Am no longer in the area to look after this cache so unfortunately am archiving it. Many thanks for all those who have found it and have given it a favourite. We hope you really enjoyed discovering the cache and it's contents.
Great to see an Ammo! Had to drop a TB. A very nicely put together cache. Will give it a FP. Thanks for placing it
A very sweet and family friendly cache well tucked away from nosey muggles. TFTC
Pretty tricky to get to, got a few scratches, but found it in the end. Loved the log book and the bear
Great cross bush escapade. No muggles looking. Not seen from road!! Bear hugs all around
Collected during a trip to Woodburn Reserve
Found from the wrong side of the fence because I approached from that direction Geez there must be a couple of bazooka rounds in an ammo can of that size! No just a well themed soft toy Couldn't help but be impressed All perfectly dry in here
Well worth a favourite award. Thanks SAROC

Well worth a favourite award. Thanks SAROC
This is one of the best caches! A bit of bush wacking needed to retrieve but well worth it! Picked up two trackables with @peadub and we'll move them along. Signed log and replaced where found. TFTC.
Ha! What a beauty! FP from me. Came in the hard way, cache all signed, in good order. Took a better route out. Tftc!
I now know where to bring the grandchildren this was a cracker thanks Mrs SAROC may as well have another favorite TFTC
Apologies for the extremely late log but the lockdown interrupted things and I never quite got into the swing of logging after, never mind catching up but I am trying to do so before the year ends.
Found with aeshna_UK on a drive around the area. Loved the contents of the cache: FP awarded!

Nice to be out and about on a beautiful sunny day. I approached from two different sides before just bashing in to find the cache. Fantastic! Nicely done. TFTC
Took a few minutes but eventually found it. One of the largest caches I have found.
Great cache, definitely one to bring the kids to. I added to the swag. We have an affinity with Paddington Station as we lived near there and often had breakfast at the cafe in our courting days! TFTC
Arrived at GZ and spent ages looking as my GPS wouldn't settle... And so I made the find after resorting to my geo senses. Cool cache! I can see why the kids would love this one! A favorite point from me! So the log book has been signed and the cache is nicely back in it's spot all ready for the next hunter. Thanks heaps for taking the time to set up this cache. I really appreciate your efforts in doing so. TFTC!
Dropped by the cache this afternoon. Everything in excellent condition. Paddington awaits your visit
Took my 4 year old caching for the first time so was focused on finding some kid friendly larger ones. This was our first and he loved it. He chose the magnifying glass swag item and then used this when hunting the others. Great cache, nice and dry. SL TFTC
Took longer to find then it should have as I was getting used to the updated geocaching app. Great cache! TFTC
I had fun looking, and would have loved to take the Paddington with me! Mrs JY said I couldn't I was allowed to make a swap and take a traceable instead TFTC
A not so quick find in a great location. Made some swaps and took a trackable. TFTC
Well i got a text from Rattll and Mar1sa on Monday night asking if I wanted to go on a road trip to get highest favourite point caches, I said I would be a starter as Mr Watcache would be away so why not and I needed to get the 500 points for cache carnival. Mar1sa being so organised sent us all a list of caches we were going to try and get if we got all of those we would come home with 650 points she is so organized. Saturday came along up at 5,30am picked up at 7am sharp, then off to Sanson to pick up Rattll there onto the main drag to get our first cache a few k's to go to even start caching. great conversation was had then we met trignz at the first cache and we all stayed together using the team name as (WaRMT) it has all the first letter of our cache names in it with an extra a to form it. There were such great caches we got today and this was one of them no wonder they have high favorites we went all over Wellington up hills down hills down same roads many times did some long bush walks again up and down hill went through a lot of cemetery's ya always think of Wellington as up and down hill small tight streets but it opened my eyes to some great parks and walkways but the parking was always a challenge. Thank you for placing this cache for us all to enjoy gets a favorite point from us. we took nothing left nothing but we did sign the log WaRMT. once we had all the caches we had on the list we got the odd extra few caches always a bonus getting more than you planned for. we were Lucky enough to stop for lunch around 4pm but we did stop twice for coffee drinks and supplies to keep our energy levels up. about 7pm it was time to head for home Mar1sa was driving the whole day and did an amazing job we all had turns at navigator we finally got home at 9pm ready for a rest cuppa and bed. an amazing road trip and I think we are all still speaking to each other. again thank you for the cache gets a favorite point from us. picked up nothing dropped off nothing and signed the log we placed the cache back exactly where we found it. so cute well done
we were a mixed team today and needed a name so signed as WARM T which covered Watcache, Rattll, TwigNz and Mar1sa.
we managed to find some really neat caches and tick off some good puzzles.
up at 5.40 am and home at 9pm and now some logging to do.
thanks for the great cache

