Started getting attacked by massive mosquitos do not go. We’ve been bitten everywhere!

Lots of trees and bushes cut down. May need to check if it has not been removed by workman...

Had trouble pin pointing GZ. Quite a few small trees have been cut down and are laying in heaped piles, possibly covering cache?? Would be great if CO could check.
Great view and geokid approved of the playground. So T4TC even if it was a DNF for us today.

Needed a larger cache to drop the TB in that I'd brought as far north towards its destination as I could .

I overthought and overlooked this one. Went back to where I started and found it.

Geocaching with geograndkidlet who was a bit put off by the height of the grass. So geohubby gamely went forward and finally found the cache which was in the open. So we returned it to where it should be. SL. TFTC.

Just forget the bush and focus on the hint about being on the ground. I found the moss covered shoe which was interesting. TFTC

Really large, terrifying spiders surrounding the cache... Also a lot of mozzies. Wouldn't have been able to do this if J0shuajames hadn't come to the rescue. Thanks for the cache, very nice view .

Did not think this either kid friendly or easy. The mosquitos and the random lizard/snake noises were not expected. Nor the confusing clues/find notes were unhelpful. I wish this had been easier.

thanks for the great cache themovs i enjoyed this cache even though it was raining it was weird cause their was a shoe with moss growing out of it their tftc tee hee.

Up for a visit from the Central Coast to attend the catch up event and thought we would grab a few caches,After a quick toilet stop at Mcdonalds we went looking for this cache and it is a pity it was still sprinkling with rain as my geodaughters would have liked to stop and have a play at the nearby park.We enjoyed the view even in the yucky weather.Found a shoe nearby the cache with moss growing on it.Thanks for the cache Themovs tnln sl

Another warm sunny day, so we headed out to pick up some caches in the Newcastle area.
With a good variety of hides, we were kept busy all day.
Cache was found quickly, and in good condition.

Had to bash through numerous shrubs, thorns, spikes, tall twigs and branches before getting to the cache.

If you find a shoe, then you should be in the GZ.

Found TB LSB7WX and The Badman Family card, TFTC Themovs

After fixing up some DNFs yesterday I thought I should have another go at this one. I got my son and headed out. He was enjoying the small playground While I went up the hill and searched. I was very happily surprised that I found it quite quickly and that I could see him playing at the same time. I took it back to show him and I signed the log and returned it, before playing a lot more and driving the boat around. I found it strange that the path makes a nice oval around the playground, but does not go anywhere, I guess that makes it a good racetrack.

We came down from the top road passing spiky shrubs. While the others searched under every small bush in the vicinity, I followed the GPS direction, scanned the area & spotted the cache. No sign of a small bush anywhere near it! SL TNLN TFTC Themovs

Found it! Hardest part was figuring out how to get there (I approached from the top of the hill). I strongly recommend wearing insect repellent and watch out for spiders. Brought TB through.

Nice park and a great view of the non stop coal and shipping industry around Newcastle.

Lived here all my life but never got around to see this particular view.

Lots of insects, flies and farmers friends as I descended from the top road, which was not a good idea in hindsight.

After finding the first, i headed past the school and entered from the south-west corner. I had to bushbash 12m via some spikey bushes but the cache was sitting there right in my face!

I spent way too long looking for this easy cache. I used the hint, I read the logs, I stopped using the hint, I gave up. Nice park though, I will have to come back with the family.

After todays Event I hitched a ride with wombatatcrows (and mr roo) to continue our caching run. This was the next stop. After a quick search the cache was spotted by mr roo. Signed, returned and moved on to the next one.

6480 Found with team Bob (grimraider, kittykatch ACtChill and DarzeeDi) on a trip up to Port Stephens. Had a great fun caching. Did two events. Met up with alot of lovely people and I even did a night cache.

A lovely view too. Got to this gz and the two others I was with chickened out as there were kids playing nearby. I just went straight in and made a quick find and was out of there TFTC
