Ooh, nice cache! I always like it when i can turn a frown upside down. Thanks for replacing this one, i hope the chemo went well Today is my birthday so i am treating myself with a caching day. I have packed a few tasty goodies for the trip and i will just see where i end up as i go. TSS Get off your high horse is find number 4,114 for me. A fun micro sized traditional cache I enjoyed finding as one of my caching adventures in Melton City. I am logging this one on Monday 7 Oct 2024 at 4:03 pm and the weather is Overcast Clouds 11C 84% 4 m/s . Thanks for placing this cache for the rest of us to enjoy sorceysal.*Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
We actually found this one as we were pulling up. It was just hanging there horsin around. Grateful for these quick finds! TFTC. H&C
I lied in my last log - I found more time to continue with this cool series. What a nice quiet road for these. Takes all the stress away. Thanks!
Loved the themed hide. Geohubby was very excited to spot it without getting out of the car
So l had some spare time, so l thought I would take a drive along a quiet Rd picking up a few caches .. this was an interesting mixed bag of caches great for beginners.some had seen better days others were still in great condition. Most gave me a chuckle, and I surprisingly enjoyed them so much that I did them all.
Next find in what was neat and fun series to do. Weather was good and I took my time and enjoyed the day out. Some great themed caches along the way.
Thanks for the effort with all these. Cache here was all good. Fav point added.

I continued making my way down the road on this overcast afternoon to continue finding caches in this series. After parking my vehicle nearby, I exited it and began following my GPS towards the cache. I noticed something out-of-place from a distance and began approaching it. As a result, I managed to locate the cache relatively quickly. It is great to see how well on-theme this hide is, especially with its title. I quickly opened the cache to sign the logbook before replacing it and continuing on my way. Due to the fact I ran out of space on the sheet while signing, I shortened my signature to 'PagC'.

We just got back from overseas yesterday and the countries visited had hardly any caches, so we are well behind in this month's wheel of challenge. So, a huge day of caching: ad labs, trads and of course hunting out those with lots of favourite points. I was so happy to come to this one, which I loved.
What a great series this is. Love the cache containers and the fun I had finding the. Fantastic TFTC. This definitely was a high horse.
Out this way for work today so decided to collect a bunch of smiley faces. The weather was terrible and the slippery road made the voyage a little longer than expected. Ooooo a nothing like signing a fresh log
Cache is in good condition!! Thanks for the hide
Cache is in good condition!! Thanks for the hide
We had a lovely day caching in the Toolern Vale area with Boabtree.
What a great series this is, all relating to sayings.
I laughed when I saw this one about your High Horse.
Thanks sorceysal and Dutch Frangipani.

Out and about with Echidna44, this was one of my mother's favorite sayings. I used to reply that I was not actually on a horse, which usually made matters much worse, as that was classed as "answering back" (not a good idea). This cache was found quickly and easily.
After the event and CITO this morning, I headed towards Sunbury, picking up some trads along the way. Very quick find, just by following the thread.
Many thanks to sorceysal and Dutch Frangipani for the cache.

Another fantastic cache. Loving the Themes and the effort to the caches!
Temporarily disabling this cache until I have finished chemo and can get out there in a few weeks to check on it
Got to spend father day with my son today. He's 13, so geocahing isn't as cool as it once was, but we had fun anyway. Thanks for the caches though...
Pretty sure this ones gone.
Pretty sure this ones gone.
We looked for a little bit but time was a bit tight today so we headed off to the next one
Had to make a trip to the airport today so decided to do a few caches on the way home. My usual way through Sunbury was held up by a traffic accident so i looped around via m80, found a new lot of caches to tackle and away i go. Well thats unfortunate, i couldn't place this one.
Out with Bogonghazy for a midweek drive and fitting in a sone Geocaching. Thanks for placing the geocache. Nice hide
Melbourne Cup Monday the unofficial Public Holiday!!! We decided last week to go for a drive to visit Regional Vic, we headed up towards the airport and headed north winding our way to Romsey for Lunch, across and over Mount Macedon before venturing south and finishing up near Calder Park, We ended up with 30 finds, one DNF, and lots of laughs. Thanks for all the cache owners for placing their caches.
Quick find, thanks!!
Quick find, thanks!!
What a fun series. We are enjoying all the different cache containers. Nice park and grab on a blue, crisp, perfect morning. TFTC
A commitment near here with some time to spare meant a few quick caches. I’ve visited this series a few times now and still have more to find. Great effort and thought has gone into each hide - well done. Thankfully all were easy finds. Thanks for the cache.

