Well it's Christmas day and our tradition is to grab a few caches, normally a little closer to home, but we decided to meet up down here in familiar territory for m4yb.
We met up with Me&b and Clan Wallace with Geohound Mac for this series.
We had left the others after a nice picnic nearby and came to this on the way home, I fear it has gone AWOL as I was with a previous finder, what a bummer for my only DNF for the day.

What a lovely stroll along the creek on a sunny spring day and to find the cache is a great bonus. Thanks
Headed out to Byford this afternoon for my daily caching fix. Ended up with a 100% strike rate in the short time I had.
Came around to this one after finding the nearby 'AP 138 - SS Kalimna'. Couple of dog walking muggles hanging around near GZ when I arrived so pretended to be on the phone for a bit. Once they left I began my search and eventually found it once I was on the right side of the creek.
JasoNad I found your cache at 4:40pm, this was the 2nd of 3 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 2161. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Left home at 5.30 am to drive to DD's in Mundi, planning to grab this cache on the way. However, when I got near there it was still dark! Had to sit in the GeoJazz and play a game on my phone while waiting for day break. When just enough light, I walked to GZ, looked around, and was glad that, unlike the previous finder, I did not have to attempt any creek crossing. Found, signed, replaced, TFTC JasoNad!
Had great fun finding this one in the dark, phone GPS had me in the middle of the creek then went flat so spent 15minutes jumping and hoping from one side to the next of a full creek in the dark. Finally found without getting wet and signed the log TFTC
Out to grab some take away for dinner and thought we'd stop off for a quick cache fix on the way. GPS took us astray for a bit but cache was soon found signed and tucked away. Thanks for the hide
Originally logged under family name of clan-wallace now slowly transitioning to new name
Came here a few months back to find cache, with no luck. Back in perth this weekend and see that it's been replaced! Found quickly! TFTC!
Thank you to the CO for replacing the cache. Found today in the new location.
Thanks JasoNad for the cache.
Thanks JasoNad for the cache.
Sneaked up on the owners of the cache while they were checking on it. It was missing so we will keep an eye on it and find it when it's up and running again.
I search what I assumed to be the correct object without any luck.
Thanks JasoNad for the cache.
Thanks JasoNad for the cache.
Second attempt at this one and still can find it, I will be back, but have a funny feeling it has gone walk abouts
TFTC! Had a few spare hours this afternoon and decided to come down to the Canning Dam. Had time to detour here. Thanks
After a dnf on the previous cache, we returned today with iluvtrekking to make a quick find in the new location. thanks JasoNad
Returned today with richlink, always happy to turn a frown upside down. Thanks JasoNad.
Good find tried both sides a few times each, my son succeeded the first two times at jumping the creek but failure was imminent, wet shoes. Memorable cache
Hubby found this one, I sat it out in the car with aircon blasting!!! Hot out there today
I was out and about on an early morning caching run and this one was on the list.
I approached this one from the wrong side and had to make the leap across . Luckily it wasn't too far
I'm looking forward to meeting other geocachers at WA GOES BIG IN 2015, in Busselton.
Registrations are now open - log your 'Will Attend' at GC5GR5X

I was heading home along Thomas Rd and saw this cluster of caches in the newer development here. I had a spare hour to kill, so decided to turn them into some smilies. I parked on a nearby street and de the short walk over to the nice little creek. Only took a few seconds before I had the cache in hand here. TFTC JasoNad
Found ourselves on the wrong side of the creek, so did a bit of back tracking.
Cache was safe and sound.
Many thanks

Checked the cache today and it looks like it has been muggled. We placed a new container in a different spot because the old spot got unfortunately badly damaged.

No luck for me here either. Looked in crevices where the hint suggested , it looks like a bit of a bush camp with a tarpaulin and remnants of a fire. TFTH and the walk anyway, JasoNad!
No joy for us, check crevices in tree but as this looks like a spot that kids play, don't think its going to last long.
A quick find here whilst out doing some caching in the area.
Thanks JasoNad for the cache.
Thanks JasoNad for the cache.
found it but it was on the floor just near the blue tarp so put it back in the tree where I think it would go.
Found it in a spot I swore I looked in 3 times previously... Very nice location next to the creek. As others have said, the cache does need a bit of mending or replacing. TFTC
Still off work and beautiful weather so I went for a little drive...nice and quick find here. The water is flowing nicely.
The container is broken but nothing a bit of duct tape cant fix, didnt have my caching bag with me to fix it.

Out for some bike riding with my family (jasenjanine) & we found this cache along the way... Thanks JasoNad
Took the kids for some bike riding around the bridle trails of Byford with hope of finding some caches along the way... This was our first stop & not a good start Continuing on the ride, we got close to this cache & found a fellow doing something close by? Not sure what, I think he was washing dishes... But after my kids run up & down & made a hell of a lot of noise he put all his things in a bag & jumped the creek and wandered off
From there I surprised myself with a quick find, but was left wondering how tall you must be TFTC JasoNad

Out today with geobuddy Mark, heading up to do the Kanadian Bash. Stopped by to grab this one on the way up. Found after a short search, and just about knocked myself senseless on a low hung branch too - still hurts. Thanks for the smiley though JasoNad
Out caching with Luna Maya today. This one took a bit of searching as there was a lot of possible hiding spots. I finally found this by feel not by seeing it TFTC jasoNad
