Agree with previous cachers - probably washed away. Clive from Cookamidgera at the next cache we got said there was lots of damage to the crossing when the floods came through from last years storms.
Find # 10337
Up in Parkes for 2 weeks with work. Looking after the factory while the local Manager has a well earned holiday.
Day 2 of my free weekend. Only a short caching day as I spent some time still looking around the town of Parkes.
So I found a small cluster of caches just East of town in Cookamidgera, and decided on going for a look.
A quick find up high. But container is cracked and log is wet.

This one took us longer to drive to than to find. A straightforward hide in a logical spot
Our second day in Parkes, and guess what we did. That’s right, we visited The Dish. A great place, fantastic history and the film always made us laugh. We even played “Classical Gas” in the car on the way out. Of course, we managed to find time to grab some caches before, after and during our visit. The countryside is nice at this time of the year and we enjoyed our drive, but the weather is a tad on the cool side. Mr Ski is also a bit sad at the state of the car, and is currently cleaning the latest coat of mud and dust of it. Yes, that’s right-both mud and dust today.
TFTC and to all the local CO’s who have given us a geo tour of the local sights

TFTC! Didn’t want to disturb the keeper of the cache but he seemed pretty keen to help us out.
Quick find on the way into Cooka on an impromptu visit. No problem with water levels at the moment sadly.
Easy enough find, great story re: repositioning the cache but in today’s weather (hot, dry, with no rain forecast) it’s not likely to float away!
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

Heading towards Queensland where the weather is warmer. My way seems to be a rather meandering one as I go from cache to cache. This is a place I had never heard of, let alone visited before today Another very pleasant spot beside the ford. It must look very different after heavy rain TFTC mooandroo
Traveling home via Snowtown, Broken Hill, Cobar, Dubbo, Forbes, West Wyalong & Temora, finding a good variety of cache types and hides. I visited some interesting historical towns and bush locations, which made the round trip well worth the drive.
I did as much maintenance as I could, replacing damaged containers and full or wet logs.
Signed and replaced.
Many thanks for placing this cache, mooandroo, for us and others to find.

Hi there mooandroo.
We found your cache **"bridge over troubled water"** today. (This makes our find count 19373).
Today wecached around Cookamidgera and then south to Forbes before heading back to our camp at Parkes. Tut the aim of the day was to cache along some roads we haven't traveled on since we became full time grey nomads, so we can draw another line on our map).
We found 15 caches today (DNF'd 6) .We thoroughly enjoyed our cache raid but are disappointed at the number of poorly maintained caches along our route. Thanks for placing the cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
***Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The cache was soaked, we spent some time drying it out, but it still needs some "Owner TLC".
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Had to extract this one from an ants nest and caching in jandles in the heat around trees and long grass was really starting to get me nervous.

13831. Next find of Day 21- Last Day of the Red Centre Experience Roadtrip. Heading South through NSW towards Home.
I flew into Alice Springs to meet up with my caching mates Sol de Lune, Albida33 and LuckyL10n (signing mostly as ALFS) to attend the Red Centre Experience and then venture up north to Darwin and then east into Qld before heading south for home - a three week caching trek.
Next stop for the day. Quick find at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache, and headed off to the next one.

Lovely country around here and always amazed to see Agave plants (I think that's what it is) just in the bush at random.
Thanks mooandroo.
Feedback: We have noticed now looking at your hints that they are as useful as a screen door in a submarine

We have camped overnight here at the showgrounds to attempt to find the many caches in the area.
Luckily today we had 3 FTF . A great day out caching. Such a good way to visit the area.
Thanks for placing this cache mooandroo

we had heaps of fun doing the Cooka caches , thanx heaps for bringing us here, really enjoyed our time

We did not have to get our feet wet to retrieve the cache and we managed to hide from the stream of traffic (all right - it was one car). TFTC
Like a bridge over troubled waters,
I could lay this cache down ...
... once I found it that is
Me pushbike stood guard as the non-existent flow of traffic happened nearby.
With the cache found, I headed further afield into the countryside

logbook is sodden and mouldy. logbook needs replacing in a snaplock bag or waterporoof container.
Initially we were on the wrong side of the road once we crossed over we found it.
Made a quick stop for this one on our way home. Unfortunately cars were about and we just couldn't locate it.
Today we explored Forbes and surrounds using geocaching as a guide.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.
