Stopped for lunch today in Dorrigo. We had some excellent pies from the nearby bakery. Took a bit of searching but eventually found this cleverly disguised cache. Signed the new log and returned it discretely to it's hiding place. Tftc
I am going home from a stay at Port Macquarie and had stopped here for lunch when I saw there was a cache so I had a look and I saw from pictures and the hint it was a magnetic bolt cache and the were only 6 bolts at the location and none of them moved.
This was Dorrigo Day, as that was the area we concentrated on for caching with ilook4geo. This was one of the caches we found as we roamed the area. Each cache we found had its log signed with both names and was put back as it had been found before we moved on to continue the hunt. Thank you to groovydoo for adding to our caching fun for the day.
Enjoyed some caching around Dorrigo area with goingplaces2. Found a variety of caches and had some fun along the way. TFTC.
It's our last day in Dorrigo, so I spent an hour or so this afternoon checking out some of the caches in and around town.
Thanks for a quick find in this totally deserted parkland area groovydoo.

K_T_B and I were getting a little bit tipsy at the pub, and it wasn't even dark yet, so we decided on a walk before having tea. A walk along the creek seemed to be about perfect so off we trotted. This was the first spot visited, and without too much fuss the wee blighter yielded to our search in mere moments. There was no helicopter visiting today, which I would have to say is good news, to be fair. Cool little bit of local history though, very interesting.
Thanks for the fun groovydoo

Found on this fresh sunday morning. Each time we come to dorrigo its either freezing or mighty cold winds.
We escaped the drought and heat in Armidale for the green glory of Dorrigo today, with Scruffy the geodog and a little caching on the way.

Found 12/10/19 with JessYoung96. Had a good search and geogirlfriend eventually found it, wasn't expecting it to be this type as had only seen one of this type before. TFTC.
Found with theprodigalgoat on the 12/10/19

Have had Dorrigo on my "must do" list for quite some time and finally the planets and stars have aligned and we set off on a glorious winter's day. We picked this one up by walking across the oval from where we had parked. Nice hide, whenever a helicopter lands on the oval in South West Rocks it always attracts a crowd as well.
As it was cold and rainy my hopes that the usually busy area around GZ would be muggle-free turned out to be correct.
After a quick visit to the Bakery, my belly full of pie and a short drive the cache was soon in hand.

Windy day for flying but perfect for a quick cache and run. Team King and Queen Kerr
Staying around Dorrigo for a few days, camping and geocaching.
There just had to be 2 muggles standing right at GZ, it seemed like an eternity before they moved along.
The nicely camouflaged cache was located after a short search.
Thanks for the cache

We have been staying at the free camp in Thora with our caravan and using it as a base to cache around Bellingen and Dorrigo to as far as Ebor. Fabulous countryside and we have loved the creative hides. Thankyou groovydoo for placement of this cache and sharing this special spot with us.
Find #1806
We're here for the weekend, and planning on doing some of the Deer Vale, and lots of the Bald Hills trails, with as many stragglers in between. We had dinner at the Heritage Hotel, and decided on a few caches in the failing light afterwards.
Samuel dove right in and pulled this one out. Good coords, and a nice, sneaky container. TFTC

After a short search located. Thank you groovydoo for the chance to log this. Appreciated .
Searched for about 10 minutes basicly on top of the coordinance but couldn't find it.
After looking for about half an hour me and my brother reluctantly gave up our search for the cache I suspect that either we didn't look hard enough or it has been moved. Might be worth checking
After a pit stop in Dorrigo, we went for a few of the local caches, this being one of them. We passed the local ambulance station and waved to the paramedic there, but down at the helipad nobody was around. The cache was soon located, the log signed and we back on the road again.
