Don't bother not here. Just found a magnet and think it's gone. Such a bummer.
Wished id checked the activity log! Just adding to the DNF's as i joined the list of people trying to find a reason for sitting on this seat!
Needed a cache today to deal to a dot day. This was it. I had to visit the dentist in Lower Hutt and allowed time beforehand to find one cache. Parked in a side street about 300m away and wandered on to the bridge. Had to get on my hands and knees to spot the thing, but fortunately it was there to be seen! #3449. TFTC.
Yeah, I managed to get the wrong side of the bridge initially. Even at 8:30 on a weekday evening it's still a busy road. Places to go, things to do, I guess. TFTC.
Found it. I always thought this was a step to see the view over the rail? Not a seat? Maybe I am just short? Lol
Lots of traffic here today around lunchtime, luckily I sat in the right spot and my hand went right to the cache. I drive over here most days but can never remember actually stopping here so TFTC and bringing me here
Time to do one more cache while in the area. Surprised at how low these seats are! Not much chance to search surreptitiously at such a busy spot, so just ignored the passing traffic and grovelled around until I found the cache.
Despite the container missing a lid, the log book was dry, but I had trouble reattaching the cache to its hiding place as it seems the magnet is loose inside the container. TFTC.

I have a 3 month sabbatical mostly traveling around the planet. My goal is to find and log 1000 caches. New Zealand is my 4th station traveling from south Christchurch to north Auckland, my first visit here, its far away. This is my sabbatical-cache #761.
If i ever see someone on this bridge sitting down ill know what theyre doing! Ill be amused tftc
Easy find. But had never noticed these seats before (caution they are lower than expected). Was nice to sit and watch the cars go past. If I drive past and see someone sitting there, I'll probably muse whether they're caching
Thid is my first Cache in NZ , thanks for this one

Off to the light festival with Kyb3r, arrived early to beat the traffic and decided to pass time until the sunset by doing some geocaching. A nice quick find in between traffic. Cache in good condition
A very early start to locate two caches close by each other but before the muggles were about, helps with it being light earlier now.
driven past here often and seen the seat but never actually got around to locating the treasure. it was a straight forward find with what little traffic going past quite fast that their concentration was on getting to where ever and not on 'odd' people dawdling around a seat.
thank you for the cache all was well with the cache.

Not so lovely quick find on the mission to secure the jewels in Mystery at the museum with kimmy+co
Caution Ewan clearly liked these seats to himself, splinters before I even started looking

Over here in the Hutt Valley to play in an orchestra concert. There was just enough time between sound check and performance to wander over to the bridge, sit on the seat and discover the hidden cache. Thanks for bringing me here to enjoy the view.
Could not find. I don't know if I need to go to specsavers, creater should check.
Had my bike in for servicing so plenty of time. Tried sitting on the seat for a while. Got lots of weird looks . Thanks
Forgot to bring a pen on my journey with me today, so here is a photo instead TFTC
The cache was found when Mrs Sobad and her sister stopped for a seat on the way to the light display. Why did we sit? To let others pass while we found a cache of course.
Thanks
Thanks
Attending the Wellington MEGA, great to visit here from the sunny Bay of Plenty, these finds have been found with my team members, which include myself, NZ Flossy, Davidson Clan, Squirrel Nutcase, FapandGap, TNXPRO and Philip.Perry and signed Team BOP. (To save room on logs) We are having a blast and gathering lots of smileys along the way. Please excuse generic logs in advance. (as I have saved the template using Cachly) Many Thanks to all you cache owners for the placements. Cheers
Team BOP have descended upon the Wellington region for the 2018 WENZ MEGA. We have a lot of caches to get through so there isn’t a lot of down time but it's great to meet the locals, CO’s and fellow cachers. My online logs are largely cut’n’pasted because my memory has started to blur many of my finds together so apologies for that. We’ve signed logs as ‘TeamBOP’ or individually depending on log space and time. Lastly a big Thank You to the Team - TNXPro, Davidsonclan, McJandals, NZFlossy, FapandGap & Squirrel Nutcase and to all the CO’s that made this a memorable trip
It's finally Mega weekend!
Found while travelling with TeamBOP to the Mega event in Wellington.
Horrible place to look for a cache, but less busy at night and enjoyed the amazing lights from the stopbank.
Luckily my camera is very capable and was able to capture some spectacular pics.

In Lower Hutt for work today. Quick walk to this bridge in me lunch break to grab this cache. We definitely sat on the bench for a while... wonder how many muggles saw us... TFTC
Great find today but started off on the wrong side. Eventually found and log signed.

The kids enjoyed scootering around from the library to find this one, son retrieved the cache and swapped a crystal for a glass bead
What a funny little bench. Very low - we got a few strange looks as we sat here waiting for the muggles to walk by. The cache was an easy find. Thanks for placing a cache here.
# 1073 Was in the neighbourhood doing car related maintenance stuff and so DangerSAM in his DangerPRAM and I enjoyed a walk into town over this mighty bridge. On approach I thought for a second I may be on the wrong side of the road but alas, I was not. A quick feel around and the cache was in hand. I have a feeling that perhaps these are seats for sitting on but rather seats for peering over the mighty thick handrails at the view below. Quite a nice view from here. Thanks zboy wonder for the cache... all good inside.
Nice, quick find before a play at the Little Theatre. But, really, why would anyone sit here apart from to sign a cache log? Tftc.
Beautiful spot. Don’t think I have ever sat there in my decades of living in the hutt!! Cache excellent condition
