On a bike ride to Jacks Point with Pazza and found a few caches on the way. This took us a little while to find as co-ords were out for us. Thankfully Pazza extended the search and found it.
Three of us had our own tangled bush each to search, but just like ice cream, I went for the biggest one and made a find after a few minutes. Cache in good condition
Had a quick look the day before, but foiled with coordinates 23m off.... We saw a nice trout while swimming, so came back today on bikes. So while the other half tried a few casts, I fished around for this cache again. Once I spied a small geotrail, and ducked in to the obvious spot , the cache was easily seen. TFTC!
Found place where it is and and a painted pink stone which I think was in it btw way I think it has been taken
We found on 2nd attempt i logged a Dnf the first try but we found it on our 2nd
Just dnf, searched few bushed, GPS today was not so precise and I was hungry and happy with GC for today.
A miserable day today but I had to head out to keep my streak going (day #248). Decided to target this one as I have found all the park ‘n’ grabs in Queenstown and Arrowtown area and got lucky as there was a break in the rain while I walked to this one. Got quite wet retrieving the cache though! Good to find it all nice and dry. Tftc
Followed the hint and immediately spotted the yellow top. P.S. There is an easy way in.
I babysat our four legged member of the family while the rest went in the luge. Couldn’t search for the first cache on my list as muggles were sitting too close to GZ. Was pleased to find this spot vacant. Got close to the lake so Nala could have a drink then got in amongst it and soon had cache in hand. Tftc
Found this loop of fishing line tied to a branch in one of the really tangly bushes. It looked as though it might have held a jar or something at some point in time. Could not see any definite triangle though so although in the right area, not entirely sure.
Found the tether but no cache so not sure if we were in the right place. Looked at both trees with no luck.
Our finds on day one of our caching trip into Central Otago today. Though it was a cold and frosty it is always great to explore new areas. Thanks to the CO's for all the great cache placements . TFTC
Ummm should something be tethered to this. Please see photo. I hunted around and couldn't see any containers!
The smaller Sisso was sent in for this one and soon had it in hand. All is good and safe
#44 of 366 goal for 2020
Great find by Cami211996 who braved the branches to investigate deeper into the location.

Decided to brave the branches and was rewarded with our third find of the day! Great find with smiley568! #46 of 2020
This was more complicated than expected. For once, being tall didn't help at all. Only the smaller cachers in our group could access it. All it good here, both logbook and container. Not many people around with the cold wet and windy weather. But very nice hide.
In a hurry, had a bit if trouble finding this one. Fly in fly out visit so will have to pass on this one.
A trip out to the peninsula, twas a wee bit hard to find as GPS wasn't settling. Hunting around likely places got it.. after reading the hint! tftc
Nice quick find here having missed the flight hone I wanted... oh well, what to do with an extra 1.5 hrs in paradise... TFTC!!!

This was a cool spot. Thanks for the cache.
During our three week trip to New Zealand and Australia my wife and I visited an active volcanic area, a glacier, a deserts, several rain forests, and the great barrier reef. We had a great time visiting both beautiful countries and getting out into nature every time we had the chance. We spent time in Auckland, the Coromandel Peninsula, Rotorua, Queenstown, Sydney, Uluru, and Cairns. We would like to thank all of the cache owners for placing and maintaining these caches and for taking us to some of the more out of the way places.

Had to wait for a slow muggle then we stopped for a chat. Thought had been trashed as paper on the ground but was only someone's itinerary.
Day 16
Stay at Queenstown for 2 nights. Travelling on both islands for 22 days holidays. Caching day around in Queenstown. Beautiful weather to walk around the track. Found it. Thanks ajbenn for placing this cache

Well my hair was certainly in a tangle after retrieving this cache and getting twigs all stuck in my hair! Nice easy find though thanks for the cache and the lovely walk
Found on another weekend in queenstown. My muggle partner found it after a quick rethink of location. Cheers for the smile
Even with a rainy muggle free day, and scouring the multiple possible hint items, no luck
#17013. I looked in the wrong bush to start with, and then relocated to where Troodles was at a small clump of bushes. I found a way in, then found the cache. TFTC.
Found with StreetWalkerNZ on day 6 of our extended Easter holiday in Central Otago. Today we are heading to Queenstown and Arrowtown, our main objective: a couple of solved puzzles plus an old cache.
I love these shrubs, and they make good hiding places too. The terrain looked a bit steep and slippery, so SW was volunteered for the search. He started off on the wrong one, but once in the right place, made a quick find, while I took advantage to the nearby seat . TFTC.

On a road trip south, enjoying the day and pic up some caches. TFTC

Today D4nielB and me walked the Kelvin Peninsula track and took the time to look for some geocaches on our way.
This one took us a while to find but finally we spotted it and could sign the logbook.

Jul1ane and me wanted to relax a bit today, so we decided to pick an easier walk for today. We chose the Kelvin Peninsula Trail from our hotel to the tip of the peninsula and back. We had luck, at the beginning of our walk there were a few drops of rain, but this stopped after a bit, and we had dry weather, later even the sun came out. On the trail we also searched and found quite a few caches.
It didn't take us long to find this cache.

Use your eyes with this one. Your GPS wil be all over the place. We can't explain the phenomena but suspect it has something to do with the airport approach systems.
In Queenstown for the Gibbston concert so off for a walk around Kelvin Heights with Gadget169 before heading home.
A lovely walk around this part of the lake and cache located after widening the search area a bit TFTC

Well back in Denmark again after my fourth visit to New Zealand. Luckily I also had time to go geocaching down under, and now it is time to long all my finds.
Cache found and logbook signed.
