As other cacher mentioned container is rusted. I was unable to extract the logbook - see my log for a pic.
A great walk up here to nab two caches along the track. There certainly were some great views along the way. Hmmmm.... it seems a government official lives at the top of this track as they have put warning signs at the bottom that the road is closed to the public and the "off-limits" public road is bituminised all the way to a single house. Took a little time searching but then stuck to basics and had it in our hands. TNLN. Cheers.
A short hike. With a great resting spot to sign the log and enjoy the view. TFTC.
Out with Trail06 to clear up a few caches.
After a heart starting walk up the hill the cache was quickly found.

Out for some morning exercise. What better way than a walk up a steep hill. Cache found in the first place I looked. Great views from up here.
Thanks for the cache Noises.

That's a steep walk and kinda glad we did it at night so we couldn't see how far we had to go.
Easy cache but the log is destroyed so couldn't sign it.

Found with NiciDanielle and Zoe the Geodog. Log is munted, didn't even attempt to take it out for fear of disintigration. TFTC
Attempting to get up to 1499 finds by the end of the day
Also the first time White Elf and I have used our new joint find name and date stamp
Fantastic view from here, thanks for bringing us up here

What a view! Testing out our new combined stamp. TFTC! Caching with CrackedChelle
A bit of a random night this evening, as I targeted the Deep Dark Ryobi Forest geocache after just recently acquiring the key TB. After that, it was just driving around with @gridge98 finding various caches around Hawthorndene and Blackwood. It was quite unexpected to see the many oldies in this area, and kept getting surprised by their years hidden away. A nice night with about 10 finds in the bank.
Following the oldie find just up (literally up) the road. This one took us a bit of finding actually before finally seeing the container. The logbook was quite wet and tattered. Thanks Noises.

Another noice view over the valley, parked at gz and after a short search the cache was in hand.
Out the davidwazza for the evening to just do some local caching around Hawthorndene and Blackwood. We didn't realise the amount of oldies in the area either. A great night with about 10 finds in the bank.

Adelaide trip March 2019. Day 9. I went out for a few caches not too far from where I was staying. I am sure I have driven up here in the past. No more, now it is a slog up the hill on foot. It is a nice view when you get there.
Thanks.

One of quite a few found while hunting traditionals in the Blackwood area.
Put my stamp on a little bit of the log at the top, seems the rest is way past it's use by date.

Found ...great views and i now have a new walking place. To top it off i saw a kangaroo hopping right past me on the walk down! The cache needs maintainance the log is screwed up and in broken pieces. I couldnt sign it today. Thank you for the cache
Enjoyed a huff and a puff and increased heart rate as we approached GZ but at least we were warm with all the cold weather of late, nice views and a quick find today TFTC
came in from the top. The gate was open so I only had to walk half the distance. Steep slope to walk back up to since I stopped by car at the start of the downward slope. easy find.
TFTC! A great view to sign this log. Steep walk up was well worth it. Cheers
**this is a late log** I have recently made a major upgrade to my GSAK license and found this lovely feature that automatically tells me what caches I have marked found in GSAK but never logged on geocaching.com!! Yay, Clyde, you can have my money anytime! The caches I am logging in this batch were ones I did in 2016. I cache with an assortment of cachers and never alone. In 2016 I cached with Moneydork, Ride the GeoWalrus, Locus Cacher, Liz & Bruce and Team Zouk. My log should match up with one of theirs. I enjoy every cache find I have made and do not for one second take for granted the effort going into each one, its just I'm very bad at logging my finds and I'm trying to improve. To improve I have to reduce the quality of my log and just get it over with -- for now. If I can form a good habit again I will return to my once more meaningful logging. Thanks heaps for hiding caches around South Australia that I could find!
Caching night tonight and while I almost didn't go after paddling 14km today from St Kilda [)] [xx(] my arm was twisted somewhat by the temptation of geocaching down south
I'm glad that I did go, though , as we had a full car tonight with RideTheGeoWalrus, SEMIK and of course the enthusiastic geocacher Moneydork
We took a deviated route to get south, via Blackwood, and had a lovely balmy evening with a pretty crescent moon sinking into the sea
Only 1 DNF and 6 finds was a better outcome than some nights for me
Being tired [)] after this morning didn't help me going uphill [xx(] so I sat and enjoyed the great view of the setting moon over the dark water and the twinkling lights from near this cache while the others continued upwards to find the higher cache.

