Great hiding spot!

I drove out from Ringwood (I know, its not that far ) to get this cache because it fills a gap in my Jasmer/Ausmer calendar. Thanks for the hide and for maintaining it, littlemerpip!

The weather was lovely, Redcb is a great caching companion, and the hint had us finding the container quickly. We enjoyed our time gathering this set of caches in the park.Thanks for adding to the game, littlemerpip.

Crustyvarmint and I were having a great day...such perfect weather, it was terrific to be out caching. Crusty was quick to spy this one so with it signed and carefully replaced we continued our walk through this lovely area. Thanks for the cache littlemerpip.

What a great walking and bike track they have put in here. Lovely location with lots of nature to watch as you go by. The cache was in a great spot and the log has been stamped with my name in it. TFTC

We decided to come to Melbourne for a shopping trip tomorrow and I thought we would find a few caches in some new LGA's on the way. Finding the cache was one thing and getting a logout was another. We eventually had the cache in hand and logging duties done.

The area has a lot of works and going on with barricades but the cache is still accessible if you approach from the right direction. Log book was a little damp. Replaced the broken zip lock with a fresh one.

I was in the area today grabbing another cache and when I saw that this one was only a short detour away I got that thought that all geocachers get...*Well how about one more!*So I hopped back in the geomobile and made my way over to the nearest spot where I could park the geomobile. Once I parked, I then continued on foot. It was a lovely little walk over to GZ today and with the sun shinning the walk over was quite enjoyable.Once I arrived at GZ it was then a nice quick search before the cache was in hand and the logbook signed.A big thanks goes to [littlemerpip](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=aceff4b9-36af-44db-b4ad-af75a29f4c46&wid=9385c843-f115-446d-87bf-6c0a72915641&ds=2) for all the fun today. TFTC. Nice stroll to get this fairly easy find. Our second find on this gloriously sunny afternoon. The snake sign always makes me a little nervous with the geokids, but no Joe Blake's spotted.

Last day of the year, and on this not-a-caching-trip I suddenly have a car and three hours in which to find nine caches to make my tally for the year 3000.

I’ve walked on from Pippin, and was confronted by the “regeneration “ sign, but the cache isn’t in this area so don’t be put off. At the listed coordinates I found evidence of a vanilla essence party, but no cache. I spread out, then gave up, and then found the cache discarded in the open some distance away. It doesn’t look like any contents have been lost. I’ve returned it to where I think it belongs and will notify the CO.

No snakes seen, just a noisy kookaburra.

Another cute cat. Mine are both rescues too; they make the best pets.

Well, that was a tricky extraction! I was confident I had the correct location, but where was it? I used something handy nearby to aid me and bingo! It WAS there.

Fifth find of the day, a bit later than I'd expected due to an unexpected side trip that meant restarting this afternoon's walk, making it an evening one.

After four klicks to get from one side of the freeway near Elgar Rd to the other, it was down the trail getting further from where I started, for a few more searches.

Second moggy related cache, and bang on coordinates meant another quick find.

Found pretty easily. Didn’t bring a pen so signed with a stick and some dirt.

Today we found Merry - The cats of littlemerpip #2 on our travels. We were led a merry old dance by our devices. Cache was found when we ignored them!

With plenty of time headed west this morning to find a cache and came upon this nice area. The constant sound of freeway traffic here sounds a bit like a waterfall. I like cats have a Burmese.

Merry is an absolute cutie. She sounds like a lot of fun too.

It is a hot day today, but with the kids back at school tomorrow we felt like we needed to get out and do something. We haven’t been to this park so we had a nice little walk around to pick up a couple of caches. The bridges and wetlands are fantastic. We will have to come back another day and have left some caches for when we do.

Traveled out East to attend BernieH's event, and left a bit earlier to miss some traffic (didn't work!)
Completed a small grouping of caches on the deadly treadly near the freeway.
Took the long way around to this cache as there were muggles resting on the seat when I arrived.
Disturbed a lizard in the hide.

We navigated to the wrong place at first because of poor GPS signal with all the trees. After a while we realized we were a little off and found the GZ. Had to break away a lot of cobwebs to retrieve this cache. Nice work. TFTC
