TFTC. Nice quick find as we were returning to our campsite in Haddon. Great looking area and a scenic view over to an impressive rail bridge.
On the way home from the Camperdown and this was the last of the day as it was starting to get dark. A quick find whilst enjoying the view. Thanks wozzle68
Heading across to Ballarat and was able to find a few caches along the way.
Great valley views.

Such a shame that the tree is being damaged in that way. It is a beautiful specimen. Thanks for placing this cache for us to find.

Large tree with hole Caching day out with Papi4506/Geoturtle37, OzHockeyChick & crank1 , thank you so much for placing it wozzle68.
Day out with sassieold55, had never been out this way before and enjoyed the drive through . Thanks for bringing us here wozzle68 and placing the cache for us to find
Thought we were going to find a Golden Lake down this road but no! Although further down looks like it could get some water when it rains a lot. Good views of the bridge. A nice scenic country too if you keep going along the road, over the bridge and wind your way around to Pigoreet. TFTC
Found it today with Sunsong1, a nice day for a drive around the area and pick up a few more smilies faces, nice views of the local farmland, will have to come back during different seasons to see how much it changes as today it is dry and brown, I will look forward to seeing this area a lush green.TFTC
I never did find the Golden Lake but the cache I did find and that was the main priority.
I groaned when I saw micro, but grinned a few seconds later when out popped a small container. Retraced my steps to the main road.
Cheers

Heading home to Portland with SuperPop we were using the roads a bit less travelled hoping to pick up some caches.
After having a meal in the Blackwood Pub and grabbing a couple of caches near there we thought we had better start making some miles and this cache was the next one we stopped at.
We do agree that it was an excellent alternate view of Nimmons bridge and of the rolling hills which unfortunately in the middle of summer were certainly not as green as what they would be had we visited a few months back.
We were a little concerned as we approached gz thinking that elevation may have been a problem but once we arrived we realised our fears where not necessary and the cache was a nice easy find and the log book now contains our names.
Many thanks wozzle68 for showing us this great location.

Picked our way through the grazing angus, who were not amused to be interrupted by cachers, to make an easy find. TFTC
Wonderfully picturesque views from GZ. Easy find just a short drive off the main road. TFTC
Word must have got around because the cows at this GZ all walked off in discuss as soon as I approached the GZ, some even ran. Anyway I found a cache in good condition. TFTV.
The cache notes are very interesting and you are right the views are fantastic. SL TFTC
A short detour from the BSRT while we were shifting the car. Beautiful views all around!

En route from Warrnambool to Ballarat, heading for the Warrenheip Creek CITO, making time for a couple of detours to appease our cache addiction. We were a little miffed about the place name here, but the road led us to a neat good sized cache.
Thanks 'wozzle68' for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Found It.......We had decided to finish the Planetary Challenge last weekend and had Gemma's Christmas series in our sight. After working this morning we set off grabbing lunch as we slipped through Ballarat. After finishing Gemmas series we set off collecting a few more caches as we went as we don't often get up here with nice weather. After a quick dash the cache was located and with the log signed we decided to call it a day and head home. Thanks wozzle68 for the cache
What a great view from this spot across to the old bridge. Thanks for bringing me here to claim nearly ten months unloved, and convert another greenie to a happy face on my map
Quick find today with FerociousFlea.
Found on our way to Ballarat for a day of Christmas Eve caching.

Found on a day when the main aim was to find as many of the rail trail as possible. This was very handy on an access road to pick up a couple of them. TFTC
We were in the area loking for caches in the BSRT series and decided to take a small detour to look for this cache. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks wozzle68 for the cache.

Day 3 at Smythesdale
This was a bonus cache we found on the way to where we started.
We headed to Linton to finish the BSRT Series that we started yesterday. I found the caches harder to find on this leg, so many micro's.
This was a nice series to walk, the weather being a little kind meaning it wasn't raining but very cold.

Well a few days in Smythesdale saw fine weather today but Freezing.

We also managed to grab a few local caches once had the bikes back on the GeoCruiser and heading towards camp.

We have had a great day caching up here along the BSRT rail trail and this guy was on my list to get all smilies in this area so thanks to wozzle68 for placing this cache.
Whilst trying to find my way back to the trail in the car I came across this one. The bridge is very impressive and the info in the description very informative. Glad I got lost here.

We made a quick detour to this cache on the way home from the BSRT today. The coordinates were spot on. We took a minute to admire the views as we signed the log. Thanks for the hide Wozzle68.

There were lots of bike riders enjoying the trail too.

Out and about this morning with the two geokids (aged 4 & 5) placing some caches on the BSRT. After walking over Nimmons Bridge we drove around here to view it from afar. I loved the bridge, the kids loved the castle (aka silo). Great spot. Thanks for bringing us. We will be back this way soon to grab your other caches
Suscoe's 19th find of today on our Ballarat and surrounds adventure in the company of our rogaining sister.
A rainy day was settling in and more was coming from the North West.
With a break in the downpour we had the chance to collect this cache in some weak sunshine.
The log was a little damp but who could be surprised after all that rain.
Thanks to wozzle68 for sharing this local history with us.

Found on a maintenance trip to a cache to Linton. We decided to detour to a few unfound caches on the way which made the usual 30 minute trip take about 4 hours.
Mrs Fergzter made the find on this one and we really enjoyed seeing Nimmons bridge from this vantage point. Thanks for bringing me here Wozzle68.

Wow, love it.
With Dino&dave we were first to find.
Interestingly enough, we travel past that track almost every day and have never gone along it. We will now.
TFTC TNL a marble, that's all that would fit in.