Out for a night of caching with Moneydork, SEMK and locus cache. I was a little late to the party, having had a standing engagment, but I met up just in time for dinner. After that it was a tour of the few caches round Blackwood that I haven't found.
A slow and steady walk up the hill to this, and another cache further along. In addition to the fantastic view, we saw a very shy Koala, and a Kangaroo that was less than impressed with the bright torches. Thanks for a great experience at night.
This was find number 2 of 4 for the night for me. TFTC Noises!

Raven needed to be picked up from a school camp, so Owl took the opportunity to find a few caches in the area. It was a good excuse to start getting the fitness levels up to what passes as normal, but this was the first attempt at a serious hill since Owl injured her leg. Progress was slow, but satisfying. The seat at the top was handy and the cache reasonably readily found. But the view was fantastic and worth a favourite point in its own right!
After being crook for over a week it was time to finally go and grab a few caches.
Short walk. Yes. But it was all uphill. Having said that it was just what I needed to clear the lungs out.
Had to use the seat before I could even start to look for the cache. But it was a quick find. It looks like a previous cacher didn't make it back down? The views were great. Thanks Noises.

Thanks, turns out while my 4 year old is the right size to find the cache, he's not quite observant enough. Took ages!
Nice spot and great view.
Nice spot and great view.
A\I have walked this track before in search of a cache and the slog art the start was still a little tough. Nice views and a quick find were the rewards of the walk.

Certainly worth the wander up the track for the view!! Thanks Noises for the hide!
First for the day and it's always good to start with a find .
Nothing like a steep climb at the start of the day to get the blood pumping .
Looked around several places before checking the obvious - doh !
TNLNSL.

What a very steep track. Well worth the effort for the beautiful view at the top. Enjoying the sounds of many different birds too. Thanks for bringing me here. TFTC
I managed to walk right past this spot on the way up the hill to the other cache. But on the way down while checking the GPS I found that this one was here and it made for a nice rest spot! Arriving at GZ I checked the cache's hiding spot but didn't manage to see it. Maybe I need glasses? Anyway. I preceded to poke around all over the place before finally checking the first place I looked......And there was the cache. It kind of makes me think that there's a little gremlin following me around when I'm caching hiding them from me as I'm looking! Haha. TFTC!
Found It!
Quick find after the one a little further up the hill. Great views!

Found while passing through the area this morning. Enjoyed the views of the valley from a very impressive vantage point. Thanks for the cache Noises!
The climb up was hard work, but entirely worth it. Did this via Turners Ave. The views are amazing. TFTC.
Certainly nice views from here. Walked the dog all the way up, and was then disappointed there was no cache at the very top! Oh well, this one will suffice - thanks Ns.
Brilliant views today. I could see the curvature of the earth from here. And the noice new house below. I relaxed for a while at GZ and sucked up the marrow of Coro.
Thanks to Noises and clear skies from TeamAstro.

An enjoyable walk towards the cache. It is very peaceful spot to just sit & admire the view..

After dropping kids at school we slightly detoured here for a nice walk and view.
Took a minute to find as we thought, in a spot like this, we'd be looking for a cache substantially bigger. Oh well. We did refrain from searching the cairn with the cross on it though!
Logged whilst enjoying the view.
The cache others are speaking of is GCAAAB 'Valleyview' by Team Piggy. I took my lowered Fairmont up that hill when it was open. See my log...

Had a nice walk up the hill and took in the scenic views. Beaut location for cache. Continued on to have a look for ValleyView after this one. Thanks for the cache Noises!
Saw this one come up, and thought what a nice place for a view.

A bronze placing for Mr Tardis. I have driven along this road many moons ago, coming in from the other end. And that was to find a cache too.
Today I parked at the bottom and walked up to the cache. The view was splendid, I sat on the seat and relaxed for a few minutes.
I found the cache in the first place I looked - don't you just love it when that happens?
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache Noises.

Found after a visit to the GP.. He reckons I need more exercise and the walk up gave the old bloke a good workout. Checked the status of the cache on the way up, also to catch a bit of oxygen, and found there were no other logs. FTF for us, so passing our FTF coin through. I'm sure we drove up this track to another cache a number of years ago. Thanks for the cache and the walk, Noises.
