Logs
This cache has entirely disappeared, hide log, travel bug and all for the second time now. Different locations, different elaborate hides. Thanks for all the logs while they lasted. Time to move on and sk8 a new view.
While on visit to Gawler we cycled around for caches. This was just not to be today. Maybe next time.
**MISSING CACHE**
Hi, we recently went back to show our friends about geocoaching and we noticed the cache was missing from the area. We found other cachers and told them so I thought I might as well tell everyone else.

Happy new cache! Hope you enjoy Sk8 Views -WTD, take 2. This is a completely new cache in a slightly different location that showcases the same awesome park. We strongly suggest you avoid muggle prone times and ask you to return cache as found.
We are in the process of redesigning the cache hide for SK8 Views and anticipate having it active again before the July school holidays (ie end of June).
It has been reported that the cache, hide and all are gone - will search area thoroughly today.
This is one of those hides where you
look too hard. Sit back and relax at this
one. A great hide which should have been
easy but we made it hard for ourselves.
Had to laugh at ourselves when we did
eventually make the find...
Thanks M&Mob

Out on a driving lesson with MonkeysBehavingBadly. Grabbing caches on the way. Thanks for the hide.
Took us a while here. Were about to give up when Purple_Shark decided to read some past logs in order to find another clue when I looked down and there it was!
Was watching the father and son playing tennis today, good to just sit and watch and pick up another cache
On a quick caching trip before dinner we spied this one! I remember reading many stories in the local paper about how hard the young people especially in Gawler lobbied for this skate park and it looks great! TNLS SL and off we go. Thanks M&Mob.
TFTC. Easy to find, but I really liked the clever adaptation of the "natural" environment for the hide. Found it with geokid #2.
Took a bit of finding but yes good hide.
Left a thong key tag but didn't take anything.

**this is an old log found before the cache was archived. This is what I wrote on the day* Skippy dragged me up to the Gawler area for ingressing so I fired up the gc.com app to see what was nearby. Yay! An easy find for me while Skippy played in his imaginary world. Thanks M&Mob
Found it, but it has been muggle vandalised, it's hiding space has been dug up and the box emptied.
We have put it back to what we think it should be but it needs work

Found while at Theshattells event to Celebrate 1000 caches with Theshattells tftc
Took my daughter to the skate park here before taking her back to her mums house. Lovely spot and good camo! TFTC
We hoped to find a cache today to fill in a gap on our geocalendar. This was the closest unfound cache to our current digs in Gawler Belt. Looks like the cache was very busy being found yesterday by attendees at the nearby event.
Thanks for a clever hide M&Mob [^][^][^]

Found while attending the nearby event while being watched by the event crowd.

Stopped by to watch the skating, but not much happening on that front while I was there, found it with Harleyjohn2569, always nice to meet a new cacher, well new to me anyway.
Fav point for boldness and effort of the hide.

In the park to help a fellow cacher celebrate the 1000th milestone and this was nearby.
Seemed fitting to find a cache at a caching event

With the Event only 45m away this one got some action today!! Nice hide ... worthy of a favourite for the effort in creating this!!!
One of the many who found it today. Owl and Clare007 were getting completely conflicting instructions from attendees (what's this about a ladder?), but got there anyway!
no phone a friend needed today just stroll over and ask someone from todays nearby Event...
CP & I attended the nearby event and approached this one the long way around & then got confused.
My assumptions got me to believe I was looking for something else.
Nice camouflage, thanks for the cache M&Mob

Thought we'd start with a few local caches before heading up to the hills and into the Barossa .
We remember when this area was the adventure playground - before everyone buckled to the insurance companies demands and councils had to turn to boring playsets no-one wants to use . Those were the days . TNLNSL.
Thanks again M&Mob.

After a very pleasant nights stay in Gawler we were heading off to the Yorke Peninsula picking up caches along the way.
This one was very close to our accommodation so it was obviously the first for the day.
Even this early in the morning the skate park was being used, this time by an adult skate boarder, not something you see everyday,
The cache itself was a nice easy find as it's hidey hole had moved a little so we after signing the log we put it back how it should be.
Thanks for the cache.

Clonlea Park has long been a favourite place to take the kids, walk the dog or just go for a stroll. The addition of a skate park gives local kids something to do and there was no shortage of them here today! TNLNSL TFTC M&Mob
There were a few players. I didn't hang around. If I'd had skates.....
Thanks to M&Mob and clear skies from TeamAstro.

Had a quick look for this one a couple of days ago but there were tennis-playing muggles nearby and I moved on before making the find. Today we went back and although there were muggles in other places, the tennis courts weren't being used and we managed to make an unobserved find, sign and replace. TFTC
What a great hide. My children are keen to try the skate park. Took travel bug and left celtic coin.
Noticed that some new caches had been place close to home. I went and found this one today.
I was just about to head to bed when new caches were published......had to get the GPSr, update GSAK and then load the GPSr with the caches so it was a while before I even thought of leaving home.
A lovely evening and a nice walk for Brodie and I with no drizzle at all at this cache [^]
This park has some very special memories for me of a little boy who was a big part of my life for almost 2 years. Those memories came flooding back tonight as this was the last place that I saw him, when our circumstances changed. Thanks for making me smile
Another clever cache hide but this time Brodie and I found it immediately upon arriving at GZ!
Oh and Woohoo!! *FTF*
Now I need to work out where to hang these cute little FTF treasures so that they can be seen and enjoyed.
