We found this cache but unfortunately it’s broken with only 1 straw and ball. There is no logbook. Hoping it can be fixed. Thanks for bringing us here.

26-Oct-21
With only one straw remaining this cache is well and truly ka-plunked. Love the idea though, it would be really fun with all the straws. Slug cache guardians are quite happy here. TFTC

17-Oct-21
Interesting container, left some goodies.

12-Sep-21
This would have been a fun game but it is well and truly ka-plunked now I think. Great idea for a cache!

Down this way today with Sean.75 and kenbryl doing a recon mission for a fishing spot. We took the opportunity to find some caches along the way. I'm Chief Navigator today so we detoured slightly and made our way to this one. tftc

06-Jun-21
Out this way with kenare and kenbryl for the day after being stuck at home. I think this would have been a great cache back in it`s day, but sadly time has taken it`s toll on the container. Tftc

06-Jun-21
Sean.75, kenare and I headed down this way for the day. Our plan was to check out a few fishing spots and find some caches along the way. We had a great day. tftc

22-Feb-20
Found with georocks101. There seem to be quite a few unique caches around Lara. This was a creative construction but beware of the 8 legged guardian. There is a very nice view of the You Yangs here too. Thanks Na'wal Smile

22-Feb-20
Found with JelenaGreenleaf. Massive huntsman inside! Nice views of the You Yangs from here. Tftc

Found on Thursday 30 May 2019 at 07:30:19

Was grabbing a new cache nearby en route to the office and decided to carry on with a couple of others nearby as im chasing large finds at the moment. Well designed cache, initially I thought one piece was missing but spotted it nearby on the ground and slid it back in place once I had finished. A bit of a workout for my fingers in the cold today!

Thanks Na'wal for placing this Large Traditional - this is find 1126 for BFMC

07-May-19
What a cool cache. A bit of working to get my prize. TFTC. A favourite point for this one.

An afternoon caching in the You Yangs was thwarted by a locked gate. We stopped to cook some lunch and admire the views and the headed out caching.
This was first on the list and we were all very impressed!
Added another favorite point for the concept, construction and fun.
Took nothing; left nothing.
Thanks for the cache Na'wal.

Out for a drive and a few caches with n0w0rries this afternoon. After a lovely lunch up at the Avalon views picnic ground on the side of Flinders Peak, we headed out for some high fav caches.
This was our fist stop and what a beauty it is. The game was played and I soon had the log in hand.
Signed and replaced. Took the traveller from under the base.
Thanks for a great cache Na'wal.

Had to stop to have a look at this cache, and was able to make the quick find in the blistering heat. What a special cache, in a very picturesque location with the You Yangs right behind us. TFTC

31-Jan-19
Just waiting for my Muggle Fisher Hubbys Flight to come in from Sydney but it was delayed so perfect opportunity to find some Caches. Nice easy find took longer to get to the log book than actually find the cache but what a fun cache. Watch out for the prickles though. Dropped a trackable in the base. TFTC

28-Jan-19
You put so much effort into your caches! Yet another fantastic one out this way. Enjoyed playing the game. I had never heard of this game before. Tftc

Quick find after the lunch event and before the dinner event. The cache is now in the open as there has been some serious clearing and I think the bush might actually be dead.... TFTC Na'wal

08-Dec-18
An easy find between the Christmas meets!

Although the the cache guardian (the really freaking huge cache guardian) within the game was most displeased when we returned the balls and the cache to their position...

08-Dec-18
Quick easy find after the christmas meet. We had fun doing this little puzzle. I don't think the big cache guardian thought it was fun.. oh well poor thing. Bush has been trimed and cache is out in the open now.
Thanks for the cache Na'wal

'Twas too great an afternoon Not to take the long way home. Had hoped to attack three large containers out in the area but my chosen mode of transport [(motorised two wheels)](https://www.geocaching.com/track/details.aspx?id=5740675) precluded any serious attempt on the first two. In the end, and after some afternoon tea nearby, this one was selected to do before heading home.

