Minor problem, the hide is now going to be in a garden bed, and I don't want cachers walking over the garden bed. As the CO will be MIA for a couple of weeks, this will remain disabled until at least the 20th of May.
Managed to access the site, and cache was missing from it's hide, no wonder as the hide had been moved around a fair bit, but back where it belongs. Will enable once the works have finished, should be before Anzac day, looks like they will be on time.
Drove by this morning and the actual hide is back, not sure if the cache is still on it, but it is still in the fenced off area, but it looks like it may be finished in time for anzac day.
The hide was there an hour ago when I was working over the road, just drove past and it's gone. The area is undergoing a refurbish, will see what I do when they finish. I am told it will be finished by April 25.
Tonight with no muggles around it was a quick easy find on our way home from Pakenham RSL after having meet some family and friends there for dinner.

Due to unforeseen circumstances Mr Smokey Bear will no longer be a part of Team Smokey Bear and will continue his adventures as "SmokeyBearOG".
So I'm relogging all previous finds under my new account.
Unfortunately this log will not show the original logging date.
**Thanks to Pinkpiggy7 for this adventure, looking forward to many more.**

Got a major fright when a fire truck turned on the sirens as he passed echidna44 and us. My goodness they’re loud! Avoided the snails on the wet ground as we left. TFTC
Out with pinnacle333 we spent a day caching from Harkaway to Beaconsfield in heat and sudden bursts of rain.
We had just started looking, when a fire engine turned on the siren as he headed towards us….. we all jumped three metres off the ground !!!
Found the cache after we got over the shock. Thanks Pinkpiggy7

A quick look today after coffee with a friend.
No luck today, fingers crossed next time will bring more luck!

This was another great find in the series, I'm enjoying these memorials that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. It makes me realise how quickly we rush past things without taking the time to look at our surroundings.
I decided to grab this as my second cache for twos day! Thankfully although I'm somewhat vertically challenged I was able to reach this one without too much difficulty.
Thanks for the cache!

After a second DNF, I messaged PinkPiggy7 for a hint. Thanks to a very quick reply I was able to find it this time. Can’t believe how close I was without seeing it, very cleverly hidden.
Found and signed today. TFTC and for the hint

Was 2 minutes away when the Did not find popped up. Cache is still there, must have missed a magnetic surface
Had a quick look today, could not find. Pretty sure I’m looking in the right spot, or maybe I’m just not observant enough
To many people are finding our caches in breach of lockdown provisions, disabling until things are open again.
Avoiding waiting room boredom, caching created the perfect distraction to pass away some time between appointments today. This cache was found safely tucked away. Thanks for the cache.
Clever little spot just a little ways off the memorial. TFTC

After many minutes of searching a fellow catcher helped us out! Hard one to find!

Find #10952
Today was a VERY big day [B)] , I have not found so many caches in a LONG time. . So out and about with beckNmonts, buhfuhguh and sedgwickDave. I started today with a ParkRun in Dandenong, then spent the rest of the day caching with good company. The plan was to find as many different types of cache as we could for some leap day fun.
One of the easier finds of the day, all I needed to do was grab it from the previous cacher.
Many thanks to Pinkpiggy7 for the cache. TNLN.
Big things are continuing to happen! *Are you joining the fun again in 2020?*

Soon after arriving at the event we noticed some goings on over in this direction. A quick look at the gadget revealed what we suspected...a cache!! Of course we couldn't miss the opportunity so we wandered over and retrieved the log to sign before it was replaced. TFTC Pinkpiggy7.
Whilst attending the nearby event it would be amiss not to grab the nearest cache and being only metres away it wasn’t too long before we were at GZ with log in our hands (passed on from another cacher . TFTC Pinkpiggy7
While attending the event Kestal and Eskies5 we realised there was a cache quite close and some suspicious activity nearby. We ventured over and were rewarded with a logbook just as it was about to be replaced.

That other cacher team that Crustyvarmint mentioned was us, so with the hard work already taken care off, it was just a matter of signing the log. Crusty even placed it back for us. Thanks.
Nice easy cache to start our day while attending the Leap day event held by the CO. Cheers Pinkpiggy7.