Hi there Cache Owner,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue with the placement. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days - Please don't let a lack of communication kill this cache.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers are not mind readers, so without your note on the cache page telling them what the situation is, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and, when the listing is next checked, all will be fine for a little bit longer. But be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.
If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date), please ensure you visit this page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks so as to keep everyone up to speed with what is happening.
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
Thanks for you cooperation,
Bunjil

This geocacher reported that there is a problem with this cache. The log book was very very wet and needs replacing.
On a road trip to Bendigo when we spotted these caches with a large number of favourites so detoured off the highway to check them out. It was Mrs Pooky who eventually made this find, but not where we were expecting, in fact a lot lower than we anticipated. While we did manage to sign the log book, as previous cachers have said the log book was very very wet and needs replacing. Maintenance request to be logged. TFTC
Found at 9:49 am.
Today Fleabag- wanted to find his 6,000th cache with me before he headed off on a work trip so a lofty goal of 74 caches was needed but we got there even though 3 caches into the day the low pressure tyre warning flashed up on the dashboard and we had a slow leaking flat tyre. We mucked around for way too long trying to work out how to change it. It was on the drivers side too ... the wheel that wasn't pulling off onto the side of the road all the time?? I haven't had a flat tyre for probably 20+ years and RACV changed that last one. So for the rest of the day the paranoia of having another flat was hanging over my head and occasionally with the non alloy spare wheel the tyre pressure sensor failure message starting coming up on the dashboard instead. We made it though without another flat on a LOT of gravel roads that Fleabag- managed to keep finding.
Quick find here, ended up being quite a low horse though.
Thanks sorceysal and Dutch Frangipani for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Started the day needing 74 more for my 6000. And my awesome geobuddy was the person I wanted to share this with. The cache is not that important, it's the adventure. So off we went heading north with a mission. And probably lots of maccas.
Quick park and grab here.
Thanks to sorceysal and Dutch Frangipani for the placement and fun.

We set out this morning for a caching run with ilook4geo and tried to cover a variety of cache types, various sizes and caches of particular interest. This series covered a lot of these targets.
This was an easy cache to find and we look forward to each of the caches in this series of "sayings".
Thanks for a fun series go to sorceysal and Dutch Frangipani and thanks for all the relevant camo used.

###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
Hi there Cache Owner,
This cache has come to my notice as there is a 'Needs Maintenance' log that that indicates there is some sort of issue with the placement and it needs your attention please.
Check out the Guidelines here: [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable the cache**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will unfortunately have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

A quick find at the GZ. The log was quite damp but still signable. TFTC.

After seen a huge pile of rubbish thrown on the side of the road near this location was I was concerned that it will be gone. But I was very happy to see that it's still there also be carefull as I hit my head so many times haha
To the owner. The log book is completely Soaked you can hardly write anything on it. This needs replacing
I enjoyed finding the caches in this series today. The different nature of the hides made for a fun experience. most were found without too many problems. TFTC
Found this cache also. But these "Gallahs" decided to dump a whole trailer load of rubbish close to the GZ. Some people are disgusting.. This log is in pretty poor condition but somewhat still usable.
The end of the month was almost upon us and I hadn't quite reached 100 caches. I'd originally planned to leave two particular series' along with the original TSS and a smattering of others for 50 in a day but the desire to reach 100 for the month took precedence.
I didn't manage the 50 yesterday so I was back again today to get the numbers up. The caches were of high quality, there were few muggles about and the worst that could be said was that the weather was a little too warm for my linking. Almost all the caches were found in good condition barring Wet your Whistle and it's neighbours to either side. The logs really need replacing as they are more than a little damp. I'm sorry that I didn't have replacements to hand.

I do like folk who get stuck high on their horse, those smart alecs they tend to have their head so far up their clacker they can’t see daylight. This cache was on our map so we stopped by.
Thanks for placing TSS Get off your high horse so we could find it. Many thanks sorceysal for the caching fun.

With a souvenir to be earned, I had planned to get an early start on building my score. But as the great Scots poet said, the best laid plans of mice and men... So, with other commitments earlier in the month and weather not conducive to caching for the last week or so, it was that HerIndoorsOutdoors and I found ourselves on a last day of the challenge out on a mini-power trail.
I had turned out with the whole kit for the hunt, but was relying primarily on the old faithful iPhone which today. After being stroppy for the last two caches, the iPhone persisted with its misbehaviour, so the caching instincts get called into play again. It does kind of make the challenge a bit more fun and the nature of this series helps as we had some idea of what we were looking for, so a bit of search field widening and keeping our eyes open helped.

After nearly a month of no real time to hunt, RGSBruce and I were making a last minute run at finding enough caches to earn a souvenir (two today as it turns out) and did a little mini-power trail around Plumpton and Melton today. After doing a couple of the RRR series along the Melton Highway, we headed up Leakes Road, picking up a couple of other caches on the way to start this series.
RGSBruce's iPhone GPS had decided it wanted to make things more interesting for us and not cooperate close to GZ. It was fine for getting us there, but once we were near it either didn't change or misdirected us. It just made the hunt a bit more of a challenge and doesn't really seem to have slowed us down much.

This was a very nice spot to stop. Cache was in a better condition than the previous few - also had a timely reminder to dose myself with fly repellent.

Find # 7580
Found while heading down to Melbourne for the weekend.
Well a trip that would normally take a little over 2.5 hours to do, today took a happy (and a little bit zig zaggy) 8.5 hours.
And a few more than 55 stops to grab the caches on my hit list. All ranging from micros up to larges.
With the day being a scorcher out on the game board ment that water was needed all the while. And plenty of sunscreen.
Thankfully with all the bark, logs, bushes and false tops moved to access caches no snakes were out, me thinks it was too hot for them today too.
This was my second series today and once again the series of caches here were all great fun hides with good themed caches. Once again it was well worth the detour off the main Hwy on my way to Melbourne.
All caches found were in good order, unless stated above.
