SPOILER: surprised latest cachers didn't find this . we left cache in hollow by my feet...
Looked everywhere but couldn't find it, possibly taken by a muggle or been swept away in recent bad weather!!!
After finding a few caches from Carbis Bay to St Ives, we decided to walk further along the coast path to Clodgy Point. We didn't have details for the caches along this part of the route but on our way back to St Ives we met another cacher who said there was one on the point that he hadn't managed to find. We walked up to the rocks and sitting there on the grass at the base of the rock was an obvious cache container ( matching the photos in this gallery) no searching required at all! We signed the log and as we didn't know where it should be hidden we simply put it close to where we found it at the base of rock in a small hollow hidden by clump of grass at N50 12.996 W 005 29.342 in the hope that someone who knows where it should be, can replace it correctly.
An unfortunate DNF for us today - we clambered all over what I'm pretty sure was GZ but there was a lot of broken glass. Not sure if this has been muggled.
Spent a while looking for this one. GPS took us to the spot but a DNF for us
On a day out in St. Ives and the Clodgy Point series looked like a nice walk. Not disappointed.
Really searched the area and GPS kept taking me to a very likely place. Climbed up sure I had it but couldn't be found. Will try another day.

Had a good clamber around the rocks where the gpsr took us but could not find. Lucky to see seal playing in the bay below. tftc
Decided to do this set of caches today whilst in St Ives. Pretty miserable day but great trail and walk!
TFTC!

Grrrr! Searched and clambered and scrambled to no avail. Tried an obvious spot that matched hint but nothing there. Lovely to see the seals in the bay below though
Saw this one as approached, so quick and easy. Did this series in reverse so this was our first. Amused by watching the novice surfers having a lesson. Then sat a while and enjoyed our giant pasties which we had bought from Pengenna Pasties, having seen them being made in the shop a little while before. TRULY the best pasties ever tasted and gee were they big! Recommend the Steak originals
The last cache in this series. I gathered two of the sets of points for the final mystery cache, and guessed the other points. This took me back to a coastal peninsular near the town. It was an interesting small cliff face full of rocks, but I couldn't find a cache. TFTC kernowducks.
