After arriving at the caravan park we headed out to find some caches but failed to unearth this cache.

Heading towards Queensland where the weather is warmer. My way seems to be a rather meandering one as I go from cache to cache. This is a place I had never heard of, let alone visited before today. Found the swing, found the Tyred, but either I’m missing something or the cache is missing or my phone was having a problem. More barking dogs here too

Really quick easy find. If it wasn't so wet I definitely would have had a quick swing before dog 4 turned up and made the other 3 bark. Haha

We have camped overnight here at the showgrounds to attempt to find the many caches in the area.
The dogs never let up the whole time we were there. We used to have a swing like this when we were kids.
Looked in the obvious but soon spotted a likely hide.

what a top little town/village that i never knew existed till caching and today, you guys play a lot of cards under torch light i reckon, lol
we had heaps of fun doing the Cooka caches , thanx heaps for bringing us here, really enjoyed our time

Tried everything to keep the two dogs quiet but they wanted to chat - loudly! Grabbed the cache, signed and rushed off before someone came to investigate. TFTC
Walked over to the 'creek', hid behind a tree, but the dogs still barked. Gave up and looked for and found the cache so we could leave them to it. TFTC
Me Tour le Cooka continued and I rolled the bike to a stop here.

I hoped they were not at home, or because of the stealthy nature of the pushbike, didin't notice me as I searched around for the cache
The cache took a while to find, and not in the place I thought it might be
I left with the all important smiley after five minutes.

Travelling around Australia in our Caravan with our cat.
Mr Felix headed out to explore Parkes in the late morning before returning to collect Mrs Felix before we headed out to visit Cookamidgera.
