Qualified a while back in anticipation of coming up north. Really enjoyed finding this cache. We searched for a while where we thought it would be and then I took a step back to get some perspective...and bingo! Jobs a goodin'! Thanks for the cache! Smile

Well this was an challenge and a half. Trust me to pick a really long username. Thought I was one short but I signed the log anyway. Now that I'm logging it I see I had actually got the last one a week ago. This cache was a challenge to get. I had only got cheap runners on and they were no use for this terrain. Well I was struggling to get a puzzle cache for my final souvenir of the Road Trip and stumbled across this one. I had a quick tally up in work yesterday morning and as luck would have it I was just three caches short of completing it.

Roll on yesterday evening and I found the three necessary caches to complete the puzzle.

Tonight I went off to hunt for the cache. I had my mate FraserW007 tagging along who unfortunately is a premium member and only has 5 finds to his name so he was unable to log the cache.

In typical fashion the rain started as we set off from the parking area. Found the tree quickly enough and set about finding the container. Had a look at the hint picture and set about climbing the tree for a look, well with the combination of wet tree and non appropriate footwear I managed to fall out of the tree, much to FraserW007's delight as all I could hear was his laughing as I regained my footing on ground level.

Luckily no injuries occurred so I had another study of the picture and then realised I was on the wrong side of the tree. Right side located and a very cautious climb this time had the cache in hand and signed with little difficulty.
