TFTC!! Good spot. Very windy. Container has a lil crack and hole at the top but not in super bad shape. Cheers!
Travelling with iluvtrekking from our home state of WA on a SA caching foray. Staying in Aldinga for a few days and ranging from there to grab some finds. Scored another beautiful day after a couple of chilly ones. Love these country roads - our type of caching. Thanks for the hide LNCU
Travelling with richlink on our Annual Caravan Geocaching road trip, using geocaching as our guide. We're enjoying touring the open road today. Thanks for your cache. LNCU
Found with Usall just a little way from where we're staying. Such a special area.
After attending the nearby event, I tackled a couple of cachesThe wind was blowing today. Thanks for bringing me to a specky location.r30rush, I found The Way the Wind Blows today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.* * * * * * *SAs Leap Year Event - GCA1DNA - keep the date free - 29th February 2024. Keep looking up!
This pineapple is teaming up with locus cache for a very chockers and eventful day. Attending 2 events and 3 CITO's, with cache finding in between them all.
It was good to clean up lots of rubbish and clean out parts of my map as well.
After we wrapped up at the third and final CITO, we then went out for some high quality caches near Whites Valley and Pages Flat.
This is a nice spot for a cache.
We got to GZ and a quick find was made.
Unfortunately, a crack has appeared in the tube and the contents are damp.
I've added a new log book in a new plastic bag to temporarily keep this one going but will need a new container as it is only a matter of time before it gets wet again.
Thanks r30rush for this traditional cache, which brings Goldy's total find count to 3531 on the 1st of September 2023.
CITO's are a brilliant way to help keep our community area's clean. The Earth is our playing field and we need to protect it!
Always be sure to cache the "leave no trace" way!

Spent the day caching in the Willunga area. Forty caches for the day and the map is temporarily clear. Really enjoyed driving the back roads around the hills with scenic vantage points overlooking the Vale. It was blowing a gale up here today! Thanks for the cache e30rush!
Quick stop here today cache is all good
Today we headed down south the Vale and surrounds to collect some caches left in the area for a day out enjoying the weather on offer.

Mr Tardis was out on a southern Fleurieu explorer adventure motorbike ride. I stopped here to find this one, and found it in the first place I looked - don't you just love it when that happens?
Some lovely views from here, and some great riding on these back roads.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache r30rush.

Thanks r30rush for bringing me to this location and taking the time to hide and maintain this cache. I found the cache at 23:27:40. This was my Find 2 for today out of a Total number of 3 Finds and 0 DNF for for this Caching Outing. The cache was found in Good Condition and I signed the log and returned the cache as I found it.
This find brings my total number of Finds to 5287.
7 years of travelling Australia and yet we have never visited Normanville so we are here now to rectify that. Fabulous weather today so we headed to Willunga and Mclaren Vale, so much lovely scenery. Big day for us tackling more AdLabs and our first AR cache too!

It was a lovely day to be out and about collecting caches in & around Victor Harbor today with my daughter & kkrafterand son...it was time to venture home...we took the back roads and collected a smile on your cache...
As the previous finder mentioned there are 2 caches here...both have wet logbooks though I had a tank pen so was able to write in the logbook but the original is in a bad state of repair...
CO might want to check on this cache and give it some TLC...
Thanks anyway, r30rush, it was nice to turn my sad blue face into a smile today