Mar1sa and I hatched a plan during the week for a day trip to Wellington, chasing high favourite point caches to collect points for the latest souvenir challenge. We asked Mrs Watcache if she'd like to join us and later Twignz was added to the team as well. Although I'm more of a coffee drinker, we couldn't make that work with our initials so eventually decided to sign the logs as "WaRM T" to save on time and space on the logs.
With this many fav. points, I had an idea what we would be looking for, and wasn't disappointed.
It was nice and quiet at GZ this morning so we were able to go about our business un disturbed.
I dropped off a TB here, and left a pet rock - a turtle.
Thanks for setting this up Mrs SAROC. Paddington bear was always a childhood favourite

They say that you can't beat Wellington on a good day, and today has to have been one of the very best I've experienced for a long time. No wind at all, the Tasman sea almost like a mill pond on the drive down. In short, stunning!
In fact it was a perfect day to get invited along to spend some time with Watcache, Rattll and Mar1sa on a hunt for some highly favourited caches to hopefully get all the points required to complete the Cache Carnival event. A day that would see us having plenty of laughs, some surprises, lots of walking including a fair bit of vertical ascending (this was Wellington after all), a few wrong turns (I blame the navigator lol!) but most of all good company and shared success. For the sake of easy logging, our collective team caching name was WaRM-T, and this was what was recorded when signing all logbooks.
I hadn't driven up this particular road since it was actually being built almost 20 years ago. So much has changed since my wife and I used to walk our dogs around here. Having parked up near to GZ, I had barely started to look around before I heard "found it" from Watcache who did a great job of signing the log on behalf of us all, and placing a couple of trackables before putting everything back as found.
Thanks for the nice big cache, and helping us have a memorable day.

7976. Had some spare time this morning, and it was my birthday, so I went off geocaching by myself! This was cache find number six of eight finds, in an area I have never been in before! Loved the large container. Dropped off a travel bug. Thanks for the cache. Rodney.
Doing some work nearby, and decided today was the day to look for this one. Did a couple of laps of the location before I spotted what I was looking for. Not sure how I missed it really. Feel a bit sorry for poor ol' squashed Paddington, but otherwise all safe and dry. TFTC.
Very good cache well hidden. The bushes have definitely grown a few meters. And it is still in good condition one of my favourite caches
Took longer than it should as originally we skirted around the fringes rather than going straight in. For some reason the lid of the awesome main container was undone but the cache was nice a dry. A large spider had taken up residence so we evicted him as otherwise he would probably end up squashed. Ended up being what we expected and agree with the log book looking good.
Quite a bit of housing going up around here so might be more susceptible to muggles in the future.

What a fabulous cache. We saw all the favourite points and the general area so were keen to go for the views and to see why the cache was special. SoBad found the cache but saved opening it until Mrs S joined him from the other side. Duh...of course...but still unexpected. We dropped 2 trackables and add a favourite point.
Thanks for the extra effort made here.

Out and about on a rare summer sunny day. This was one of a dozen or so caches found today.
Visited here with the boywonder, with a z. What fun.
This is a 'real' cache. After all the mint tins and micros of late I was delighted to encounter one of the original true blue genuine cache containers. Capped off by the themed contents within. Thanks - and I give this a fave point.
Cache all in order; log signed, then safely re-hidden just as found.
I was surprised to see that no one had visited here since December. Mmmmm....., its not that far off the main track!

The Turtle strikes again!

A bit harder than it needed to be thanks to be bull headedly charging off in the wrong direction, but quick
find once on the right track. Let Paddington out for a breath of fresh air and grabbed a trackable to continue its journey. Cache in great condition and bone dry, even after all the recent rain. Tftc!!

[What a great cache!] I think Paddington was glad to be able to stretch his legs for a bit.
An almost instant find with TregearP. Excellent - nicely done.
All in good condition although no Trackable in the cache?

