jumps the skies dumped buckets of water. I started my search for the cache but the rains were heavy enough that the trees weren't providing any shelter from the rain. I am not logging a DNF as I didn't really give a full search. I must return with better weather, dry clothes, and my caching eyes.
I met up with hotrodpete and 0B80B8 late this afternoon for a wander around Barge Park and up into Pukenui Forest. Strolled down to GZ here and took a few moments to spot the really well camo'ed cache! TFTC!
Out for an evening caching with Hotrodpete and Vistra. Stopped on our way back to the cars to look for this one.
Soon found the strangled trees, but took a little longer to spot the well camo'd cache - really well done.

Took the Mob Dog for a walk with Mini Mob. Had to have the dog on the lead due to the sheep. While heading down to GZ dog pulled me over in the mud. Dog looked at me with a 'what you doing 'look and trying not to laugh. A very good cammo job as only identified it when touched it. TFTC.
HotRodPete and Liz decided that the light rain showers today weren't going to stop us adding to our cache total. Great camo on this cache so we were prepared for a search but luck was with us and the cache was soon in hand.
nice camo! well hidden. sheep were looking a bit wary as I was poking about, wonder what they've been hiding. tftc
Oops, looks like the fun walk made us miss one. Silly us . Will be back shortly.
Enjoying a casual stroll through part of Barge Park and back towards our van. This one certainly is fenced in! Thanks.
Another nice hide & quite interesting to see... poor tree - wonder how long those wires have been there? TFTC
This kept us busy for awhile but eventually discovered it and recognised the type of camo. TFTC.
Poor Tree, I hope it survives. There is another tree in a similar predicament further to the West. That one has not survived so don't waste you time hunting for a cache around that one as I did.
Ingenious camoflage. Once I found it it had me stumped for a minute on how to open it!
Beautiful day and no one else about. Big Thanks for the cache.

Took a wrong turn to get to GZ but found the spot in the end. Took a seat while waiting for a muggle to pass and spotted the cache in the process! Cool camo - almost invisible. TFTC fridgeman2000.
It was right in front of me and i couldnt see it. Lucky i had my husband with me, he found it.
Found by super-sleuth Pink117 with Wallie93 and future cacher. Awesome camo. TFTC
Very nice camo. Spent 5 mins searching and it was laughing at me the whole time. T4tc
Took the dog for a nice evening walk, some really nice tracks, bridges and creeks out here.Found easily just as the sun bid me farewell.Tftc.
2ndTF, thought I would try for this one before I had to work at 11. Managed it and enough time to head back home. Missed out on the FTF last night.