On intial sighting of the hide I thought I had yet again chosen the wrong cache to attempt. On closer inspection of the cache type and description I was soon reassured I was properly equipped for this one. Soon enough I was signing the log and on my way.

Out for a drive in the Brisbane Ranges, we followed the trail from Bacchus Marsh to find some large caches towards a challenge. It started off being easy, but as we progressed the road became tricky, still we persevered.
This was an extra one on the way home.
What fun to play. Great construction. A favourite point. Thanks Na’wal

Well we headed from Melbourne with a plan to do some Geelong region caching. We had made an offline list of the Geelong area and Mrs P was consulting the list on the way down and this had one of the highest fave points in the area and with an interesting name - so we had to get off the highway and check it out!

We were certainly not disappointed. The kids and adults really enjoyed this one.

Great construction with a very fun theme! These types of caches keep us in the game! Just awesome, and of course a fav point from us five.

Thanks for keeping it fun Na'wal!

While picking up the question mark puzzles grabbed a bunch of the nearby traditionals. Loved this build. Fantastic. TFTC

18-Feb-18
Having solves a bunch of puzzles in this area last winter, and then seeing that one series might get archived, we (Trailstevo and I) headed across town tonight to make some finds. Hopefully someone local will pick up the series that might be archives, unfortunately I like to far to be able to consider maintain them. An amazing array of puzzles which have really helped me learn more about solving them, and this puts me a big step closer to 500 puzzle caches found (total) which I want to achieve by the end of this year. Between the puzzles we collected a few driveby traditional, some really great ones of those too, and feared we may get a visit from the prison warden whilst we lingered around not too far away. All was good. Thanks for the fun evening, Na’wal, TR!, WESPRO, Llangollen, Darth Briji, Sims family, suss vulture and big effort form all of you, looking forward to getting back to Lara for some more. TFTC A great cache idea, well done

A glorious day caching out west with BoatieTim.
Oh wow! Great work. Loved this cache. A fav point for sure!
Thankyou Na'wal for placing this cache here for us to find.

20-Oct-17
I had wanted to tackle the nearby Zoo series for a while primarily because I thought it would be a great excuse for a very long walk whilst trying for twenty-five caches in a day. The fact that a letterbox and a large cache had popped up in close proximity to the series transformed the want into a concrete plan of action.
Althogh I had never played Ka-plunk as a child I had seen the ads and was familiar with the concept. This cache didn't disappoint. Well conceived and an appreciated repurposing of what I think is a bit of old sporting equipment pushed the table top concept into the great outdoors.
Although the cache was sitting on top, after playing the game i.e. letting out the filler to gain access to the container I made sure to make it a little more challenging for the next finder. Oh, as with all caches placed in or near natural camo, cacher love has made sure that thorns are no longer a problem Smile

**1500 finds !!!! Very Happy**

I had been saving this cache up for this milestone as it looked and sounded cool....and i wasn't disappointed!

We ventured out here this morning for the sole purpose of celebrating my 1500th find. A really interesting cache and a nice play on the original game. It was so simply built but awesomely executed!

It's taken a while to get to 1500....with a wife that's not too interested, work and now a little one. But I do enjoy getting out when i can. Geocaching has taken us to some pretty great places in our travels. It kept us busy on our move from sydney to darwin, then darwin to melbourne, and helped us explore large parts of victoria.

This was a fantastic cache that i really enjoyed. Thanks Nawal for your effort here and great idea, and for letting celebrate this milestone with your cache. Well deserved fav point and TFTC!

We came to Geelong to do the AB4C series, finding half on the Sunday arvo. After checking out of the CP on Monday we found a few close by before continuing on the AB4C series. After finishing that series we spent the afternoon in Torquay/Jan Juc and then headed back to Geelong and then home finding a last few caches on the way home. This was next on our list, being a highly favourited cache in the area. Haha, what a great cache!! Loved it!!! Log book retrieved and logged - fave point to add to the tally! Smile