Definitely a Fav from me to add to the haul, once again a very cool themed cache and really appreciate the effort and up keep. An easy park and grab of a pretty dull day. TFTC
We had to find a cache that meet the challenge requirements and our first thought was to look for a Saroc one. Once again this is very well theme and didn't disappoint us, unlike the Wellington weather for a challenge weekend. Quick easy find in a area we have never been to before.
I was looking for an easy quick cache for a dot late at night (after the Le Tour's final stage (recorded)) so here I was in John Bing Pl looking down at my GPSr and looking to where it was pointing .... was this going to be as easy as I had hoped??? Making my way toward the GZ I mumbled something about hating Corylines but found it nice and dry unde them and a great container to open up to find completely dry.TFTC
A quick find - I was a bit startled to come across such a big cache. I love the bear and the log book. Worth a FP. My first visit to this area. Grabbed the TB. Thanks for a great cache.
We nearly didn't stop for this as it's getting late and we still have 3 solved puzzles to find. So glad we did though an absolutely fantastic cache. A favourite of ours. Thanks for your efforts. picked up two TBs
Visited again to drop five TBs, three which want to travel NZ, the remaining two kiwis would like to go overseas. Cache is all in order.
Found with Wicm like he said. Loved the logbook, so much effort was put into it. TFTC.
Stopped by to see what all the fuss is about. 1Octember (Miss Wicm Jnr) loved it. A lot of effort gone into the log book! Nice tidy and clearly well maintained cache. TFTC.
Tftc took travel bug

#1209 Second for November 2015
Had the most wonderful start to the day. Day began at 0450 with a high pitched chirp which meant it was time to get up and turn the telly on. Not a typical Sunday morning, but it isn't every day the All Blacks play the Wallabies in the wee early hours. Great physical start to the game that and a wonderful half time score that said "Aussie - you need to play catch up".
Second half began with a hiss and a roar, and then OH NO - we saw Yellow! Another 14 points to Skippy and closed the gap to 4. Wasn't long before that I was beginning to feel confident of a likely win, but it was back to edge of the seat once more!
The boys pulled through, slipped a droppie and a couple more trys and yippee - the All Blacks retain the coveted title of World Champion. Great work team - take a week off then start working toward 2019. Would it be great to be the first team to win three in a row. Or four even.....
Had stopped in to see CO earlier in the day and decided to check out this cache while on a short jaunt with wb-Jnr.
Really nice cache. This gets a Favourite point from me.

Dropped by the cache this afternoon to give it a maintenance check. Can report its in excellent condition.
Walked up from Tawa central area as I had been at a meeting in the area, a bit of a hike but well worth it for such a good cache, especially when it gets me two souvenirs, one for International Geocaching Day and one for a cache with more than 10 favorites and I will be adding a favorite point too.
Was watching the rain in the distance hoping I wasn't going to get too wet but there were only a few small drops now and again.
Trackables in the cache were a Las Vegas one, I didn't take it and neglected to record the tracking number for discovery, and the Monte Wau Wau one which I grabbed.
As I emerged after returning the cache a muggle was walking along the other side of the road, I couldn't have seen him from GZ - he gave me a strange look but all I could do was carry on my way as if I was doing nothing unusual - he probably guessed wrongly what I might have been doing lol.
It didn't cross my mind until I headed back the appropriateness of the fact I was catching the train and as it happened not long before 4:50 p.m. If I had been able to leave from Takapu Road instead of Linden it would have been about 4:49 p.m!

Great cache, pattismith jr was most impressed, as was I with the container - a first for me. TFTC, dropped two TBs.
#118 Second for the day on school hols. Wow! First we've seen if this type, very well put together...Geokid loved it. TFTC
Found for Road Trip '15. Had a job to do in Tawa so decided I'd do this afterwards. Forgot my Garmin but the mobile coped admirably. It wasn't the object I predicted, but far better. I so wanted to keep it! Top quality cache, and well worth another favourite. Thanks.
Nice quick find, with spot-on coordinates. Always enjoy a good SAROC cache, and pleasantly surprised to find I had assumed INCORRECTLY what we would find! - Good fun, nicely done!

I was expecting something special but there were still a few surprises in store. I hope to find a few more caches over coming months that have a similar outer container.
Our favourite cache by far! Love it! Picked up TB and left TB.
