After a few weeks of being really busy, it was nice to go out and grab a few caches.
Took a little time, but then I saw what was needed and the cache was soon to hand.

Out to continue the drive to 5000. Thanks Johnson and Johnson for bringing me to this location and taking the time to hide and maintain this cache. I found the cache at 10:24:00. This was my Find 6 for today out of a Total number of 18 Finds and 1 DNF for for this Caching Outing. The cache was found in Good Condition and I signed the log and returned the cache as I found it.
This find brings my total number of Finds to 4867.

Very cool. Out and about tackling the SWH series. A nice quick find before collecting no.4 from camp. TFTC
After not a lot of success heading to scout camp, thought I'd try finding some on the way home, this is the first one for today. Left McQueen TB. TFTC.
A lovely pleasant area with a bubbling stream to criss cross. Cache was well covered. Thanks for bringing us here.
Found with Light Pearls of Joy. Brook really flowing. Clever cache. What a very pretty hidden spot. Free oranges on a tree along with a friendly chat to a dalmation and a little terrier. Tried to find this one years ago when the railway part was still there. Bit sad that it has been removed.
Out with B12 and Larry

I had the pleasure of teaming up with JacobsCrew and Richlink for a lovely Sunday morning caching run around serpentine dam, gnome country and the greater serpentine jarrahdale region.
Highlight of the day was the Gnome Fun multi with which we started the day off at which highlighted some great views across the land from the vantage point. It was mentioned the cache was a certain number of gnome meters, might be a new term for hard slog through bush with no tracks. Well worth a fav and I can't wait to come back and collect the serpentine and trail caches and gnome hunter trail caches.
We collected a nice variety of hides today before it got too hot. Lovely day out with good mates. Thanks to the local COs

Shady walk on a sunny day. Nice area that we didn't know about, must be beautiful in winter
Nice hide in a lovely area, thanks for bringing me here. The "apparatus" had a spider hiding in it which gave me a bit of a fright and made it a little bit trickier to use.
Johnson and Johnson. SVKR_WA found your cache on 14 September 2016. This find brings our finds count to 1538.
Grabbed the only 2 TBs from cache.
We have signed the log and replaced the hide as found.
Thanks for bringing us to this place.

Most interesting concept. It is the first time I see such cache in WA. Deserve a favourite point. Placed 3 TBs into the cache. TFTH Johnson and Johnson.
Originally found under family caching name "clan-wallace". Geohubby wants his own caching name, so I get to re log them for him!
We have looked for this cache at least twice before but the area has changed so much in such a short time. So I suspect that the cache has changed too, it was a nice easy find, I hope that screw was already in the tree, pre cache. Always nice to have something a little different. TFTC
I planned to drive from Thomas Rd, down SWH to Pinjarra and pick up all the new ones along that route.
Due to recent surgery I am unable to drive for 6 weeks so hubby was good enough to chauffeur me around.
Turns out that we only managed to get just out side of Byford at the end of the day due to all the new ones that had been placed since I was last in this area.
We found a total of 10 for the day with no DNFs.
Hubby and I had a lovely walk here with everything nice and green and loads of birds enjoying the sun.
Managed to make a quick find here with hubby "getting it" on the apparatus.

Got to location, discovered item screwed into a tree.
Co-ords didn't help us much.
Believe this needs to be looked at by CO.

At the coordinates there is an 'apparatus'. You will have to figure out how to use it to find the cache which is nearby. It is not difficult to use. Note the markings on the 'apparatus'.

Distance from original: 73 feet or 22.2 meters.
Due to the historic Milbrace Glen bridge being demolished by the SJ Shire in May 2016 the cache had to be moved slightly. The new coordinates take you to an "apparatus" that will point you to where the cache is hidden nearby.

Due the impending demolition of this historic bridge I am disabling this cache and will reinstate it once the demolition is complete. Too bad the Serpentine Jarrahdale Shire is not for preserving pre WW1 historic structures.
Stopped to log this find on the way home from the nearby series. Thanks again J & j.
Wasn't sure if CO hadn't got around to replacing the cache yet, and I actually passed over this once before trying again with just a bit more gusto! Signed fresh, dry log. TFTC
Removed cache today 8/8/15 to waterproof it. It will be back in action tomorrow 9am
On the way to Byford after a morning's caching with geodaughter. She was the one to make the find here. TFTC and bringing us to this historical structure!
Out caching with Geomum and stopped to get this on the way to fill up. One the fence hmmm which fence after a quick look I decided maybe t was on the old fence, so I did the crawl nope not there had another look on the outer fence and yep there it was.
Great cache in a lovely hidden area, deserves a favourite - TFTC Johnson and jhonson

A quick find, though the coords had me on the wrong side of the creek. Once crossed I looked in the obvious spot and voila - found. SL. Thanks to Johnson and Johnson for the cache
After dropping our geo-men off to do the Pranksters Devils series, Mrs iluvtrekking, JacobsCrew friend and I headed off to fill in time till we had to pick them up. Between the three of us, we completely circled the object, finding we were on the wrong side. Eventually narrowed the field but found that gz was about 8 mts out. However if you 'walk the plank' you will be in the vicinity. Thanks Johnson and Johnson
While the geo-men were chasing Devils, the girls headed off to find a few caches on the flat land. Found this one after walking around in circles and widening our search zone. Thanks for the cache Johnson and Johnson
An interesting place. The locals get a free private park that no one else knows about. Thanks for showing this to us.
Nice quick find. Beautiful spot at 9am with the sounds of birds, and the sound of the running water. Crossed the bridge before realizing I was on the wrong side. TFTC.

With a beautiful sunny day ahead of us, we headed out Byford way to find a few little treasures... We found a suitable spot to park & made our way to GZ with Master 2 It seems that we approached this cache from the wrong direction made our hunt for this one way harder than it should have been After unsuccessfully searching for a while we put out an SOS call & we soon realised that we were on the wrong side! The cache was then quickly spotted... If only the neighbouring dogs weren't going crazy, we would have approached from that side
Thanks for drawing this spot to our attention Johnson and Johnson... And TFTC [^] Clever hide!

Re-logging under new team name ONLINE ONLY (were formerly part of TheChatterboxes but the team had got too large). If CO is not ok with this please contact me. Thanks.
We were all so excited as this one was going to be our 200th find and our very first FTF. But......couldn't find it. Lovely little area watched over by two dalmatians.
When a new post is put up for the first time is the cache already out or are we too early? [?]

Kyzabra, firnsy and I were heading up the road a little to complete the Pranksters Devils series and I saw this new publication last night and thought it might still be up for grabs early today. We stopped here at 6.20am and searched by torchlight in the dark. There were some dogs barking at us as we were trying to be stealthy This was a quick find and a joint *FTF*. A neat wee construction here and thanks for the FTF prize. Kyzabra is going to be the guardian of it. TFTC Johnson and Johnson
Joint *FTF* at 6.10 am
Headed out today with Jinta29 & Firnsy to tackle the AP Devils series.
A nice early start and we hoped for a good run.
What better way to start the morning with a FTF.
We pulled up here and wandered in the dark to GZ, torches on a quick hunt and Jinta spotted the prize.
TFTH and thanks for the prize Johnson & Johnson.

Teamed up with Jinta29 and Kyzabra today, mainly to do Allied Pranksters Devils series, and some others as well. I didn't even know about this one, but Jinta29 and Kyzabra had the FTF in their sights and we were able to claim a joint *FTF* after Jinta29 made the grab. SL. Thanks for the hide Johnson and Johnson
