Charlotte was relieving at Brockville Kindergarten, so I went along for the ride, mainly to grab the new Sanda Street ones. Went for this one first because I had been stymied on my first attempt by a bunch of workers having smoko close to GZ.
Walked straight up to the site, and saw the box in reasonably clear view, so hid it a bit better under leaf litter and dead grass after signing the log.

It was a basic find alright! Gadget169 led us to this find, but after I tried and failed in the most intuitive spot, Hevic had a look. The height difference of a few inches was enough for her to see the cache where I couldn't. An easy one to kickstart our energy for the rest of the day, cheers!
A quick park and grab for the day. Bit of a detour on the way out for the night. TFTC
Out for a walk with two great nieces and a great nephew who are staying nearby. This is my introduction to caching for them and our third and final find.
Whoever replaced it had really long arms. I struggled to reach this. Put back with my shorter reach.
Found it. Had a muggle across the road in his garden, so not too sure if seen as he was a bit curious.

Not too long to find. Tftc

After finding the Skateboard Ramp cache muggled, headed for the next closest - thanks dobscon2!
Found at 10:42:00 a.m. on 5/09/2014.
Indeed it was - felt really exposed retrieving the container.

Thanks Bitsprayer.
Thanks Bitsprayer.
Felt like there could be eyes on us as there are a number of houses close by so we were pleased to make a quick find.

I had a silly wisdom tooth that was not behaving... and it needed to get pulled. So spur of the moment drove down to Dunedin to mum's house to go get it done there!
Woke up early to go and get some night time caching in with mum whilst I was still here. We both still needed a ton of night time finds for the geocaching licence series up in Auckland!!
Finally a find! It hadn't been a very successful morning, so was nice to make a find again...

This one was a bit harder than expected - we arrived in the early morning, so the light was possibly an issue, but quite a few places provided options to look for a hide. Discovered the container after a bit of looking - TFTC!!
Had to loiter a bit while a few muggles passed. Quick find. So many windows! TFTC
Quick find after having to abandon looking for the nearby A T.I.N.Y. Cache for the second time after arrival of a bus! Fortunately I heard it coming and was able to nonchalently stroll away. TFTC.
Congrats Woody104 don't worry I am one of those neighbors and saw you getting the cache from my bedroom about to go to bed

Felt a bit exposed as I had to use the head torch a bit, but homed in on it fairly quickly and signed and replaced without getting sprung by the neighbours
Happy to see another blank page for this area.