So this was a fairly full-on solo geocaching day for me today, and I wanted to make the most of the terrific weather that had the right temperature, sun out and blue sky. The plan was to head south to tackle some of the power trails / series, and for the most part, that was achieved. My day started at Seaford, and then it was a run along the creek finding the *Real Aliens* series. I then diverted towards the ocean, to find a nemesis oldie and enjoy a run along Moana's cliffs. A selection of the *Cats and Dogs* series were detoured past, before a break at Aldinga's bakery. Next was the *Forty Winks* series, and then back towards the ocean to enjoy a few caches at Sellicks Beach. It was getting to late afternoon by the time I drove through Myponga, and targeted a few hiking geocaches around there, and back towards Sellicks Hill. By this time, it was dark, and so made my way home, having utilised this great weather as best as I could.
It was quite dark by the time that I arrived here, although there was still a nice orange layer in the sky's horizon. I did see two containers here, which initially had me confused. I had opened the old container first to see it cracked, and logbook mush inside. I next selected the right container, and that had moisture within the plastic bag too? Anyway, sounds like there are some issues with this one. Thanks r30rush for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
Based at Willunga house-sitting for a few weeks, our newest best friends SnappyTomCats came down to see us for the long weekend. How do we entertain them? Go find some caches? Still cold today but less chance of rain. We only had the morning to cache, so stayed closer to Willunga - The Hill looked like a good place to start.
Not too windy here today, great view, thanks r30rush

We are down this way for the long weekend to catch up with and spend some time with our great friends, Dunmowin. Our last day today before heading home. Yes it was rather windy here, but stunning views! Log was a bit damp TFTC
The hills up here sure are steep, if you drove off the road here there is nothing to stop you until you hit the bottom. SL TFTC
I am starting to clear out the area close to work and on my way home. A slight detour, and I was blowing in the wind.
I had to use alternative coords.

After staying the night with friends in Myponga I decided to come here to get this cache and another one close by on my way home. [^]
It was lovely this morning and I really enjoyed my drive.
I had been past here previously when the cache was missing so thought it was time I came back. [^] The last time I was here it was cold and the wind was blowing a gale, today it was mild with just a gentle breeze.
Headed to GZ and couldn't see anything and then looked at previous logs and when I used AnyMules updated coordinates I found the cache.
Was sure I made plenty of noise as there is lots of dry grass and hiding places for snakes, but thankfully none here today.
Thanks for the cache r30rush.

Out & about today collecting a few caches down South...got warmer than expected but we still had a pleasant day...
Reading the owners enabled log I was not really sure how far a few metres actually was...some updated co-ordinates might have been more helpful...anyway expanding the search area & still not locating the cache...I was not going any further as the next area to search was occupied...don't know what sort of snake it was but not going in to take a closer look...so a DNF today...might revisit when the weather is cooler...

Fortunately, the wind wasn't really blowing here today , but the heat and humidity made up for it .
Looked around for a long time, not really happy with the area we had to search , concerned about wriggly sticks making an appearance [xx(].
Read some logs and expanded our search area, but still no luck .
We'll have to keep watch to see if someone else finds it [8].
Thanks for getting us to stop for the views R30rush.

Came with AnyMules to try and get rid of a sad face on his map but we weren't successful. Had a good look at and around GZ but no luck for us today
After an unsuccessful visit back in October, I talked with some previous finders. Today I had the chance to come and look again. 20 minutes spent searching (at least it wasn't as windy today) and nothing to be seen. I think this one needs a checkup by the CO.
As per DNF log, this one may need a check by the CO as from what others tell me of the location (and the PAF we did when at GZ) this one appears to be missing.
Certainly windy here this evening. Only old tyres and empty bottles could be found. I'll have to come back another day for another look.

A great spot.
There was a guy in the field just below trying to do something to a sheep. The options were like help him walk, help her walk, help he give birth.... the list goes on. By the time the cache was cached he was walking away from the sheep. Go figure. Maybe he saw me?
Thanks to r30rush and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet!

Still day today but I could imagine it would get very windy! I recommend not wearing sandals! Tftc!
Im sure there are normally great views from here but the low cloud put a stop to that!! Cache quickly found!! Thanks for the hide!!
We found this cache on a fairly windy afternoon, and just one day before it's first birthday!
It took a while to find the container due to all the long grass, which also concealed many tripping hazards. Container in good condition, being watched over by the friendly sheep in the nearby paddock.
Thanks r30rush.
