We were about to give up when we found a little pencil so we dug around a bit more and geoMr found the container.
Log was unsignable so we put a new bit of paper and a new zip lock bag in.

Road trip to Esperance, by passing some friends and family along the way. Have a hole week off to enjoy time away from work and all the stress. Picking up caches along the way. Tftc sl tnln.
Thanks for the find. Found it easily. The notepad was wet but it could still be written on.
TFTC good hide easy for the kids. You might want to bring something for your hands cause they will get dirty.
Found it but could not sign the log as it was soggy, can provide photo proof if CO wants, TFTC.
Beautiful day and out in the gardens of WA's first farm was a great way to spend it. And a geocache as well, too good! Cache was a bit damp but I flapped it in the sun for awhile and it went back in fairly dry. If I can remember I will take a new bag and see if that helps.
Found the cache. Perfect idea but wasn't in a good way. Did my best to secure it but... Hmm will need some maintenance. Great location!
Not sure why everyone else found this so easily, looked for a decent 15muns with no luck
Our first day in Albany. Woke up to changeable weather, sometime sunny, sometimes pissing down rain - felt right at home!
Bettyboo3747 and I started with getting supplies in (then ate most of them!). We then cached a bit after an early lunch. Just a few local caches.
We were here during visiting hours, unfortunately the place is closed for maintenance!
We walked in anyway and found the cache. There didn't seem to be anyone around.
An interesting house, hopefully next time we can have a look inside.
Thanks, Robmc.

#12465. Day 1 of our WA holiday. After such a late arrival in town last night after a damned early start we took a while to get going today. After hitting the supermarket for supplies we finally headed out for a couple of local caches by foot and then into the chariot for a few more around the traps. Not an altogther successful day however.
I love historic caches and we noticed that our friends maccamob had found this one yesterday so we put it on our "must do" list and were pleased to find that it was not far from where we are staying. Because the farm was closed we parked at the entrance and walked in, across the creek, and up towards the old farm. What a lovely building that looks like it grew and grew to accommodate the large family. The daffodils are flowering in all their yellow glory at the front and it certainly was picturesque today.
Found the cache easily enough and added our names to the log.
Thanks Walkers19

Found by Mary & David at 1615. We were excited about this cache before we arrived after reading the cache notes, so a FP awarded. Loved the old buildings (which apparently are opening again next week).Stunning gardens too. A pity about the wet, wintry weather though. Our thanks to Walkers19.
Found it with three geo kids. Pic from exploring tge furst farm not of the geocache. Great hunt thanks
Hi Walkers19 & bigontrust I found your The First Farm. It is a brilliant hide [^]! SL TFTH.
Quick find thanks to the 'hint' which I normally prefer not to use. Very cheeky. We'll done and TFTC
Had to have patience this am when trying to find this elusive to us cache due to the muggle visitors. Not able to find cache even using the hint!
TFTC Walkers 19 and we hope we may find your cache one day??

I made sure to stop by the farm on me bike ride today, to harvest this cache
A few muggles were hanging around, but interested in other things than me and me bicycle admiring the plaque among the trees
But where is that pesky cache hiding !!
I had stood there peeking and poking for a good 5 minutes before me size 9 boot trod on something [:o]
Something was the very neat cache container [^]
With the logbook signed I wandered around the crops for a while

Went out for our first cache of the year and decided to give this a go for our first find of 2016
We needed the hint. Unfortunately the farm house was closed for maintenance. We will take a better look around next time we are in Albany. Holiday freaks.
Grey nomading and caching our way up the middle, across the top, down to Perth and home to Adelaide for Xmas. Thought we were going to muggled out at this one but everyone was looking at the Bride and Groom. T.F.T.C.
I've always loved the Old Farm. Fond memories of afternoon tea and scones! Lovely gardens. TFTC