While I was distracted elsewhere Grub62 found this cache quite easily after reading the hint. We are over here to attend an event also by Pinkpiggy7. TFTC.
Out early for the event so Bunadoorian and I decided we woukd pick up a couple of local caches. TFTC Pinkpiggy7
Easy to find with a geocacher near the Leap Day event. Thanks Pinkpiggy7 for placing it.
As I turned up for the Leap Frog event, I mentioned that there was a cache very close. It was then I noticed people acting suspiciously by the sign near us. Wandering over, I signed the log and was about to replace it when another cacher came searching.
Tftc Pinkpiggy.

Some would wonder why there was a clump of people around a sign.
Not us, we were in the clump.
Joined the queue and signed the log soon enough!
Beautiful little park here and a great crowd, even on an overcast morning!
Thanks for placing this cache and letting us join the clump.

I'm still on a mission to try a bunch of unfound caches on this side of town so it was time for some early morning caching out this way. Managed to avoid the hottest part of the day and pick up nine finds out here today. With a couple of finds under my belt I headed on to this one. I was able to park close to this one and then walked in to search. Didn't see it at first but after a methodical search I was able to grab this one. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for this cache and all your placements in the area Pinkpiggy7.
We detoured on way out of town.
The Crazy Geo Driver had it in his hands in no time. Tftc

Shoulda gone to spec savers. Had my hand on it in less than 15 seconds.. But missed it and needed to become creative as to why I was there.. Yup more pics! At least I am beginning to think like a Pink pig out in the field! WWPP7 do?

A quick found here with Crank1 after Christmas Eve*9 Caching Celebration (CEEEEEEEEECC). Thanks for placing the cache.
This was the fifth and final cache found today whilst in the area to honour Shelby from Mr. Coffee and the Coffee Clan. TFTC
This one was a quick find after the last one I did! High muggle activity and hard to look inconspicuous so I just did a quick dash! Thanks for the cache pinkpiggy, I'm enjoying being back out there finding your caches!
An easy find on our endeavour to locate the jewel thief. Although... I must wonder... Are you really that tall Pinkpiggy7???
Out grabbing clues for the mystery at the museum event. A bit of a reach for us vertically challenged cachers but we managed to grab it. TFTC Pinkpiggy7
Ok whose head height was that.
We had a little trouble reaching this one. Zedaycee found this one for us after some searching.
Thanks for the cache Pinkpiggy7

This was a previous DNF for us back in January. We were frustrated last time, but today we were confident. Parked close by, walked over and straight away we had it. Log signed and back where found.
Thanks Pinkpiggy7

Thanks to the co for the assistance without which we would not have located as it is a little above head height. Take the hint as subjective and remember the co is about 7 foot tall.
Thanks Pinkpiggy7 for the cache.

Cache check it's exactly where it was last week when I checked it. Heaps of log space
Didn’t find this one despite being with a previous finder who then looked at the whole structure with me. Suspect it’s gone walkabout. But, who knows. Pink piggy? Over to you.
Sadly a DNF here today. We felt we were in the right spot and gave it a really good go, but no for us.
Thanks
Thanks
Found as Nicnax with PapaGrouch. We had stopped to look for this one but had no luck so moved on to the nearby Captain Bob. Having found that we were thinking about some lunch when I was approached by a lady who introduced herself as one of the 4 B Ninja's, they had spotted our caching shirts. She asked if we had found the nearby caches and we told her we had failed at this one. She let us know we were looking in the correct place and offered to help us find it. We returned and this time the tricky hide was uncovered and the log signed. Sometimes you just have to look a bit harder and feel places that you can't see into. TFTC
After a previous DNF (or two), decided to have another go tonight after very generous help from the CO. Should really have found it previously.
Incredibly frustrating DNF as I'm sure there's only really one place it could've been but I couldn't see it.
Well, what can I say other than I have been very very inactive that last couple of months couple that with some lack of logging from the past couple of geocaching days it equates to me not having done anything at all really....... but I digress. So today I woke up a little early to e sure that both the food and some caches could be found before I head off to work tonight. Today was a rather successful day with many finds. I do apologize for the generic log but am rather mentally fried after my third-year uni exams. Thx for the cache and the lovely day.
